We are 2 years into our expensive mattress and we get better sleep in hotel rooms! This shouldn’t be the case. We kept complaining about mattress within 1st year and store just would say it needs to be broken in well it’s almost 2 years .. so how much longer do I need to wait?! No surprise store is “temporarily closed”

Went in to order a part so we could install a headboard. Although Sean told us it was his first time working the store alone, he did great. If he needed help he contacted his boss (who was off that day. Kudos to him for helping Sean when he was off). Anyway, he ordered the part for us with delivery to the store by Saturday ( we came in on Thursday). Quick delivery. Well, Sean called me on Friday and left me a message that he was able to get the part delivered to the store that same day! Wow! That’s customer service!! Sean’s “can do” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond is commendable. Think he deserves a raise... Need more salesmen like him. Great job Sean!

My husband and I walked in Sleep First Mattress and we were very happy with all the knowledge John gave us. When you think you might know everything about buying a mattress, nope you don’t! We spent about 30 min narrowing down our perfect fit and John was there helping us along the way. We didn’t feel pressured in buying and John wasn’t pushing a sale, he wanted us to know every detail about the mattress we were investing in. Thank you again John!

Great shop! John gave wonderful service from answering the phone quickly before the visit til we left the store. We werent expecting to buy at the time but it was just so easy (and comfy!) we decided to not put it off. John wasnt pushy and took our budget and preferences into account while we shopped.

Came in unsure of what mattress was right for me and Mo helped me with every question I had. Of course, like anyone else, I had a whole bunch of questions to ask and had a strict price point. Mo did his best to look into every option that was available and I couldnt thank him enough. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very satisfied with my experience.

I came in to check out the Nectar mattress and John was the one that helped me. I checked out the mattress but decided to try another mattress that John reccomend. I explained I did not have good luck purchasing mattresses from other stores in the past.The mattress John picked seemed more comfortable than the one I came in to try out. John listened to my needs and did not try to push a more expensive bed. He helped me pick the one that would fit what I needed to have a good night sleep. Best deal plus I get to try the mattress longer than most places. Thank you John for your help.

Never heard of Sleep First until driving by. Store was super clean and had quite a few of different options to look at . Other than that Mo helped us out and was great! Gave us tons of knowledge on all the different brands as well as searching for the best price option for us. Totally recommend if your in the market for a new mattress. Thank you for everything!

I just want express my appreciation for Sean, for going an extra mile in facilitating my needs as a customer.Sean is very professional, has a sense of urgency, and really cares for the customers needs. Not once, but twice, Ive personally dealt with Sean, and he had been consistent in putting the customers first.

John was very helpful in selecting a mattress. My wife has back issues following surgery and he helped us select a mattress that would work best for her. He didnt try to pressure us into buying anything.

Excellent customer service! Our salesman Mo was very knowledgeable about each product. Answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied. Mariano (“Mo”) was our salesperson. He was very helpful when we came in to purchase our mattress. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions that we had. Not only was Mo patient with us as we thoroughly weighed our options, but he didn’t pressure us like typical salespeople do. Sorry if my English isn’t strong but I recently bought from Sleep first and I am very pleased with my purchase. I went to a few other companies like Mattress Firm and Mancini and I asked for a firm bed. When I was at the other companies they didn’t treat me well. They took me to cheap beds and didn’t really help me. Maybe I looked like I don’t have much money. When I went into Sleep 1st they treated me so kind and was so helpful. I’ve been sleeping on my extra firm Tempurpedic Pro adapt bed for a week and have never had such an amazing sleep. Thank you for not judging me on my appearance and English. I will tell all my friends!

I traveled to Sleep First in Tracy to try out the Nectar mattress. Although I havent received my mattress yet, I wanted to say what could have been an unpleasant experience was completely the opposite thanks to sales manager Marino (Mo), Morgado. He was not the typical pushy salesman and answered all my numerous questions without making me feel like I was bothering him. A truly great place to find the perfect mattress for you!

Jeremy helped me pick out my new mattress and I am so happy with the product and his customer service! I am so indecisive so he made it real easy to narrow down. Now i have a mattress that not only fits me, my spouse and my kids but one that helps with my snoring and sleep apnea. I never realized how much of a life saver the adjustable base is. Ask for Jeremy! And look at those adjustable bases if you snore too, it will save your relationship lol

I was looking for a new mattress for months! My husband and I spent so much just few years ago because we both have sciatica and NEVER got goodnight sleep. We woke up with pain daily. We knew it was time. So I researched online and finally found one I was willing to try. I had a horrible experience with DreamCloud and after 2 weeks of horrible service I decided I would go to local store. We were on our way out of town and happen to stop by this store so I dragged my husband in. After much convincing I got to purchase my new mattress. They said they match prices even if I find cheaper months later and have 1 year trial so it couldn’t be that bad to buy without researching company. I wouldn’t normally do that but I was desperate for goodnight sleep. So I currently had a reclining bed/bed frame so I just needed mattress. I couldn’t remember what king I had but when I said it was 2 twins to Moe we purchased Cal king, mattress cover and extended warranty. The best part of sale was it would be delivered the next day while we were out of town.so coming home to new bed was so exciting! The only issue was I normally lock my door to my room because we have a few teens that love to take my stuff but they said it wouldn’t be issue and they could leave upstairs by my door since it’s heavy. Thought that was kind! We came home and I ran to put bed together but the bed didn’t fit the 2 twin bed frames 😥🥺 next day I called and apparently 2 twins is king NOT call king! So it wasn’t issue to exchange but I did need to pay delivery charge of $100. I also noticed my cover wasn’t delivered so they needed to bring that out as well. Finally got right bed size! Sadly though the protector was wrong size so I just gave up and asked for refund because I didn’t want to go all that way and I wasn’t about to pay delivery fee again. A week after delivery I still don’t have my refund but I hope they figure out the issue on their end. The bed is nice. I wish I could say it is amazing incredible remarkable best sleep ever but I can’t. We were told it takes a few months to see how it really feels. We went with the top of line mattress with every bells and whistles possible so I’m hopeful it will get better🙏🏼🤞🏻 I’ll post in few months with update. The only reason I did 2* was because the issue with protector twice and having to pay delivery fee for exchange after spending over $3000 and finally because it’s been 3 weeks and still don’t have credit for missing item.

Staff was very helpful with everything in his store. The whole experience was just great, I recommend sleep first as the first and last place that anyone should shop at for any sleeping needs.
