For the Tracy and Mountain House areas. This place, hands down, is the best around. Cant beat their competitive price for their service area. Great Quality selections to choose from and regularly stocked so you can bet they have what your looking for.. Did I mention the excellent customer service? Cause theyve got that too!. I will continue to go there for all my Landscape and Hardscape needs for our companys needs.I almost forgot to mention, theres a full scale nursery on the same property as well! They really are your one stop shop for anything Landscapeable.

You can clearly see that this supply store is trying to keep up with the demand. Employees are scarce, lacks customer service but prices are very reasonable.The lady at the office said its been nonstop during the covid and no people to work.Thank you for hanging in there.

I dont know who the chick is working the rock area, but i couldnt believe how RUDE she was! Not only was she rude to us, but she was rude to the 3 other people who were waiting to be helped. Theres a nice way to say theres two people working in the yard, but theres only two people in the yard, you need to wait with hella attitude is not the way. Oh, did you have questions? How dare you try to ask, youll just inconvenience her. Dont waste your time in the rock section.

Well, I actually had a great experience. GVM was the ONLY company that would deliver 1/2 yard of sand. I only needed 1/2 and all the others had a minimum of 1 full yard with no exceptions, (even when i would pay for a whole). The lady at the counter was nice and thorough and my driver Mitch was on time on the day of the delivery. Had no issues. Thanks.

This place has great prices and delivers quickly. Jennifer ( lady in the office) is so helpful every time I go in there. Would highly recommend for building materials!

Worst experience ever the lady at the counter has very very bad attitude not to mention the old guy i feel sorry for them they are alwas angry and upset and i dont know they didnt treat me well at all i will not come back at all

I would give these people a negative review if possible. so ordered bulk soil( valley mix) for my huge planter boxes. I specifically asked if the soil that they sold is good and they said Yes. But the soil is dead with no nitrogen at all. All my plants are turning yellow and very slow and dull growth in spite of enough water and sunlight. When I did my soil test it clearly indicated no nitrogen in it. When I called to seek some advise I faced one of the worst and rough customer service I ever received. They are rude, careless, impatient and arrogant. I am now stuck with 10 huge boxes with dead soil after spending around $1000. So doomed with these folks. I am going to file a report to the consumer complaints. NEVER go this place.

Went there with my wife and found what we needed from the outside yard. Was very hot, 92 degrees outside. Went to try and pay. Very rude and abrasive lady in her pajama bottoms said she needed to take our temperature due to COVID, because “everyone is walking around with fevers”. Of course, my wife and I had raised body temperatures from being in the hot blazing sun with masks on, NOT from fever. We explained that, but she was adamant that being in the sun had nothing to do with it. Guess she has never heard of heat stroke. She proudly took her own temperature which meant nothing since she had been in her air conditioned trailer. She rudely and loudly declared we needed to go home and self quarantine. Not only was she WRONG, but she was arrogant and cocky. Will never recommend this place and will be calling County Public Health to let them know this woman is falsely telling members of the public that they have fevers.

The staff is very rude and they have terrible customer service. Upon arrival, I chose the rocks i wanted to purchase and went to the office to place my order. I was asked by the teenager to wait outside, so I did. A lady in the office (the teens mom) asked What do you want? and I assumed she wasnt talking to me so I didnt respond. She asked again with the same awful attitude What do you want? I asked Are you talking to me? and she responded Yes, Im talking to you. What do you want? I said I wanted to buy some rocks, can someone help me? so she replied Theres a guy out there. He can help you with the same attitude from before. I then said What an attitude, thats not a way to treat a customer and walked away. She walked out if the office and said Excuse me? What did you just say? I responded What a terrible way to treat a customer. She began to scream at me I already told you theres someone outside to help you. She became upset and asked me to leave, so I did. There are other nurseries that are more professional and treat their customers with respect. I was talking to one of my neighbors and she told me she had a similar experience. Will not be going back.

This place is amazing. The staff is wonderful. Sarah was so patient and helpful. The prices were very fair. I would recommend this place to anyone for their plant/flower/tree needs.

This is a great nursery for Tracy. It has the largest selection and they dont hyper sell. You are relaxed as you wander the large property and browse. The girl there is very helpful and nice. Just ask her questions but you need to know what you are looking for which is good. She wont push inappropriate plants on you. Ask for slow or fast growing or evergreen or not berries or no berries vine or tree how tall but most of this info is on the tags that are easy to see on the plant material.

This place is the best. Robert knows his product. Loads product like a professional. All employees are very nice and knowledgeable.

Hardscape: My guess is they probably are used to dealing with contractors, so if you are expecting a cheery big box employee to help you find things, might be a little challenging. They are super busy running deliveries of materials and could probably use a little more bedside manner, but with the right questioning and patience, they are willing to help you with figuring out what materials you might need for your project and how much.Nursery: My wife visited here and had a wonderful experience. Super helpful and help her find drought tolerant plants and were full of information. Much more knowledgable than your average big box home improvement store.

I normally don’t post reviews but I as a customer didn’t feel that they want my business.. went to the office to inquire. As I said hi and good morning, the guy just said hi in a very low tone while he was talking to an employee..I get it he’s busy so I then stepped a side for a bit so they can finish....the guy didn’t acknowledge me until I asked if the rocks outside was the once they have? He stared at me looking at me like I’m stupid for a good few seconds and said no, so walked me out and pointed at the rocks of selections that they have and left me there without asking me if I have any questions or what exactly what I’m looking for!! Such poor customer servIce

Bad customer service, I was waiting about 15 min outside to talk with the manager..then he arrived and I asked for some advice, and he was not nice...only show me a paper with product name and prices (not pictures), and finally he step out and leaved alone in the office.
