Went and picked up the Solar Beast from CWC almost 2 months ago. It paid for itself within 2 weeks. Fits in the back of my Chevy Colorado. I unload and load mine all day long so the cage around it is very important. Cant praise customer service enough. I dropped the pole off the roof the other day and broke a clamp on the pole. They not only covered it under warranty for me but they had the new one shipped over night to me. They have always been available to answer any of my questions and even let me take a tour of there warehouse. They say that you have to have the pump on to clean the panels or windows but Ive ran into several situations already where the electrical outlets available didnt work and the water coming out of the brush was enough to get the job done. Even on a two story. Takes a little longer to rinse but still works. I here a lot of people talk about how hard bird poo is to clean but I have had zero problems getting it off with the 24 brush thats comes with the Solar Beast. Also, the pump is quiet and I use a 150 foot reel. Highly recommend getting the reel. I mounted mine on top of the machine. I use this machine on 20 homes a week. Ive been working with this company now for 9 years they have always have perfect customer care, answer questions along way about unfamiliar products and considering I am in Michigan the supplies come prompt, always seem to have great products and a variety as well I can not say enough besides the only place u should order from keep up the good work guys

I ordered a sky genie for my business. I opted and paid for the most expedient manner of shipping. They in turn chose a slower and less expensive shipping option leaving me out of the cost of the extra shipping but also lost time due to the wait time of the product.As well, for some reason, after placing the genie in the ‘shopping cart’, the price was escalated by 11.00 when checking out.Bottom line, they use unscrupulous business practices and I advise not to deal with them.

What a Company!!! They stand behind their customer service. My package was being shipped and damaged in the process. Not only did they take action and replace the items. They shipped new cleaning products the same day! That is Huge. Thank You CWC

CWC consistently surprises me with good prices and excellent customer service. Tom helped me set up my Water Fed Pole system- even calling me back to verify everything was working properly. I have referred other window washers to CWC and they receive the same customer service. Highly recommend

UPDATE: ordered another supplies shipment and 7 of my items were not in the box. 3 items I did not order were so I called and they said they will not be sending my 7 paid for items, but they will be sending a return label for me to ship them back theyre 3 items that I did not order on my dime... I told them no, and I wanted to be refunded or sent my items someone was suppose to call me And never did
