He is thorough at his job, extremely helpful, shared tips and specific details.Overall, he has the best attitude. Haven’t met more helpful store person in a while. Thanks a lot, Chris. More expensive than some other paints, but it went up quickly and without much effort - easy to use and great coverage. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products, and waiting time is minimal - it took me less than 15 minutes to pick paint, have it mixed, and get checked out. Plus, the store is clean, well--organized and clearly using COVID protection.

Website and sign in doors says closing at 5pm. No one is working the store, not answering phones. Geez!

This is one of the best paint store in Tracy. Customer service is great. The paint quality is really good for exterior paint. My home was last painted 16 yrs ago with Sherwin Williams paint and now its starting to flake. Lasted 6 years longer than expected. So definitely going with Sherwin Williams again. Great store.

Wonderful customer service! Every time I’m in here I get a cheerful employee who is a subject matter expert. I don’t buy that much, but they treat me like I’m a large painting contractor account. Saved us thousands in kitchen cabinet refinishing with their stain matches- can’t say enough about this store.

I would definitely come back to this location they have exceptional customer service and are very knowledgeable about their product whether you call them on the phone or in their establishment. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Customer service now a days is very hard to find so this was definitely a plus and game changer for me & my wife. We would highly recommend the Tracy California location to everyone we know & will be using them for now on!!!!

Went into Sherwin Williams to ask some questions and figure out how to get my project started. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with what I needed to get started.

You know, this is not the cheapest place to buy paint. That being said, I will continue to buy paint here because the staff is awesome. Had an issue with a purchase and they fixed it no problem. They will even carry your paint out to your car. The paint is also really nice and they have a big selection of colors and supplies. Definitely recommend for a project done right.

I have had great experience at this store in the past especially with Jose. However, my most recent experience during pandemic was with curbside pickup that really did not work! Phone call went unanswered and I had to strep into the store.

They did not carry the specific product that I wanted although they do carry a lot of different stuff Knowledgeable staff were able to help me and recommend couple of different places which help me Find the product I was looking for, Thank you.

Sherwin-Willams has the best coverag and colors and there is no smell to the paint.

Even though I came up short in matching previous paint, was able to get close enough without needing to repaint all walls, saved me money and time. Who doesnt like that...
