Worst Client Service - Seems this location has issues with staffing. Both of the audiologists that serviced my moms hearing aides over the past year have left. They were great with her. Now they have a new guy and his customer service attitude needs to improve. Yesterday I brought my 90 year old mother in for a 4pm appointment. They left her sitting in the waiting room for over 15 minutes. The receptionist kept telling me the audiologist would be out soon. Just heard him BSing in he back with his other client. We had to get my mom to another appointment so we told the receptionist we had to leave -- that was close to 4:20PM. As we were leaving the audiologist comes out and give me an attitude!! Unbelievable and then he tells me you still have 25 minutes left.. and then he says, well, Im not going to argue with you! Right he was, hes not going to argue with his customer and should not even insinuate that he would. He kept the 90 year old waiting then dosent even apologize?? Like you own my time? Never going back to this location as long as this guy is working there. BTW - he starts back peddling trying to justify why he took her late with his excuse -- we try to give each client the time they need, yeah right -
I purchased my hearing aid in January 2018. I have worked with Jacob Flores at the Tracy office since then. I have had many visits to the office to get the hearing aid tuned to my hearing. I have nothing but praise for his professionalism, courtesy and patience. I would recommend the product and the services provided by this office.
Miracle Ear in Tracy, CA has given my husband awesome service with his hearing aids. They are always available to assist and improve his hearing quality.
