Normally I was perfectly fine going to Savemart here in Tracy, CA now that we only have 1 and its very close to house. Normally my biggest annoyance was only near Christmas as they take up parking lot to sell real Christmas trees rather than use parking area along the side where theres a wall. Although, now with pharmacy drive thru it will never happen. My biggest issue is that they refuse to allow customers access inside store on that end. I understand because of covid-19 it was something they did. Well not really but at this point i dont see why not. Parking is a huge hassle and the side thats open is where a few others stores are making parking harder. They do not have many handicap parking spaces and i think they need at le at least a couple more. Not for myself but for those who need it.Anyways, since wearing face masks dont help a person be cooler and its very hot here i dont enjoy walking too far but i do if i can get parking less chaotic.ITS THEIR DOWNWARD ACCEPTANCE OF WELL the FOOD products they sell. The quality has been hit or miss and not getting much better. Summer 2020 they did not use a/c because of covid-19 and i get it sort of BUT. A lot of the fridge and freezer products were clearly affected. I feel like they lowered their standards of where they order the food products so its a guess what customer gets for the price. I like Safeway more now but its further away. I wish they felt like they should not want to be a grocery store I really dont want to go to for numerous things. I mentioned Safeway but unfortunately their 1/2 gallon 2% Lactaid milk was well.. Bad so i dumped it down the drain same day i bought it with expiration over a month away. Savemart had same issue and again I dumped. Savemart continues to change the number in their case of waters. Normally 24 or 35 pack. I can lift those but they went back to thethinner plastic bottles and the lid once again almost never closes all the way but 2 weeks ago their water tasted like tap water from town meaning disgusting so I longer go there to by a case or 2 of water.They or whom ever the purchase from clearly made better cases of water during last summer lids screwed on easily and the plastic was a little thicker so they can get quality. I even bought a box of coffee ice cream haggindas with the stick. Full price but when i opened box the entire thing was much smaller like for cabbage patch doll and it was not labeled with anything relating to those who are trying to lose weight. I want to not pay a regular price for less product. Just be weary.Although some dont wear face masks inside i do despite vaccination as its not a guarantee but the thin plastic bags for the produce. HELLO!! Even before covid-19 those were a struggle to open without wetting 2 fingers a little. I dont know. Their prices go up and down in recent years based on weather or season i cant tell which but i prefer they open other doors so im not bombarded constantly with anyone selling things or asking for donations. I donate but i dont always have anything let alone cash. Honestly, Savemart has been better and i wish management would try to be better.

Great place to shop but its starting to fill more up personal

I visited this place to get my first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. They are providing Pfizer vaccination. I booked a slot at morning 10.30 am. But due to some family emergency i couldnt reach the location until 4.30 pm. The vaccination staff were so supportive and considered my request and provided me with the vaccine. I really appreciate the efforts and their kind services for the society in these hard times. Thank you very much 🥰

Hey Save mart management remind your employees wear the face mask on their mouth and nose not just on their chin and also 6 feet distance. Today I went to local store between 5:45PM and 6:00PM 3 employees at self checkout standing next to each other one was pretending wore mask. If all customers following the guidelines why savemart employees not? As an essential worker I respect all of you just do your part to save others lives. Thank you

I like this Savemart. The employees are friendly, especially the morning shift ladies, always friendly and helpful, PLUS there is always a good variety of alcohol and beer, my preferred liquor is New Amsterdam peach and its always on sale here😎. The parking lot actually has a good amount of shaded parking also👏

Always organized

Every time I pick up some fish, the person serving me never puts in gloves, when there is literally a box of gloves right next to them. They also scoop poki with dirty spoons. This place is poorly managed, and I’m disgusted. I hate this place.

I have never had a problem at this location. They have always been clean, staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. They also have a good array for beer from local craft breweries to the more corporate, large brands. The store is also large and has great selections on other food products. On top of that, Parking isn’t a hassle either which is always nice when going to the grocery store.

This place is always clean and well stocked. Easy to see what is on sale and deals are going on. There are always carts at the front and half the time I can hand the cart to an employee who is getting them in the parking lot. Employees are very nice to interact with and usually helpful. I really like the look the update here but still find myself lost looking for items where they use to be.

I love this store. Its my favorite grocery store. The rewards program is really cool, i have changed my points in for skillets and free items and % off the bill. Cashiers are nice, and i love the self checkout lanes. It helps get in and out fast.

The prices are high and I only go there for something quick. The bakery and deli have all the items you would expect. The store is clean and friendly.

I have been shopping at Save Mart for decades. I don’t shop anywhere else for groceries because they have nicer, more gourmet groceries than other supermarkets. They bag your groceries, too, which is increasingly unusual these days.

Every time I visit this place when in Tracy I always fine GREAT deals...

Been a loyal customer for many years! I used to work for Savemart! They still have the same excellent quality of service! Great variety of stock! Produce and meats are always good and a vast selection to choose from!

I go here mostly because its close to where I live. I must say tho, the produce and meat is always fresh and good. The prices are more than what you would pay at other markets or super centers but you also never wait in long lines or have to deal with out of stock items, so I guess its a trade off. My littler kids love the small, green kid carts they can push around the store too.

Im in a wheel chair/electric scooter. They have scooters to shop with yet they never charge(battery maintenance eplacement?). Nor do they have the shopping hand bakets. They (manager) says they have been stolen. My question is if you get a bag or bring your own why would they leave the store after check out. They should be made to transfer them to a basket. As i transfer mine to my dependable scooter. So why dont people take the carts, or shopping baskets? My battery on my scooter is my legs and i dont need to shop lift. I need the basket so security(if their was some) can recognize nothing i buy gos into my back pack or scooter basket. Ive solved my problem buy buying $ .99 bags.Staff is amaizing n the managers are doing anything to accommodate. I think corporate needs to stand on their own and stop letting this #hit roll down onto manager and the rest of the employees.Mabey send them back to baggers school (with the pay) for a weak(pun intended) like i had to do back in the 90s. When they were across from the tracy ball park. The employees are as only as strong as the muscle that runs the hustle.I aint mad. Just unexpectedly had to change my approach, corporate need not #hit down hill. There are clean sanitary restrooms at all locations.

The short mexican lady with blonde curly hair cant smile to save her life, she sometimes works the self checkout stand and will mug you til the cows come home. Needs smile training!

Theyve spruced up a bit. They have added more vegan options to their store which is nice. They might want to revisit customer service training with some staff. Ive gone in on 2 occasions and coincidentally got the same checkout person. After greeting me, they, along with the person bagging literally talked about the previous customer while taking care of my purchase. They didnt even try to be discreet, even making eye contact with me as if I was going to contribute to the conversation. Big no-no.

Save Mart is the most convenient and best priced grocery store in Tracy. Easy in easy out and doesnt cost a fortune and they have a good selection

Rude cashier, for description she had a face packed/layered with makeup, long fake eyelashes (matches her personality) and white, very rude. Ringing items and taking out items the customer no longer needs is not hard and she threw every thing she scanned. How pathetic is save mart to hire people like this. She did not want to be there. Hire others who can and will do the job better. Save mart should not hire people who don’t want to work there, especially people like her.

I love Savemart especially since they remodeled. They have a great deli and helpful staff. They also have these cute little baskets for children to push while they are shopping.

I would not recommend this grocery store. They attach low prices to items in order to get you to buy, but once you arrive at the register prices increase. Store employees or managers are not willing to accept the lower prices originally ordered..

Have been going they got the past 3 yrs havent had any problems and if I did they would take care of it right away satisfied customer.

Overall its a great store and a place to shop if your looking for healthier options. But the pricing is way over on some things. The store is always clean workers there are nice and cheerfull. The only problem I have is pricing but everything else is great espiciall there preped meal those are amazing espicially the Stuffed mushrooms.

I have been shopping here on and off for years. Love the remodeled store. The flow is nice. The staff is friendly, but do talk amongst each other frequently while I am checking out. I also dont like that I get no phone reception in there. Can you get Wi-Fi? I took a star away for those two things. But usually a good experience and help locating what I cant find. Not sure if it stopped or maybe just on weekends, but I liked the sampling that was offered. Found some good cheese and healthier kid snacks from it.

The service in the tracy save mart is really bad, especially in self check out, I will never go back but I hope that the self check out workers get better training, especially the woman. 🤮🤮
