Very bad service. They unload the trailer just in 30minsBt they hold for 3 hours just for papers

Bad receiver. They take 8-12 hours for unloading. Better take another load. They always understaff.

I came here after 2 years. 6:30 AM appointment and dock at 6:35. Its 10:30AM and still at dock. Receiving dont have any idea how much longer. No restrooms. So worst place to deliver.

The lumper here they are careless I have 2 load locks and two straps whn I asked them for my missing two straps they said we are not responsible for the any load locks or straps

Absolutely worst place to deliver. Youre expected to arrive on time, yet THEY have no problem keeping you there 6+ hours. My appointment was 4:45am. Got in the door @ 5:30am. Unloading started at 10:30am. Out the dock & back on the road by 12:30 pm.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Truck drivers plz dont come here if you want to come plz bring two meals food .

Im sorry but my six year old could come up with a better system to unload these trucks. Theres 100 trucks parked all about the road all waiting for the same appointment time. One of the most rediculus places ever

Good place but it’s so huge great for backing into docks spacious & friendly environment great people I got unloaded with in 2 hours

Arrived at 6 am had a appointment at 7am. Unloaded until 11:15.Staff is pleasant but the appointment system has to change.

It’s 4 am now and the appointment was at 5 in the evening and still they haven’t given me the paper’s till now

I had good expeience here. 2.5 hours in and out on my delivery. Hope rest of you have the same!!

Arrived at 1400 for 1600 appointment. No biggie waited in dirt lot until they call. 1757 they call and I head to my door. Red light at 1930. Green light at 0030. This next part is not a typo. I got my papers back at 0330. Seriously this is the longest I have ever waited to get unloaded anywhere. I did a full 10 hour reset waiting to get unloaded. It was terrible because I couldn’t really sleep and no one could tell me how long it was going to be. That is the last time I come here. I’m a company driver but I will refuse this delivery in the future.

I’ve been sitting here for an hour just waiting to check in to frozen their on-site parking is so full that we’re in line causing a back up to the entire DC avoid this dumpster fire of a DC if you value your time

8-8-17 today was very fast service. Been coming here for over 2 years, lumping service is spotty at best, wait is anywhere from 2 to 6 hours

Be ready to wait HOURS. Worst then HEB and Walmart DC. I’ll try to avoid this place in the future.
