I like to shop here because they have awesome deals & very good prices.I must say though, they dont have everything i need & most times the Produce Department is not very eye catching at times.Very friendly staff!!

Always a place to hunt for a bargain. Also, great opportunity to try something different. If you love something...go back ASAP. It probably wont be there later.

Worst run location I have ever seen. Ive lived in Tracy for a little over 5 years and Ill go back to this location every few months and I get severly disappointed every time. Today was the last time and I will never go back. I never even write reviews about things but this place is so horrible I cant help it.

This is a great place to shop for deals, if you dont really have a lot of money to spend. The experience is hit-or-miss depending on when you shop, so come expecting less and you might find more. Over all, I am glad that this store exists here in Tracy.

Pleasantly surprised and now we have shopped there for years. This store is always clean and well stocked, we usually swing by at random for a couple things-maybe once a week and we can always find what we were looking for. Sometimes the prices are so good I am shocked at the register!

Excellent prices! I bought the best pork roast Ive ever cooked! It was delicious! Produce dept could use more attention.. found lettuce and several veges wilting and apples looked over ripe.. passed on this dept.

Theres an employee here that everyone knows doesnt label products and fails her job constantly but they dont do anything about it. Most of what I wanted in the dairy section was not priced. Also this place is pretty gentrified compared to other Grocery Outlets in other towns, stuff thats usually .39ç is more than double the price, and so was other stuff I looked at. Its not worth shopping here, might as well go to winco. The selection here is pretty limited.

They don’t deserve one star, rather zero! Absolute terrible customer service, complete lack of ethics, continuously selling expired products, yelling at young children for not having their masks on properly and kicking them out of the store, and overall terrible service.Store is dirty and even after I approached an employee about their expired products, they shrugged me off, walked away, and the product was still there days later. They should be reported to the BBB as well as the health board. I do not recommend shopping there.

Always the best helpful staff. Store is clean and well organized. Could use a remodel though, feels like I stepped back into the 90s.

Good prices.. but people need to clean up after themselves. Mask and gloves in the carts and in parking lot on ground.. pure laziness when the trash can is a few feet away.

I walked in 5 feet, a nice lady at the register ask me to wear a mask and I did. Some people had there mask half worn on there face majority wore there mask correctly.Then a lady walks though that same nice ladys register with a small hairy dog in the childs seat of her cart and that same nice lady said nothing! WTH going on. Do we allow dogs in this store if so I have a 100lb dog Id like to shop with!

I just ran in to get a few things. And was happy they had what I was looking for, plus the items I bought were a lot less.I loved that.

Better dates on food than in the stores..and while may not be name brand on some items ( very few of these) dates make all the difference. And the store is clean. And following Corona protocols.

The best prices in town

I like coming here for the prices and unusual merchandise that you cant find in other store. Lots of health food from. High end store, odd lot or close to expiry date items at very reasonable price. Their wine selection is amazing for the varities and price.

One of the smaller locations. Needs a sprucing up. Will not let anyone use the restroom claiming they cant due to covid which translates into we dont want to have to clean it. Other supermarkets have not done this.

As with any bargain store remember to check the dates but they always have good stuff at a great price & the one time I did have an issue it was refunded easily.UpdateThey do not allow you to use restroom because of COVID-19. I didnt know restrooms being closed was a thing. Many other stores still have them available. Costco & Walmart still have them (and they most likely have a higher volume of traffic).Also I noticed a lot of the prices have gone up on many items to close to regular price at the regular stores.

Good value but a little limited on selection

Extremely cheerful and courteous staff. Go out of their way to be helpful. Store looks much bigger, and in good order. Not as much volume of some items so need to shop frequently to get your favorite stuff. Wish they stocked Shasta soda more consistently.

Grocery outlet is my go to store for bargains. Their prices cant be beat on many products. Canned goods, dry foods, and toiletries are much cheaper than other stores. I always start my weekly grocery shopping at Grocery outlet, and go from there.

Well the prices are beatable because the 99cent store is a cross the street and they have a lot of the same things over there but other than that its cool

I had a horrible experience here with a so called manager (large, dark hair mixed with lots of grey, hispanic lady with an attitude) and havent been back in almost a year. The other manager I spoke with (young hispanic male) about her and her attitude said he has had many complaints about her and even other staff dislike her and her attitude.If this is the case why do you keep her employeed?

Cant say enough about the savings. Pay attention to dates. If you are going to use it in a few days anything goes but if you are buying something you may still have a few weeks down the row check. Not all items have short term shelf life. The Tracy Grocery Outlet is the best of the 7 I have been in (and I mean consistently). The owners are fantastic, the employees cheerful, the store is clean and the shelves always will stocked. That particular store gets a 5 star ranking from me.

I went return an item back to them it’s from a different store but I used American Express so they won’t take it back and all of them escorts me out from even the supervisor/ manger Maria she claimed herself even I asked her who else I can speak she said she’s the only one and call the corporation office and get a security to kick me out . This is the worst customer services ever I encountered. I called the corporation but they said the owner Sammy will call me since no one called me

The store went under construction and has approved a million times better. It is wonderful place to get discounted food/wine(my favorite). The service their is friendly and the owners are fabulous kind people. They sponsored my daughter for NAM. It is also a poke stop where people can stop to get snacks and water, you arent spending a fortune to get these items.

The people that work here are too much. Luckily im not the only one to notice these bad behaviours nor the 1st or last to mention. Beware of the stare from Maryshaw

Grocery outlet is fun especially if you enjoy trying obscure things that you probably wouldnt buy normally. Since the prices are so good I sometimes find hidden little gems.

This afternoon just wasnt the average good experience. The 2 registers that were open were exceptionaly slow.

Always find a great variety of items to choose from! From frozen foods, rare and hard to find items, some clothes, health and wellness, seasonal garden decor, and so much more! Excellent prices for those on a tight budget!

I gave grocery outlet one star and heres why; its dirty inside, not organized as far as being able to find anything or have all options of a type of item together, and their prices on many things are more expensive or comparable to winco. I didnt feel comfortable bringing my child here. I dont know if there is anything they can do about it, but there was also someone living out of their car in three parking lot. I probably wont be back.

Horrible service .My car had funds in it but sence the cashier asked for my pin 5 times it locked me from my card .I paid in cashBut they laughed at me and it was extremly embarassingDo not come here .They are very rude and disrespectfulWorst experience of my life ive been coming here sence i was a child .And all the sudden new employees treat the customers like trash .

I stopped in there just to pick up one item and was pleasantly surprised to see the prices on wine and other food items at a great price and a great selection definitely if I was in the area and lived there Id shop there more often with a great buys they have cant beat the wine prices in the beer prices.

Items I can use are cheaper than other markets. Convenient store and lots of parking spaces. The clerks are very friendly & helpful.

I have been shopping at the Tracy Grocery Outlet for more than a decade. The quality of what they carry is 99.9% of the time wonderful. There have only been two instances that I got bad food. They willingly took it back. All the staff there are very kind and helpful. I make this store my first stop, then whatever I couldnt find there, I will get at a higher priced store.

There is no showcasing here folks. Some things here are worth the price, however... You need to check expiration dates and product before cashing out. They sell outdated items for cheaper price.

Better prices and I dont normally shop here but I think I will start soon.

I find what I need and pay a lot less..I like shopping there. Workers ask if youneed any help and are very courteous.

They have new owners that really turn the place around.....clean, update shelf items, nice staff...only complaint is they had only one cashier and she did not help pack my food, she just moved on to the next person. I understand being busy but you need to finish one before moving to the next.

Well I try not to go to this location to much because whoever took over there not friendly like the old original owners and even the second owner since weve lived here. I actually just went in there today and the clerk didnt even say hello or thank you or nothing, but I told him to have a good night and nothing. I see the owner walking around in there he doesnt talk to customers or maybe he talks to the ones he knows but Ive never been greeted by anybody in the whole store. And if you go in this time of year be sure to bundle up its cold as hell in there! And, they arent cheap like they used to be thats for sure! I bet they have a lot of waste in the refrigerated section everything is way too expensive. Especially bread I used to buy cinnamon bread there and now its just as much as the store. But Im big on being friendly to customers and this place is not the place, better off going to Manteca cuz they are super cool there.

I had to purchase several lunchables for a school trip, only to find out that a handful of lunchables had molded meat. Took it back, only to be told that Id only be able to receive a store credit. The cashier was very rude and belligerent, and I cannot believe after how much money I had to spend out, Id only be granted compensation as mediocre as a store credit. Id get treated better at Walmart. Definitely would not recommend this location.

Affordable food, healthy, and nice people at the cash registers. And: they stil carry the Peanut Cans!
