Yes this place has cheap and fresh vegetables and fruits. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. We were shopping for spicy yesterday and one cashier who named Kimberly was super helpful with our needs. Thank you for helping us found out what we want! !

Clean store, they had what I wanted. I had been to 2 other stores that didnt have it.

Awful price changes. I bought oat milk on the night of the 24th of this month for $2 something, came back on the 26th and it was raised by a dollar. Have seen the exact same product in other stores for lower, and most of their products are in the higher price range. Ive always regarded FoodMaxx as a place to grocery shop on a budget, but not anymore. Winco has better prices and the prices dont change this much. I asked if they would match the price of what I had on my receipt and the old lady at the register was just rude about it, wish I had her name. I only came because they had the oatmilk and had to drive elsewhere to purchase one item. Coming here is a waste of time.

Just found out that Food Maxx has my favorite salad for less than SaveMart!! And its closer to my house! I know where Ill be getting my salads from now on!!🙂

The parking is horrible, theres never enough cashiers and the customers are always in a hurry to get out of there. You can never find someone in that place to help you and they really need more cashiers. I cant stress that enough. The ones they do have move like snails. Not caring how long they take. Try it out for yourself, I guarantee you wont like it. Its mainly the parking & the ghetto customers. The prices change often, (they go up!) but then again youre kinda screwed between that place and Safeway. Safeway is predictable but I never have issues with their lines or self checkout. I like Safeway a little better. At least there you know what to expect and the staff are always helpful. Due to the election/pandemic though: be prepared for some really angry and irritated republicans that work there. Most of them supported Trump and are now bitter because he lost.

The prices are great. However, I have yet to see one smiling face here since I have started shopping here. I am not sure if the employees are not paid enough or what because I often get this vibe from them as if they hate their jobs. Some cashiers dont even make much effort to greet the customers. That human connection is missing.

I frequently go to this store because its convenient and always seem to have what I need at a decent price. Store is really clean too for which is a plus!

Store is clean and well stocked, but staff are generally just less than rude. restockers are in a hurry, plowing down aisles without regard of customers shopping; barely polite.self-checkout supervisor was more interested in carrying on a personal conversation with manager than attending to customers at checkout stands.

The prices are good but I received horrible service from one of the employees, I believe her name was Meghan. Incredibly rude to my mother, made snide remarks and spit in our cart full of items. Incredibly disrespectful and will never be coming here again.

Good place to do grocery shopping for those on a budget, they do a pretty good job at keeping everything stocked. They could use a little more effort with Engagement with customers who obviously appear to be having a hard time finding something.

They have really good meat and stuff but the security and the managers worry about people stealing something its like during a pandemic who cares theyre probably hungry

Im too stuck on another grocery store, but I like their French bread better. No problem here though.

It was ridiculous, corporate raised the price on bottled water, because of the epidemic, with the couple of 12 packs they had left. But got to give it up to the manager, because he was doing a really good job of servicing the people, and keeping the peace. I was very impressed with his management skills, during these trying times in our community.

Some of best deals for your money next to WinCo. Foodmaxx has only the items that you used the most or items that are in demand only for a hefty saving over SaveMart, Raleys and even Safeway. Their meat selection is of Safeways quality and size for less its like shopping at Costco for meat. Fruit and veggies are of good quality. Well worth the trip if you havent tried FoodMaxx yet.

Great savings on everyday necessities and food of course. A good selection of brands and different stuff for lack of a better word. The fruits and veggies looked fresh all the isles and the overall store was really clean. I definitely recommend coming here.

FoodMaxx in Tracy is nice and clean and for the most part has fresh meats and is always stocked with new things. Very convenient for people who lives in Tracy because Tracy is waayyyyyy farrrr out with nothing ni the area as much!

Better prices than Safeway. Still prefer WinCo for bigger shopping trips.

The store smells old and some of products have expired. So you really have to check the dates. However the prices are good and the store is well stocked.

Inexpensive groceries. Produce is satisfactory. Has an okay layout. Papa Murphys Pizza is next door so you can kill 2 birds with one stone. Groceries and dinner are done!

Id definitely take it to the Maxx again, Id give 5 stars but most of the time the check out lines are long with one or two registers open

Good pricing on brand name food items

Parking isnt usually bad. Theres usually not too many people inside. They kept the same items stocked. Good sales and already cheap items. Workers are always super nice. Salads and meats are hit or miss. Always smell the meat before buying! They never have enough cashiers open though.

Good for lower priced groceries. Warehouse atmosphere which has a certain smell too it. If your okay with that then its worth the savings. Reasonable prices.

Dirty. Rude. Never able to help when asking questions. The only nice/worthy are the cashiers. Produce/veggies staff THE WORST Ive ever seen in the US.

Quick in and out for a few things. Always a good experience when I go to Foodmaxx. It was restocking day so everything was fresh and in stock.

This market is the closest to my home, so it is a go to for us. Good quality all around, and they keep it relatively clean, a number of other low price stores in town cannot manage to do that. Decent produce section, meat is above average quality, and they keep prices low.

Foodmaxx is the best place to go shopping in my opinion. One time they had a deal on ice cream where if you bought one you get a free 2 liter root bear soda. Not just this sale that was good. There has been tons of great discounts and deals as well. I recommend everyone to come and shop at foodmaxx!

I got very disappointed from foodmaxx i tried to buy alcohol but they reject my id because it was from a different country i am a tourist. So only local people can buy alcohol there?? The cashier didnt explain a reason she just said they said that we cannot take that one what suppost i gonna do with that answer what is the problem with a foreign id? Is there a law that says that tourist cannot buy drinks on supermarkets?

Their hours are great, food isle and displays look great too. The register help was not appealing at all. She seemed sad,mad or still asleep. Thats the kind of service I received.
