Classic In-N-Out that never disappoints!My favorite are protein style cheese burger + animal style fries!!! Occasionally, we will get their milkshake too!Fast and friendly service!!! Delicious burgers and fries!!! Our family is a regular customer here!One thing I would like to call out is that at this location, the staff are very nice and considerate! They saw our baby in the backseat (when we were at the drive-through) and gave him a sticker to play!!! Really appreciated it!!! This is called AWESOME customer service!!!

Congratulations In-N-Out Burger, because you serve the best burgers I have ever tasted in my life! Last time I came here was back in the summer of 2018. I really miss the food here! I live in Canada & have been dreaming of eating that Double-Double Burger! Every burger I have tasted was nowhere close to what I had eaten in In-N-Out. The staff were kind, the restaurant was clean, and the food was the best thing about it! Keep up the good work! Im definitely coming back here again!

Like all in and out burgers it was absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced. And everything always comes out hot and fresh.

As always, a cheerful counter clerk took our order. We then enjoyed our hamburgers which were prepared perfectly as ordered. Another wonderful In-N-Out experience.

This In and Out knows exactly what they are doing. 💯 Success in my opinion. They are friendly, kind, hard working and quick. Adam was our cashier but when it slowed down a bit he was outside cleaning up, checking to see if we needed anything, working hard. What a gem employee for sure.

This place has always been amazing and I have been going here for over a decade. The people have always been so nice and a long time ago when i worked in that area and a manager from here saw me walking to work they gave me a ride. they have always been so kind and the people who work here actually look happy. A good example of how a living wage can change people.

I absolutely adore In-N-Out Burger. Ive been in a different state for the past few years, and this is of course been hard for me as I could not get back to my beloved Burger chain. But now that I am back of course the first thing that I go to get is some in and out. The drive-thru line is forever long time, but there was somebody who was walking through the line taking everyones order so it moves quite quickly. I believe there was about 10 cars in front of me and it only took about 15 minutes for me to get from the back of the line to my food. After that it was just about figuring out how to get back onto the street as theyre too good at it, but one could easily be blocked by how long the line gets.

Located in the Fontaine Plaza in Tracy, Ca. This location is usually always busy, the staff are all very courteous. So far regardless of the line, I was able to get my order very quick and correct. They are generous with the condiments. If you visit this location enter thru the Giants burger lot it will make it easier to get in line. Line will zig-zag when its busy.

Never disappointed me except having no bacon so to be the ultimate burger spot you need bacon ijs. Still love em

The double-double animal-style burger is an iconic (no-thrills,) priced right meal. The pink lemonade doesnt change, which is great. But if they can do a little something with the fresh-pressed shoestring fries, In-N-Out would kill the competition. Buy the D-D and share it!

Place is always clean! You can never go wrong eating here. Dine in or take out I’ve never had issues with my food but if I did I’m positive there would be no issues of fixing your order!

Need better employees. Our order was wrong left out 1 burger n fry. And charged us for it. Dont recommend Tracy

I have only been to this location once. And it will be my last. Customer service is very important and you should hire individuals that can up hold that. Putting things on the counter and not my hand (it is COVID) is rude and if I a customer ask for something they should not be made to feel as if they are bothering the worker.

Ive been into this place about three times, and I can finally say that this place is what I would call, very decent. Obviously, before visiting this chain, Ive got recommendation from friends and people on the Internet claiming that out of all fast food chain, this is the best and the go to. While its true that comparing my experience here to those in Burger King and McDonalds, its also true that the hype brought to me was over the top making me to have very high expectation. One thing I particularly dislike is that the patty is a little bit on the thin side. Being a burger that cost approximately $5, I somewhat expect it to pack a bit more meat. Other than this, I must admit the experience is very nice. The jalapeno pepper pairs so well with the burger in giving it a acidic punch and a little heat.

I used to go to in-and-out Burger when they Where only in Southern California the burgers were much better tasting then seems like every time I get a Burger its always over seasoned Its OK for fries But not on your Burger

The line was ridiculously long but, went surprisingly quickly. Ordered the single burger combo and, burger was pretty good. The sauce is what makes it. The fries were not hot, which was surprising!

Had some issues with new employees screwing up our order and then arguing with me about my drinks even after checking the receipt. Then we got skipped AND THEY FORGOT OUR ORDER. Complained to manager who seemed too busy. While eating outside the manager came out and apologised. Love inandout but feel they need to know when they screw up. Understand now why manager sought us out to apologize not in front of employees. Hopefully new people get the needed training and next time we get the service we expect at in and out. Let them know when they miss...

Customer service was positive. The cashier, Zack, was great. The establishment was clean. Wait time was ok. I overheard two employees talking negatively about a customer that was there - this was not good. The hamburger was tasty, but not the fries. Price is reasonable.

I drive a service truck as I could not go through the drive-thru. But I was still able to go inside with a face mask place my order. Receive my food in a timely fashion and of course I was not disappointed in the outcome. Drive-thru is packed but moving fast. Come get some food.

Amazing as usual, and I am very impressed with how this establishment is able to maintain such happy and helpful employees all across California. They should keep giving raises and promotions to balance out the challenges they face on a daily basis, people can be extremely difficult and selfish. Thank you In N Out! Drive thru is fast, service is always good.

We always love In N Out. This location is notoriously difficult to find parking because there are so many businesses and a Starbucks in this small shopping center. The drive through is quick but since Covid theyve rerouted it and its easier to get to if you enter on Tracy Blvd in the driveway between McDonalds and Nations. Weve never experienced a wrong order or missing items at this location. And order your burger mustard fried, you wont be sorry!

What can I say, it’s In-N-Out burger. Burgers here are alway delicious and have always received consistent great service from staff. Can’t beat the double-double animal style. The double-double protein style is also a nice way to mix it up. I would stay away from the shakes, I feel like they lack flavor and air is mixed into it.

Its 2020 people WHERE are the wheelchair accessible doors? I noticed a man by the door (in a wheelchair) as I was driving up and didnt think anything of it. I took my time parking, gathering my things and when i finally came to the door several minutes later he asked me to open it for him. I really wonder how long he was out there. Really unacceptable.
