Costco is a great Wholesale store. Its the most wonderful time of year and its definitely reflected in Costco. During my visit I did not have to wait in line to enter the store. They are enforcing members to wear a mask, for everyones protection. The store was clean. Rush was at peak, toilet paper and water bottle cases are running out again. Their roasted chicken is good and at a very affordable price. Sometimes it runs out soon so you have to wait. Their signature bakery goods are amazing. They sell one of the best cheese cakes at a very affordable price. This store is great, staff is great and the members try to check you out quickly.

Juniors is out of New York. If you have never, ever had a Juniors cheesecake, let me tell you it is a treat of all treats! When I saw it looking at me in the Costco freezer my mouth opened so wide a fly could go inside.😂🤣 Thank you Costco for bringing Juniors New York cheesecake to Costcos.

Honestly who doesnt love Costco. Ever since I was in college I have made sure to use Costco, it seems just the easiest way to get as much as you need for a great price. Yes youre going to have a lot of stuff, but you will not be going back to the store for a while which is always my goal LOL. The employees seem very nice, and the store is always clean. I always wonder how they do that LOL

The churro was tasty with all of the crunching, including the brown sugar. And, the ice cream tasted delicious with all of the pure yogurt vanilla flavor with sweet cream. Also, soda tasted good with great carbonated sugar. So, I enjoyed it because they were all that amazing.

Have been shopping here since they opened and have continued to enjoy this particular store... always clean, well stocked, fresh produce and plenty of great finds! Cant wait till food court can bring back items not available due to Covid as well as the samples. GREATLY appreciate their caution for everyone, employees and customers.

I went to this Costco two weeks ago . I had a bad appearance with one of the checker assistant. I wanted my items place in a box an not in the basket. Angel continued to load my basket, handed me the boxes to load myself. I asked for help she said it’s not her job an walked away!

I love all Costco’s. Staff is always fantastic. They move the lines quickly, we stopped in to grab a chicken for dinner after going to the movies. If I’m in the area we stop by.

I went to Costco today thinking Senior time 9-10 is still on. But no, Costco was closed till 10 and seniors were waiting outside.The Tracy Costco states online that masks required; but some people were not wearing masks. It is not possible for Costco to check who is vaccinated and who is not!Why not mandate masks inside? Delta variant so contagious that people should wear masks not only at Costco but at all other stores when shopping inside.

Costco is often my go to get my fresh produce and meats, just love shopping here. But theres one thing I would like to point out.. when youre talking about your customer especially about something you arent satisfied to your coworker please dont have that conversation in front of your customers face especially as youre ringing their items..dont appreciate that at all.

I come here for gas, it is good location, the lines at the pumps are usually long, but I guess everyone has the same idea that I have.

Went to do some shopping and end up being hit by a employee accidentally, but when I went to fill out an report the manager made a comment how people pretend they get hurt, cause Costco has money. I am very appall by his statement. Very unprofessional. The force was so hard I almost fell to the ground. It look like a tent and the employee was having a hard time carrying it. He swung it and hit me full force on my left side of my neck. Not even a call later to see how I was doing or okay. So they get no more of my service. Carelessness can hurt someone.....

Costco has always been a good experience for my family and I, as we go there quite often. I was exceptionally pleased with the interaction with Kylee. As we were exiting the door, she had stopped us to highlight our receipts and she took the time out to draw a dinosaur for my youngest son. Little things like that make this store great. Each costco has slightly different items. I come here when stockton costco does not have what I want. I usually come here for the gas station on the way to work. Ample parking but like all costcos it can get busy.

The nearest Costco for Mountain House. Located at in complex which had many other stores. Great staff. Not too busy when compared to Bay area stores.

This Costco is located just off I-205, making the store -- and its adjacent Costco Gas station -- an easy stop for travelers en route from the Sierra foothills to the Bay Area. Plenty of parking and surprisingly fast checkout 30 min before closing time on a Sunday evening.

This location has a good selection of product. The store is usually pretty orderly and clean. For those I would give this location a four star. After visiting this location as many times as I do, I can honestly say this is one of the most impolite stores in the Costco system Ive been to. If I could split the stars and give four to the inventory and cleanliness, I would. However this store gets its lowest star count of two. The employees at this location are being led to believe Its okay to not engage with customers, to ignore customers, and, to at times, completely snub customers. Im calling on the leadership of this location to address your group, maybe give them some training. Then again maybe you dont have to worry about how the customers are treated. maybe you already know theres no competition for you in this area. No matter how the customers are treated theyre most likely going to end up coming back and spending their hard earned money buying the products that you provide. If you want specific examples of how Ive seen employees treat customers at your store Id be happy to give them to you. It seems like every time my girlfriend and I leave this location we look at each other shaking our heads! Youre better than this, Costco

Cmon, its Costco ... not much to report! Its a good store though, well laid out, and clean. They always have their checkout lanes well staffed too, so on normal days, its a breeze getting in and out!

Well, this is the 2nd. time in a month that the price shown at the pick slot was wrong and when I went to buy it, the product was $18 instead of $12. At Whole Foods you get the product free if that happens. But here they said no you have to pay full price. I thought I should at least get it at the price they had marked. Hmmm...

I shop at Costco a lot every one of them is clean good customer service. The manager Mike is awesome! But for the first time today I ran into the rudest customer service representative Ive ever come across her name was Jasmine or Jazzy not sure. You should really have a talk with this girl. She was snotty and the worst customer service Ive ever had.

Very disappointed When I got to the register I always check the prices and a this time a sweater I wanted was priced wrong and so I told her the sign says $14.99 she said nope its $19.99 the attitude on this lady well my next thing she was going to scan was a $139.00 item I told her nope not taking that or anything after that so I spend $218 instead of $560 not going to Tracy ever again going to keep it local

Hadnt been to this Costco in Tracy CA for a while. We got there at 10 am. Got gas, no line. Went inside. Found everything we were looking for...and also some items that our local store doesnt stock (we were visiting in Tracy). While we were in line to check out (#3 in a line), they opened 2 more registers! It was fantastic. Also, everyone practiced social distancing. The whole store was well-lit and clean. What a pleasure we had shopping. Well definitely go back there.

Its costco. Who doesnt love Costco? I guess you either love it or hate it, there is really no in between. Its a warehouse of goodies and aisles of cool things to look at. If you like that sort of thing. Personally, Im in and out of there since I have to usually tote around a little one with me. No time for casual walks through every aisle. Every 2 weeks we load up on the double gallon milks, veggies and fruits and fresh bread. It works for our big family. The people that work there are friendly and helpful if needed and the place it clean and well organized.

I have been in at least 10 Costcos, and this is one of the best! Staff is courteous and responsive. The store is clean, Covid conscious and lucky for me, close!

Normally a great place to shop, yesterday was different. I waited 30 minutes to be helped, this was after I called in ahead of time about tires for my Lexus. I Bought 500$ worth of tires, and was told over an hour later after waiting that they could not replace my tires because the person who had put them on last stripped my wheel.locks, kinda just handed me my key and said go get it fixed somewhere then we can do the tires. Well hold up, I.already bought the tires . I wasnt.given.the option.of getting my.money back, or referring me to a local shop that does thst kind of work because obviously Costco tire shop is above getting the damaged wheel locks off, putting the tires I had purchased on my vehicle as they could have sold me new wheel.locks, just seemed like everyone there couldnt wait to get off of work . Its two days later and I still havent heard back from a message I left yesterday morning . Wheres the customer service for a member whos been with Costco for 25 plus years ?????

Love the savings offered up by this place, cheap gas and very reasonable prices and their return policy is more than generous. I feel like a Costco membership is a must have for literally anyone.

Great place, great people that work at costco in Tracy, but if you ever want anything from the bakery and you know many people like them like cheese danishes make sure to arrive at your local costco early in the mornings to get some. It is first come and first serve and when they run out they really run out because they only bake once every day in the mornings so they do not have to waste as much. Also know if they are buy two for a certain price you can only buy them in twos so if they only have one left you cannot buy it. I know bevuase the same thing happened to me even when I asked a supervisor and he said sadly we cant sell that by itself.

I wish parents would control their brats running around everywhere and making a mess of the store. The prices are great and its alot quieter due to the pandemic, but still... If you have kids, at least teach them to be better behaved in the store. Thats just ghetto and it makes you look ghetto like you dont care about your loud obnoxious kids. Leave em home for everyones sake.

Due to the pandemic its crazier than ever. Its costco though so what do you expect. People buying toilet paper like theyre dying and fender benders galore. Multiple KARENS here, so beware. The male KARENS are just as bad if not worse. Good prices and good food though. I wish people would leave their trolls at home though. Not a safe place to let you kids run around... Its not your home.
