I came from San Jose I called this Morning about 11:00 am I asked if they had the Lisa Frank eye shadow pellet and they said yes we have lots she i didnt put one on hold and I get there at 6:00pm and they are out she said we only had 1 all day ! Wow

Customer service is horrible. They wont ask if you need help but will follow you around like your a criminal. Please I spend big bank every time no need to sweat me. I so enjoy they carry my Este Lauder foundation as Sephora doesnt. But Sephora has better service. If Sephora carried more of my selections of choice of make I use I wouldnt even come to Ulta. The girls here are stuck up because they work there. What I spend in one trip is your weeks check so stay humble ladies its just retail 😉

It was ok we walked around for like 30 min and no one asked if we needed help and we are looking at colors there all taped up we go look at one and they were quick say dont open those instead of asking if we needed something smhhhh

I came here solely to purchase an eyebrow pencil when it was on sale. The item was conveniently placed at the front of the store already so people wouldnt have to search for the sale item. I also walked around the rest of the store briefly to browse; the employees here treat you like a criminal- always keeping an eye on you as if you going to steal something. I guess theft is common in this area. Checkout process was easy and smooth.

This place takes advantage of the fact that people will buy anything as long as a high-end big name is attached to it, even though the products can be found in other stores at a lower price. It basically preys on people who are insecure and narcissistic. Ive seen little bottles of lotion in here for upwards of $20.00 (on clearance, no less) and these bottles are not much bigger than a sample size. Is moisturizing that important to someone that theyll come into Ulta to buy it simply because its there in Ulta? Yep. And Ulta has no shame.

I wish I had visited Ulta Beauty a long time ago. I have not used foundation on my face for decades. On a whim, I stopped in and I was impressed with the layout and the cleanliness of the store. I had no idea how many brands there are and I wandered around for a bit, feeling a bit overwhelmed. A salesperson, Angela, made herself available to me and I am grateful she did. She spent at least 20 minutes helping me choose the best make up for my skin. I left Ulta Beauty very happy and I recommend anyone who needs assistance in selecting the best beauty products drop in and see what they have to offer.

I love this Ulta, even when I am just searching for something, someone is always there, and will suggest me products for my needs. Ive always been very pleased with my purchases thanks to them. Btw, Chris is amazing at eyebrow waxing! He always makes my eyebrows look flawless!

It depends. Sometimes the shelves are stocked & organized and sometimes it is a bit rough. Several of the testers and samples are depleted - seems to be a high volume store. However, the staff are eager to help and answer questions. I appreciated staff pursuing an answer to me question even if she did not know the answer personally. I think they should post their services and hours for the salon prominently within the store. During evening visits I could not discern if the salon was open or closed.

Very attentive and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Huge selection. Very pleasant experience for me, as I am make-up challenged. The staff were patient, asked a few questions, and helped me with what they thought would work best for me.

Clean store, lots of selections of products. Very nice staff that are always happy to help.

Employees are very rude. Took the cashier 10 minuets to do a simple transaction and then refused to give me the rest of the money on the gift card which is actually against the law. I have decided to not bother coming to this store anymore because Sephora is so much better. Best of luck to whom ever decides to walk into Ulta in Tracy Ca.

If I could give zero stars I would .My first and last time going into storeLooked for an item in my own for a bit only to be passed by store employees. Went to cashiers for assistance only to be looked at and away employees there. 1 customer even came in store after me standing there for a bit to be helped b4 me.Expressed my frustration of lack of service only to be walked back to shampoo and left there while the stylist was being asked for a product I was looking for.Store doesnt carry what I was seeking however they would of never known that because now 3-4 employees are now standing around talking. Upon me saying I was leaving because the store lacked what I was looking for. One employees ending comment in a snide manner was have a nice dayTracy definitely needs stores HOWEVER rude employees help drive the loss of business.

My wife loves this place. She gets all her high end hair products here.

This is the 3rd time I have arrived at an appt for brows and the brow technician had left for the day. I was told someone had called me and rescheduled my appt.I had not received a call nor a voice mail.I understand emergencies, but 3 times without notification is a disrespectful practiced habit. A call should be a verified, received notification, not just a message left on a voice mail. There was no rescheduled appt. At the time of my arrival, the manager asked me if I would like to reschedule.Really?? Bad traffic, time wasted getting there..... time for a new brow bar!!The only reason re is one star is because I couldnt post without adding a star!!

Rude service!! I went through drive thru and this guy named “Jacob” was very rude when I was ordering he sighed very rudely, as in he was fed up with me ordering 5 items.

I didnt shop, but I did wait for the 20 minutes my wife got her brows waxed off....haha. Now, off to the circus!!! 😂

Employees are polite but not knowledge. I was told about a product that had 25 vitamins but actually it had 25 benefits.... lol. NOT VITAMINS. But she sold me into thinking how it had all of these vitamins but when I got home and read the bottle it listed 25 benefits. I still love the product but make sure you research the product first to back up what theyre telling you, haha.

I was testing some foundation, I grab a tissue from the closest counter but it wasnt enough to clean up my hands, when I went to get another one 0ne 0f the employees told me that tha box of tissues were hers, 😱😱😱 WHAT????

Had just what I was looking for. Helpful employee. I changed my address again, but office still sent my bill to the wrong address & then charging me a late fee.

We found what we needed but I wish they would stock more products on the shelves. Cashier was nice and greeted us when we walked in.

I made the mistake of letting someone other than Chris at the Brow Bar do my eyebrows and needless to say they messed them up.So, I just wanted to give Chris a shout-out for going out of his way to get me squeezed into his already full schedule and fixing them. I will never see anyone other then Chris! Thank you for your wonderful service.

Got some bad advice from hair salon so I went elsewhere. Great products but not so good hair salon services.

They are not true to their promo. My experience is terrible and the cashier Kasandra is rude and rolled her eyes at me. Stocked your store properly, so can stay true what you are promoting.

I love ulta and I love make up. But this ulta is terrible. Its never properly stocked. On popular items they RARELY have the shades you want. Theres no one walking around and helping you. When you go to check out, the cashiers are kinda rude and look at you like youre an idiot if you ask for a product that you didnt see stocked on the shelf. Only come to this ulta if youre desperate to find the basics. Half the tester samples are missing.

Plenty of cosmetics and hair care products. They dont have as much in the nail care department as they used to.

The employees are very rude and I feel like they always ignore me whenever I try to get help . I only go here cuz I love makeup alot but since I keep experiencing rude service Im going to just go to Sephora instead and not even bother with this store anymore(Also they always think Im stealing which Im not at all . Then when I went to the salon there the lady was so rude and acted so snotty she told me you can never get the same results from a box hair dye unlike u can here and just walked away . A good variety of salon hair stuff and brand-name department store skin care, makeup, etc. But not all the top-shelf brands Styling tools and general beauty supply fare. Also drug store brands.The associates werent very friendly. The testers for various makeup and skin care products were dirty and nasty...a lot of gunk. After opening a few different testers I gave up, because they were so nasty. Dont know how the prices are compared to other places/Frankly, it is a ripoff of Sephora, and not nearly as nice, clean, or customer service oriented. Ill probably go back when Im in need of a specific product and I cant get to Sephora or Nordstrom.
