Joana at the brow bar at Ulta was wonderful! Im always so nervous to get my eyebrows waxed because a lady butchered my eyebrows in the past. I let Joana know about my bad experience and she made sure to take her time with me and in the end she did a great job and Im very happy with my eyebrows!! To top it off she is so sweet and friendly and talked to me through the whole process. I will definitely go back, actually I already have my next appointment booked!
