A little bit better experience than a lot of the reviews here. Price of gas was a little high. Clean bathroom though.

The restroom is disgusting, I thought Chevron had some some quality control for their locations omg....Pumped Gas and left.

Incredibly poorly managed Chevron - please go to another one. I filled up at the Chevron at 2615 Grant Line yesterday and the first two pumps I tried were out of service, but there was no sign or tape to warn you - only the payment screen had an error on it. Finally I found a pump that worked and I paid $7 more for a car wash after my fill up. The pump was so incredibly slow, it took about 15 minutes to pump 15 gallons. They must not change their filters or they have some other fundamental problem with their pumps. Then when I tried to receive my receipt for the car wash code, the pump receipt machine was OUT OF PAPER. So I had to go wait in line, inside where none of the workers were wearing masks (sorry, I dont care about politics, my mother died of COVID a few months ago). Finally, after about 25 minutes after my initial arrival at the station, I was told by the bad attitude blond woman at the register (no mask mind you) that the car wash was closing in a few minutes (and now there was about 10 cars in line). I asked for a refund because I had already waited almost 30 minutes. But the woman at the register who had a huge chip on her shoulder made it difficult to perform a simple refund. She pulled her cell phone out and spent 5 minutes calculating, who knows what, before she opens her register and gives me $3. On my receipt it clearly showed $7 that I had already paid via my CC card. She continued to calculate and continued to double down on her idiocy. Im not sure if she was just uneducated and unable to comprehend basic math, or if shes skimming off the register. If you are a manager of this location, I hope you check your tills at the end of the night, especially the blond who in this case kept $4. I feel bad for the 15 or so people that were waiting in line for 10+ minutes while this woman pretended to do some math on her cell phone only to short me $4. Pretty shady Chevron.

A bit expensive. Dont know how they survive.

This place is trash, fix your pumps and your brains

I’ll never go here again. I came to buy a pack of VUSE pods for a vape pen. He gave me juul pods instead. When I tried to return them he wouldn’t do it. When I asked to buy the VUSE pods I came in for he told me he didn’t have any. So instead of telling me he didn’t have any of what I wanted in the first place he screwed me out of $25 with pods I can’t use.

Worst service ever. Gas station system does not sync car was. Car was for exterior is only $11.99, but through the gas station, minimum is $19.99. I was in a rush so l got the $19.99. Gas pump did not print receipt so I had to go inside. Complained to cashier who could not understand English. Complained to carwash attendant who was apologetic but said I had to deal with the gas station attendant. Then she put my car through the car was without vacuming it which I had paid for with the full service. Worst experience ever. I will never go back to this car was or will any of my friends.

This is one of the worst car wash services in tracy, not to mention really slow and they never vacuum inside the car even when you pay for it! they dont even dry the car completely and they still average over an hour wait time, thats ridiculous. i tried to approach the manager and he completely dismissed me by saying if you dont like our service then dont come back! he refused to give me his name, but he was extremely arrogant and rude. needless to say i will never come back here plus the oil changes are extremely high and the customer service is awful which reflects the management.

The service here sucks. They had one lady at the cash register and cleaning at the same time, while the other workers were in the back. So much fighting amongst the employees too! Everytime I go in there its something new. Too bad I have to go in there because its closest to my work. I also sent my 15yo daughter in there one time and she said she got hit on by what look like the carwash employee. So uncomfortable! Too bad i cant rate a 0 star.

Slowest car wash ever...but they are thorough. Make sure you are not in a hurry before paying for the carwash at the pump.

Just wanted to share my experience with this Chevron with everyone so that no one else has issues with this service center. So myself, my wife and my infant child are on a road trip and needed an oil change but was unable to get one before we left so I decided I would sneak away and get one in Tracy while visiting family and I got it done at this chevron station, figured the big name would be safe. Wrong about 600 miles later on our way back down to Tracy on the 5 south the oil drain plug shot out onto the highway, discharging all of my oil onto the highway leaving us stranded in the center medium for 2.5 hours, until about 11:30 at night. When I assessed the car engine the belts and everything looked fine, just the missing drain plug and 4.4 quartz of oil under the car. AAA ended up towing the car into Tracy for us and I brought it to a Meineke given I did not trust the work that was done at the Chevron in order to confirm my suspicion. The next day after the car was assessed, they found the only issue was the drain plug missing and the missing oil. They got a new drain plug which threaded fine and ensured lit was tightened to proper specs.So I returned to the Chevron with both their receipt for the oil change and the Meinekes service invoice and I talked with the manager, he said it was impossible for the car to go 600 miles without a drain plug, and I agreed and told him it fell out on the 5 south. He then acted as if I was hiding the fact that the drain plug was in at one point which makes no sense given it holds the oil in the car. He said there was nothing he could do because i took it to a different shop because i did not trust them nor their assessment of their own work. After about 20 minutes he gave me my money back for the oil change but not the additional money for the $160 spent at Meineke to fix their screw up. So long story short dont trust this service station, you are better off with a different service station so you dont have to run into this hassle on your commute or vacation.

Horrible. I am 6 months pregnant and i went to buy hubba bubba Gum. It got busy, a skinny guy with glasses was helping the man infront of us. Mind you the registers are very close together which doednt help. A lady named CASSIE said i can help u the man was a very large man infront so i didnt have much room to hand her my gum i lightly tossed it on the counter she picked it up and said dont throw this at me. Firsr of all i didnt throw it at her. It was NO WHERE near her. She came from the back with her phone and just had the face lf a mad person. Dont think she zould have a job with people if she cant help keep her bad days hidden at work. I didnt do anything to be talked to like that.

Half an hour for a car wash!! That’s because the workers are having a party & don’t focus on their assigned jobs! This is ridiculous! There is Room for improvement.Car was clean, I will admit but this was way too long!

Lady wasnt to happy because I used to many creamers on my coffee. Indirectly was telling thats to much sugar its bad for you well if its bad for you then dont sell it !
