Could be organized alittle bit better but service was great! All workers were very kind

Im not sure what happened to customer service. Its a long lost art these days. I was in here looking for an item and not one person said hello or asked if I needed help. I even stood next them three different times but not one word was spoken to me. Not even when I l was leaving. I understand you have a job to do but I was the only customer.

The two girls in the copy and print department were awesome! I needed some copies done for a special even that day and they saved the day! Great service! I will be going back to that store for copies and prints I need in the future

Spent 10mins waiting in line until an employee finally came back to the register.

Went to Staples looking for a task,desk light. Ended up buying two of them (one for the craft room, and one for the puzzle table). Good product, and good service.

Went to this store to pick up an online order and they had some dificulties at the register locating the order...i asked to speak with the store manager, James(he refuses to provide his full name). He didnt make any effort to help locating the order and instead offer us to cancel the order when the product was seating in the store shelf. He resembles the perfect character as a rude and unpolite manager, we would never visit staples again....officemax and officedepot earn a new customer today.

Well, its Staples. They have a myriad of products to help support both professional and home offices, teachers, and to a much lesser extent, artists. The prices are ok and the sales floor was clean. I took off a star for the amount of time it took me to find file folders. Seriously. I expected their location to be denoted in a manner that it would be seen easily. I never crossed paths with an employee either.

Found all the supplies my 2 high schoolers needed. The check out line was long but moved fast. It looked crazy but it was controlled well. The guy at the register even used a coupon and saved us $5.

Good customer service. Willing to check back stock so I could get an item that was on sale.

Friendly service and good prices. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.

Always have what I need. Good service and staff!

Lady at copy center very nicr and helpfull

Too slow and they really didnt know how to help. I dont like that I pay for faxing and I cant even get help there. Its a do it yourself . its a service thats needed in tracy and its getting wipe away. Dont fix what wasnt broke. Frustrating

Visited this store and interacted with the James who mentioned he was the store manager. This individual was rude and very dishonest....I would not recommend visiting this store to anyone.

In and out in just a few minutes. Got what I needed, very professional service.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. I called to ask how much it was to print per page. I was left on hold for 20 minutes while I could here the person who answered the phone helping other customers. I tried to be patient. After 20 minutes I finally called back, and the manager told me that there was no way for the worker to know how much it cost to print and he was busy ringing up customers maybe he needs to figure out how to run things better. He also informed that 28# paper is exactly the same as cheap printer paper (ummm no-- maybe theyre the same price but they are not the same).Basically not only were they rude AND wasted my time, but they gave me misinformation.

I like having the Staples there because theyre open late for all my office supplies and copying needs. I go there at least twice a year. I always look forward to those two times a year.

No customer service. They want you to get in and get out as fast as possible.

Horrible. I waited on hold for 14 minutes...Im still on hold while writing this review. Someone did answer the phone briefly around the 4 minute time just to tell me that I had the wrong dept.Update: same person answered, tried to transfer me again, this time I yelled at him before I was put on hold, when he heard my question...guess what?!?! He ANSWERED it. Wow, after 18 minutes on hold...what a waste of time, he shouldve stopped to listen to the customer the first time. Poor Service, lack of care and time. Hope I dont have to use this place again.

Nice people, beautiful place and amazing managers

Went there to print out a job application, fill it out, and then scan it to email. I messed up and asked for ehite out and they gave me glue tape. When I went to scan the pages, two pages stuck together and it only scanned one...the store clerk being very slow didnt help.

Got what I needed fast.

Went to print some documents and they printed out severely misaligned. When I asked for help one employee directed me to one of his co-workers and that coworker said he was too busy. I threw the items I printed away and left the store.

Had problems printing and the staff was no help. They could not resolve the issue I was facing with printer. I was charged for miss printed documents.

Coupons are insane! All small letters, requiring to validate them is miserable! 😨🤔🤨😠

I used this Staples print center and said I wasnt happy with the quality of my print and the associate responded with ok. Umm. I wont be back. That is not how you respond to a customer.
