Terrible experience today for my order, I ordered dragon fruit drink and it turn out white with completely no fruit in it. Just the syrup and milk in it. I hope if they are running out of items, they should inform us since we are waiting for 30 mins. Also we ordered in mobile app the estimated time of pick up is 3:36PM we get the order 3:55.

I have always stopped at Starbucks anywhere I may be. They all have great friendly service and quality you can depend on. Plus their lemon loaf and gingerbread loaf cant be beat!

Good quick service, polite staff. I was there on Saturday noon and it was quite busy, but things went fast! Toilets were clean

The driver through service was good I never tried Starbucks and I dont think I ever will never been inside the closest I get is a drive-through or the parking lot took my brother inlaw he loves it Im old school 😎

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for many years & a long time SB team member, Steve, is a great guy, but all r good & take care of bidness!

Ordered through the app and after having to wait outside for 20 minutes, a customer finally told me they were running 30 minutes late on all orders... employees were too busy to even come check on those of us outside.

Good customer service & the Berry Hibiscus Lemonade good too.

The drive through line is a nightmare in busy times.

I usually come to this location and normally its really good. The employee are nice and welcoming. The biggest issue I have is how the past 3 times Ive come here, my orders took forever to be made. There was people who were behind me in line getting their drinks before me. When I simply had ice coffee or refreshers. They should follow and make drinks based on order.

I dont drink coffee but got some for my hubs..not a long wait at all and he enjoyed it

Very friendly service! The line was a little long, but moved efficently with all the crew working as a team! The hot cocoa I got was delicious and hit the spot on a cold and rainy day! Very enjoyable!

My favorite place to enjoy my coffee in the morning. They always get it right, strong and very hot, just the way I like coffee, I order the Dark, Pike Place, and some times Blonde. Been a customer since they opened this location.

Really wanted a pumpkin drink ...Ordered a strawberry frap for my daughter. They are out of strawberry.. so I get her something else ..I order myself one of those cold brew pumpkin coffees and they are out of cold brew .. so she asks if she can sub it for some other cold coffee. With a shot .. I agreed assuming they would be smart enough to make my coffee as close to the drink I wanted ... nope. Got a cold coffee.. extra shot of espresso ... no sugar. No milk 🙄 and was charged $4

Service is always pretty good hear once in a while I might see some inconsistencies with how they make their teas but this is with all stores.

As a rule, their cappuccinos are very good. The baristas are exceptionally friendly and provide excellent customer service. Can get quite crowded.

Starbucks doesnt have the best coffee out there but it is consistent wherever you go. The staff here is always amazing and the drinks come fast. I love my local Starbucks.

Long wait. One person a head of me. Seemed to be talking to a friend carrying on a personal conversation. Drink was weak very little flavor. had asked for extra caramel would gave been disappointed if I had not asked for extra and that was all there was.

Customer service is always good. Jessica is quick and always has a smile. Water for oatmeal this morning was not hot enough.

Im not a big Starbucks fan but I am now! The manager should get an award for the most personable staff at this location. Other spots have had uppity staff - this lication is helpful, friendly and just what youd want in a coffee shop. Visit this location if you havent, this staff is heads and tails above the rest!

The store in South Tracy near the Raleys is my home store. It is a busy store, but the baristas are all friendly and good at their job, so it never feels like a long wait.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks. The coffee shop is always clean and the staff is super fast and friendly. I used to work across the street from this Starbucks and would visit on a near daily basis. I was never disappointed.This Starbucks can get pretty packed during the morning or lunch rushes, but the staff always handles the rush well. Ive gone in with the line out to the door and still only had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get my drink.They never made my drinks wrong and usually remembered my standard order. Drinks are always served with a smile, Ive never experienced an employee with a bad attitude at this location, even on the most hectic of days.
