Exceptional service!! I had Gabriel help with upgrading from an android to an iphone and he explained everything super well. He also did a great job of letting us know about deals we could qualify for and walked us through everything in a simple, easy to understand way. The other associate was also super nice and they both did their best to engage the customers they were helping and customers who were still waiting. Overall amazing service from beginning to end!

We moved from Metro and to be honest I was not looking forward to the stress of the switch. I feel like getting phone service is as fun as dealing with car salesmen. My sales associates name was Daniel and the store manager who double and tripled checked everything to make sure it was correct was Reed. Reed, Daniel and Donald truly care about their customers, I felt put at ease right from the start. They not only want to make an instant sale but you can tell they put in a lot of work/time/effort to earn the trust and loyalty of their Tracy customers. They seem to shoot for the long term customer relationship and that is what we will be! I feel like their shop on 11th has the small town feel but with the services and options of a big town company. Im so glad that we switched as the difference between support and services is night and day. After all that is said and done, the cost difference between Metro and Verizon service is minimal but the customer service that Verizon, Reed, Daniel and Donald provide is worth it 10 times over. Highly recommend this team for any of your cellular needs. Thank you, you guys!!!
First, I’ll say I went to 2 stores prior to coming here. Secondly, I should have spared myself the hours worth of time and the bad customer service from the other authorized retailer. Now to the good stuff! This location, hands down the best customer service I have received from ANY service provider. All the workers are extremely professional, friendly, and make the process very personable! Needless to say if I have to make any more visits in person to a Verizon store, they will be my go to 100%. Thank you guys!

Went there to ask why my S7 would not ring or give audio tone when receiving a message. Only 1 employee who was assisting another customer. Waited 30 minutes before a second employee showed up. Had a poor attitude and no apology for the lengthy wait. Asked if they could replace my cell phone battery and replied they no longer replace batteries but to go to Batteries and Bulbs. This used to be a great Verizon store but no more. May switch to AT&T who has several employees.
Never go this store, they charge extra alot of money because this is not verzion store, this private store & they charge me 110 dollar extra, they said first this your down payment after transaction they said its our fee because its private store.
I was told by Verizon corporate that I could trade in my iPhone 5 for an iPhone 6, get about $200 credit and pay about $400-$500 for the 6.I walked into ClickAway as my local Verizon retailer on Saturday and wow did I get a surprise! Walked out with a new 64GB iPhone 6 on upgrade for $168!Brett (aka Tony), the Store Mgr, took great care of me and honestly EVERY customer in the store. Everyone was happy and treated excellent.Chris, the Asst. Took my old phone iPhone 5s here this weekend (06/07/2020) to get an additional line. The lady tried to push a new phone so she said my phone was locked by Apple. LOL. Never again will I go there.

Every time I call or visit for service or support I get prompt, detailed attention. These guys know their stuff. I especially appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the location manager, Chau Chang. This is definitely my go to location for my wireless needs.

Terrible place! I went on Saturday morning and the sales guy just kept stalling and made me waste 1 HOUR of my time. He was talking to a customer and first said for me to wait 20 min...I had to interrupt him to ask if he in fact was going to be able to help and he said 10 min... well that turn into one hr.. it was really annoying ow he kept talking too friendly to one customer without even care about people waiting.. he was rude and unconsiderate... so I had to leave that place without getting anything done and just wasting my time. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this place to any friend or family. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Recently I purchased an iPhone 7, after 20 days it stopped charging. I took it into this store to get it repaired. I waited a week and a half & called them 4 times and finally the manager called me back saying that they werent sure if my phone was able to be replaced because of the 2 week policy that they have. Finally they called me & said my phone was ready to be picked up. One of the employees didnt know what she was doing & messed up putting on my screen protector. Overall it was horrible service, I suggest no one goes to this Verizon store it is a waste of time & money.
Came to the store to get my tablet fixed it had a problem with the screen and the charging port, Houshmand not only help me figure out the problem but also help me save money, he break down the price of a new tablet and the amount that i would pay to get my tablet fixed and doing the math i figured out that the new tablet will cost me less than the repair so i went ahead and got a new tablet he helped me set up my new tablet and also gave me a great deal with the accessories... Recently i purchased the iphone 7, and a little over 2 weeks went by and my phone wouldnt charge. i took it in to this verizon store & their service was horrible. i waited nearly a month to fix this problem. throughout that time they never called me once to give me the slightest update. i called 4 times for them to get back to me. & finally the manager told me that i was not able to get a new phone due to their 2 week policy. therefore it took them over a month to get me a refurbished phone. when i came in to get the phone the lady was very unprofessional and couldnt even put on my screen protector. DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON STORE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I switched from ATT over Verizon back in December. When I did get my new contract, I also paid for the $149 insurance which covers unlimited damages that you could cause to your phone over a period of 2 years. Usually I dont take this kind of insurance because most of the time its a rip off but since they guaranteed me that I would be refunded in case I dont use it, I went for it. Well, I can say now that Im happy I did. I broke the front glass of my brand new iPhone 6s only 2 months later :/ I first called apple to see how much they would charge me to replace the broken screen and they told me that for the 6S it would be $129. So, with no hesitation, I went back to Verizon to use my insurance.I was expecting them to keep my phone for a few days which always sucks. Guess what?, they kept it only for a day!!! I was so surprised. Basically, the guy from the store took my phone and because its a 6S with the special 3D technology, he went to Apple in Pleasanton where they fixed it.It sucks but I know that I will probably break it again in the next 22 months that I have left on my insurance so I guess I can say that Im happy I got it.Four stars because the guys took care of it in a very decent time. I mean, one day? Thats awesome. In the meantime, they gave me a replacement phone to stay connected. The only downside is that I found the phone they lend me not really clean but it did the job.Also, I have to say that I had other few issues with my bills etc as a new customer, who doesnt? and they always took care of it in a timely manner so for that guys, thank you.

This store is great the sales and Techs there know what they are doing Houshmand helped me a few weeks back and just the other I cracked my screen Felipe another associate help me today to send my phone out for repair and setup a loaner phone for me and also got a new tablet and he set it up to match what I had on my phone. This is were I always go for my phone and computer needs.
Long story short- I went to the beach a wave got my phone and my screen wasnt responding, but it had vibration, and display. Being a Verizon customer for over 10 years I thought if I took my phone to Click Away (Verizon authorized service center) they would be helpful in fixing my phone. Sure, they were helpful over the phone, but when I got in there they asked a bunch of questions about what happened, and then who my carrier was; when I said Verizon the helpfulness stopped right there and I automatically became a person they thought they could upgrade. I was even up front in telling them that there was no way whatsoever that I was going to upgrade- of course, they didnt listen. They asked me to leave my phone for the day so I went to work and came back after, just before they closed. When I got there the smart a$$ guy attempting to sell me an upgrade told me that there was no way to fix my phone, the water damage was bad, that everything has corroded and how the water was traveling up golden freeways in my phone and the more I moved the actual phone the more the water would travel and get to the motherboard and fry everything. I immediately felt insulted. Golden freeways!? And so what, a magical unicorn is going to deliver my phone??? When I told them I will never again buy a phone from Verizon because I did not want the bloat ware or ability to control my apps they looked at me like I was stupid and asked me what bloat ware I was talking about. I am no technology genius, but Im also not stupid like the looks on their faces. After 30 minutes of arguing so I could have my phone back they fail to return my sim card and told me I never gave it to them, then called me a liar when I told them it was outside of the phone, with the Sim card tray in the ziplock bag, and they still told me I never gave it to them. So not impressed. When I had to go back in there to get my replacement sim card, they were telling an older gentleman that they needed to charge him $100 to reinstall the apple software on his tablet and he would loose everything not backed up. Im pretty sure this is called a hard reset, and the tablet can do it itself! $100 for a guy whos clearly in his late 70s and has limited income.... really?? Way to take advantage of people. You guys outright suck. I clearly know way more about my phone, and how to fix it than you do. I threw back every line these guys said about how they could get me a great deal on a new Samsung Galaxy, and each time they admitted that it wasnt really a deal. There were always catches, no actual deals, and just manipulation and word play. These guys think youre stupid, they dont value you, or your business, and one guy even tried to say he was my neighbor and lived down the street from me in attempt to guilt trip me into making a sale. I know my neighborhood, maybe find a job at a better company and you wont need to live with your parents anymore, and hopefully youll learn better customer service and how to value people and their business. If you need to fix your phone, save yourself time and dignity and go to Smart Phone Repair. Ask for Baha, he wont treat you like youre some stupid upgrade!
These guys are great! I was just diagnosed with cancer in my eyes and Kolin was nice enough to research warranty information for my bluetooth device and call them for me to get my warranty started! A+ service!!

Came to the verizon store Clickaway Mobile in tracy, dealt with Houshmand the Assistant Manager he was doing a phenomenal job, he set me up with a new phone and had me in and out in no time, these guys are great with phone and computers they are autorized to work on apple products by apple, Houshmand is an apple certified tech, so are the other associates, kolin and Felipe are their computer techs.... keep up the good work gentlemen

Not very impressed with this store or their manager Haushmand. He signed me up for the BOGO deal on the Samsung 7 they were having back in May, with the promise of a rebate to Buy out the second phone within 3 weeks. This never happened, and on top of this I was billed for free phone plus additional lines they set up on my contract for the new phones..no one took responsibility, except to say we were not the only ones..wow..great what can you do to fix though? its now Sept. and barely received rebate card after months of going back and forth. Additional lines still being charged and now Im told next month I can have additional lines removed after phone is paid of?? The Bait and switch game they played was not only unprofessional but a poor way to treat loyal customers. #Sprint looking good right now!

The worst customer service we have ever encountered. 5 mos ago, went in store and Houshmand the Assistant Manager talked us into the BOGO deal of the Samsung7 phones. Was told we would receive rebate card to buy out phone in about 3 weeks..when this didnt happen we noticed or phone bulk was not only being charged for thexample free phone..but that they added 2 additional lunges for the 2 new phones without telling us ..adding 2 more contacts in our bill!! We went from a $160 to $220 bill!! It took 5 most to get rebate after back and forth from Houshmand who mysteriously started being out of office then dealing with Kolin who wasnt any better.after we got rebate we applied to bill as instructed, was told by Houshmand that extra fees will fall off now that phone paid off..didnt happen..still being billed now were told nothing they can do!!wth!! Being billed for 2 extra lines we DIDNT ask for or was told and stuck in 2yr contracts for each!! Take your business to Verizon on naglee road ..they dont do the Bait and Switch act..way better service!!
Initially went to the Verizon store as my IIPhone 6 was having technical issues. Houshmand was very patient and eextremely knowledgeable. He was able to program a new phone and transfer over all my work contacts. Before leaving the store he had made sure all my apps used for my business was installed and running. This could have been a nightmare. Houshmand performed this task with a professional attitude. He then took the time to make sure I could navigate the new the phone. The branch manager Chau took all incoming calls and customer walk ins to insure Houshmand was concentrating on his client. It was a pleasure to be taken care of. I will make sure to refer family and friends to the Tracy location. Job well done Houshmand and Chau!
This place tried to charge me $214 for a upgrade before I went to the store I called Verizon and asked if it would be the same price if I upgraded at a store. When I called Verizon they only charged me $93. This place adds a lot of junk fees. As I was leaving the girl working there said she could talk to the manager to get the same price as they told me on the phone. I said no and left. Dont shop hear unless you like to be ripped off. Also I believe they post fake review. All the reviews reference someone that works in the store and all the reviews are all similar like if the same person wrote all of them.
