I was transferred to a person by the name of Craig who was very professional and helpful over the phone. Immediately, he explained the city sign permit processes, sign sizes, colors, prices and provided information about how soon the signs will be installed. After our phone conversation, he sent us the contract along with prices. We decided to sign the contract because Craig was professional, he took the time to answer all our questions in details during our first conversation, and prices were reasonable. Thank you for taking care of the signage for our new business, the signs are eye catching and they were installed correctly and on time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRACY SIGN INC.

Business reputations are impacted by various factors. These factors include customer service, product quality and employee conduct. Based on the conduct of Tracy Signs employees, I would not elrecommend doing business with the them. Their commercial vehicle failed to comply with California law by using the carpool lane on Hwy 99 in Sacramento morning rush-hour traffic.Not only are commercial vehicles prohibited from using the lane, but on this occasion, the Tracy Sign vehicle was also impeding the flow of traffic in the commuter lane by traveling far slower than necessary and had a 1/2 mile of open lane ahead of them. The lane is in place to promote the flow of traffic during commute times, not for use of dawdling commercial vehicles.
