Had an appointment at 1pm, but needed to drop off my car earlier. Took it to them earlier and they serviced it without any delay, I got my car back before my scheduled appointment. The crew was professional and knowledgeable, provided me with additional information to keep my car running smoothly. Will return!

Very friendly and helpful service writer. She put effort into checking whether our infotainment system was covered by warranty. Considering the cost of a replacement, this effort was greatly appreciated. Downside was rather the hot beverage dispenser is gone.😒

My friendly Service Advisor Zynthia Lamboo was fast, professional and she went above and beyond in every category! I am a first time customer here and she gave the best service I have ever received and was genuine and friendly. Getting call updates are very convenient as well. I highly appreciated the sincerity of the Zyn & mechanic whos took care my car. Would recommend!!!

Wanted to thank Tracy Toyota and especially my service advisor Mingo. From the very 1st meeting with him till driving off the lot I knew I made a great choice in trusting Mingo and the team at Tracy Toyota. My car is like new again thanks to them getting my transmission replaced, rear axle seals and brakes bled properly. I like/love to do my own maintenance on all my vehicles. But when there is something major like a transmission thats something I definitely dont want to take chances with. Mingo was amazing, he even got me into a new Tacoma to drive around in till my truck was done!I definitely will use Tracy toyota for my next car purchase and major service. Thanks
