My car was impounded for registration which is my fault but it doesnt give him the right to overcharge! I work in the tow industry and they hit me with some made up fees which is not in the CHP contract so watch yourself if you ever have to deal with these scam artist

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. The ladie answering phone calls, in my opinion, is rude and disrespectful and has no knowledge of customer service. I would suggest taking a class in manners as well as customer service techniques.

Called for a quote for a morning tow and girl who answered was completely rude and had no knowledge of the business or how to talk to people. I wouldn’t use this company now if they were the cheapest around.
