Went in for a tire change, quoted $30 for changing one tire, tried to rip me off after job, he lied and said he quoted $50. I had brought along my own tire, paid him $45 for changing one tire and got out of there. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, avoid .

Stopped in for a tire fix. What was obviously the owner looked at old tireMade a suggestion for a new one. He has a used tire that fit. He fixed the problem on the spot. Was out w couple of tires in 15 min. Nice guy too.

The lady who answers the phone barely speaks English and is extremely rude, on top of doesnt know anything. I asked for a quote she sits the phone down for 20 minutes then hangs up and never answers again and the times she did answer she hung the phone right up- which really sucks because I really liked dealing w/ the guy there but she HAS MADE ME STOP GIVING THEM MY BUSINESS AND I WOULD SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! suggestion : dude get someone who can actually help the customers at your front desk - Im sure your revenues would go up if you did !

Marco the owner is definitely fair and will help you with any maintenance issues. And if there was something he did wrong he will help you at no charge like a business owner should. I would definitely go back to him for all my truck needs.

Good prices and they have never done wrong by my car. Ive had oil changes there for years and recently got my alignment fixed. I will continue to take my car here.

Avoid this place, they do not tell you what they have charged until getting ready to pay. Cost and charged me 40$ just to swap two of my own tires. On top of that they made me wait 30 minutes before being serviced. Bad customer service and the alignment for cars suck as well, they will make it worst. Take my word for it and go elsewhere.

If I could leave a negative star, I would! These people are super unprofessional and dont know what the hell theyre doing... Aligned my truck wrong then told me to come in whenever to have it fixed - When I got there he told me I would need to wait two hours because he was busy... So I took it to Les Schwab, they put it up on the rack, found the problem, and fixed it in about 15 minutes! Then I went back to Happy Cars (happy my ass...) and demanded a refund over which I had to fight with the owner to get the right amount of money back. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!Save yourself a headache and frustration and just go to Les Schwab! Even if it costs a little extra.

If I liked it, I found the tires I wanted for my car, at a good price, and if they dont have the tires, they order them for the next day, I personally give them 5 stars

Very bad they treat you as if they did you the favor, take my truck to line up and they wanted to change all the suspension and the tires when the tires were 5 months old that I bought them new and take them to another place they lined up and they told me that the suspension It was fine this is already three months old and the truck is pulling perfectly.

Bad service took 1:20 for a simple change of oil, when yose that in 20 mntos maximum make the change and all for talking, with a client.
