8:11am 06/02/21 arrived at Tracy Walmart lube location. There were 2 cars ahead of me. After talked to employee he asked me to pull behind the second car, he came to me, told him Need oil change on my car, he said there is a promotion going on for service BEST for 45.99 on the board it was 49.99, I said okay then he scanned and asked me to sign on his device which I did, same time I asked him how long it will take to do oil change he said about 45min to 1hr, I said that is fine, I went inside the store for about 45 mins to do shopping, when I came back to service still my car was outside parked, asked THOMAS the employee he said it’s taking 2 hrs I told him the guy inside said 45min 1hr, he said, 1hr just waiting until we take your car inside and then it takes another hour to do oil change, he was very rude while I talked to him he said we have the authority to refuse service I told him you just wasted 1hr of my time and I took 1 hr off to do oil change and I work in medical field need to be at work, I asked if I can talk to management he said they come at 11am, I think they intentionally kill time since there is not enough employees and unprofessional staff, if oil changeI could not wait longer so I took my car no oil changeEmployee drove my car to pick up area, while I was driving on freeway I noticed that they left the hood open and I pulled over and closed the hoodThis is very dangerous and it could kill if it opened on face on windshield.This

I went here for an oil change and five car away. The man said, “it would take three hours”. I have been waiting for six hours. I would never recommend going here unless you want to waste your whole day here. I swear to god and my whole life on it that don’t waste your time here. But Tanya was able to help us out with a discount which made me feel a little better.

I had my oil changed my tire blew out they replaced it the service was great it took a little longer but they were busy. I have to add the man that helped me well just turning 21 still in school he told me about this concert that he was going to for his birthday the tickets were 170.00 I wanted to help him so I handed him a 100.00 he didn’t take it said he might loose his job so I’m still offering the 100.00 to him it’s a gift

I WOULD NEVER GO HERE TO GET MY CAR WORK DONE. Both my mother and I had our tires done here and after needed further work done due to damage they caused. When I talked to them about it they said there was nothing they can do. I was still under warranty and still nothing they could do. Going here you truly pay for the cheap work you get. Better off just spending the extra money at a good shop rather than pay twice to get work done on damage they caused

They make you wait for ever just for a oil change. I would have give them 0 stars but their is no such thing.

I needed a gas tank to cut my lawn I went to Ace hardware it was 15 something or a gas tank thank you went to home Depot it was 14th something for the same gas tank went to Walmart in the same exact gas tank was $9.78 very happy I bought other garden supplies and it was big savings thank you Walmart

Went to get my tires changed. Good work and done in less time. Also got a great price for 4 tires.

Was really surprised how quickly they were finished, very reasonably priced (doubt you could find cheaper), and super friendly. Oil change, new filter, $20 in less than 40 mins, come on, it was great!

This is ridiculous, got here a 7am for 4 new tires, hour in a half later my car is still sitting in the bay. No one is working on anything. Employees talking, walking around, but not much else. Cars lined up outside and angry customers inside. Never come to Tracy, Ca. Walmart again.

They were closing up and they still fortunately took me in because I explained that I come from the Bay Area from work I had to get off early in order to make it before they closed. Just a heads up its good to get in there no later than 5:30 p.m. I will definitely go back.

Staff are friendly but severely understaffed. Had to wait 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change. Not going back again until they increase staff or change management.

What can you say that what can you say they got the best prices on tires

The employees (with the exception of the woman that initially assisted me while typing out my services) were dismissive and did not communicate with me. They advertised services that the employees claimed they dont actually offer. I had multiple employees look at my vehicle, then walk away without talking to me about which new battery and other parts they were going to put in my car. I had to hunt down an employee and correct the products they were going to place in my vehicle. When I had my oil change, they did not clean my vehicle (theyre supposed to vacuum your floor, and clean the windows) or check any of the other fluids in my vehicle. They did not alert me when my vehicle was ready, despite the fact that I was in the waiting room.

Shout out to the new auto center Manager. He is doing a great job. Keep the good job prior to this time service has always been shoddy and lack of Customer service

I got my truck oiled and attempted to go camping but (werid popping sounds car stooping) got in the emergency spot and called the towtruck waited a hour got back home paid alot of money so Im never going to oil my truck at Walmart again.

They left my oil cap off after doing an oil change and I didnt know, lost a ton of oil and damaged the car, just inconsiderate

Clean and fast, just about all you can ask for.

Waited 30 minutes in the oil change line and they never even took our information, and they knew we were there waiting. No one can even come out and say that they’ll be with us soon?

Its really bad I have been waiting for 3 hours for just to install the battery.They should put more employees.

I bring my car to get 4 tires and they said it will be ready in 1 hour to 1 hour and a half, and is been 4 hours and still not ready.....not sure how much longer I will have to wait and workers here arent very helpful.......
