My daughters 2020 Camry purchased 6 months ago developed a large crease on the plastic trim on the door pillars, took it to Tracy Dealership where it was purchased, told by the service advisor, this is a common issue, unfortunately Toyota does not warranty this as they have no control where vehicle is parked and how much sun exposure vehicle gets. It is also not the customers fault is manufacturer decided to use sub par components.Hopefully someone steps up and repairs this, either dealer or Toyota, this is not the Toyota quality i knew.
Im updating this review upon learning how bad the part shortage is across the U.S. It is devastating every car industry and causing delays with repairs. This is not something I was fully aware of originally when getting my car worked on. The customer service is good
Never going there again. Two hours later They charged me almost 140 for an oil change. They said air filter is dirty needs replacment when I just replaced it less than a month ago. All fluids are low and they said its ok!!!Dont go there please. Alot of the staff at the front are rude. At least 3 of them that I dealt with.
