I was in need of one new OE tire for our new CX-5 after a screw lodged into the sidewall of one of the tires. After shopping around with a few dealers in the area, and running into some issues with a local shop, I found that Tracy Mazda Service was the best option. They had the lowest price, compared to a few local Mazda dealers, and they were able to squeeze me in for service on the same day I called in.I worked with Shannon, and her wait estimate was quite accurate as I was in and out in a little less than an hour. I inspected the wheels and found no damage, as can sometimes happen when tires are changed without care.In the future, Ill give Tracy Mazda a call before I do other Mazda dealers in my area.

I had to take my car in for multiple recalls and they were unable to repair one same day due to needing to order the part. They set me up with a loaner and were very informative and kind every step of the way. I will definitely be back when I need more issues resolved in the future.
