It was okay. Prices are kind of high. And while Dennis (man with mustache) is cool and quick to handle your problems, when I realized I had gotten the wrong part (my own fault), and called to find the correct part, Aric (younger guy with long beard) answered, and when he asked whether my car was manufactured in the U.S. or Japan, I could only find the manufacturer name on my car, and when I read it to him from the tag on the inside of my driver side car door, he said Oh, thats Japan. It was made in Japan. And I just said, you sure? Well, okay then. I was confused because I had only given him the manufacturer company name, and was surprised he was able to find so instantly where it was! Well, loe and behold, THEY WERE THE WRONG PARTS AGAIN. But to my own credit, I didnt notice they were wrong until I had already altered them to fit the car. Well, I couldnt return them anyway, but when I called again to AGAIN get the CORRECT part, Dennis answered, and then gave the phone to Aric (so Im assuming Dennis was nearby during the whole call), and when I said that it must be made in the U.S., and not Japan, Aric immediately started talking over me, rudely, saying well you told me it was Japan. So I got you the parts for the Japan model. And No, no, no. I never said it was Japan. You said it was Japan! So when I said the only info I had was the manufacturer name. How could I possibly know it was made in Japan? Besides, Im the one looking at the label. Why would I say Japan if it said U.S.?, he just ended it with Im not going to argue with you man. Hahaha okay. This is more a review for Aric than the ship itself. That guy needs to work on his humility and his integrity. Even if you dont remember, just say you made the mistake. It harms no one if a customer comes back and returns the incorrect part for a correct part, and if you admit to having made a mistake, even if you dont think you did, a customer is far more likely to return to you. Anyway, it was a pretty bad experience dealing with Aric. Dennis was always smiling and quick to serve customers.

I am a big customer of Napa auto parts. I have bought auto parts from Napa auto parts for most of my life. They always have quality parts for all of your auto needs. The people are always friendly and curtious and seem to know exactly what you need. I am a firm believer that they are the premier parts store in town.

Sign on door says they open at 8 but I called and they were there, and the nice fella opened 40 minutes early. Nice crew. And even cheaper then the store in Manteca.

Good place, I called to check if they have something for my car they said yes i picked it up next day, Exchanged my car starter with a ref. one and i didnt find it anywhere else in this area, happened before with my alternator and exchanged it, prices are not the cheapest but still not bad.

Im giving one star just because I didnt have a choice NOT to give any star.Based on the online forum I read, I needed to replace my tail light socket which was supposed to be available only at Napa store so I went to this store and found out that their in-store price is ($24.XX plus tax) whereas it states on their website at ($19.35). When I questioned about the difference in price, the gentleman with ponytail gave me the look and asked to provide a print out from that online price, or else, he cant honor their online price. How in the world would I know to take a print out with me! Even I insisted to proof it on my smartphone, he wouldnt accept that.So guess what? I went to Autozone instead and got the whole set (not only one socket) which does not require wiring for $33.99 and I was so willing to pay for it. In my book, thats his loss.Oh btw, I also found the same socket at Autozone for $15.99.
