Already experienced twice!Went to the store and straight in line, when called ask what i need and they just tell where i can get and they said go back in line after getting what i need.Meaning, i went in line twice.. is that fair?

Called to order a part. Needed ASAP. Man on phone told me it would be in the next day around 1:45 when FedEx delivers.Wife went into the store next day they said the part was not ordered, he would have had to had us pay in advance as it is a special order and would have had to get our phon number and name which he did not.. So it was a huge waste of my time, and I do not have my auto part. Never again will I trust Auto Zone

The people there didnt know much of anything. It ISNT like the old days where you ask for a specific part and they know exactly where it is in the store, or exactly what youre talking about and discuss it with you. I wont be going back.

Good place to shop for auto parts specifically since mostly everything is well stocked. Highly recommend the commercial portion, staff is always nice and fast to get whats needed for the job.

Very helpful and friendly employees. Went in for a car battery. They had a wide variety and the one I needed. Was in and out fairly quickly.

If youre trying to find parts for a classic vehicle, AutoZone is not the way to go. The majority of the time when you go there to get parts, they always seem to have to order it. And the workers dont seem to ever go out of their way to help the customers out on finding parts that are not behind the counter. It seems like They much rather stay behind the counter

Sometimes you check online to see if they have the part you need and it shows they do have it. But when you go in they said they dont have it. Long story short they do have it you just need to ask someone else most of the time to check for you.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Carlos helped me find the right wipers for my car easily and fast which was exactly what I needed. Will definitely head back next time I need anything for my car.

These guys always have line of customers. In other words, theyre always busy.They have some great techs that know their stuff. Some of the techs still need to do so more training. Overall, I highly recommend AutoZone at this location!

Humberto took time to install my battery for me while it was busy inside of the store. He was very kind and helpful and clearly understands the meaning of good customer service.

They recycle used oil, but one of the workers said they dont recycle used coolant/anti-freeze.

David was very helpful in getting me back on the road with a new battery.

Super helpful staff. Even though they were busy, they made sure everyone was taken care of. Multiple different employees assisted me to get the item I requested and when it didnt fit, they found another option for me and made sure it was correctly installed in my car so it was functioning properly.

Friendly helpful always got your parts and if they dont have your parts .thay help you look it up

If you ever need anything such as lubricants, filters, or even parts for your vehicles in a hurry, Id recommend you to pay this place a visit. You dont need any appointment and they usually have the item (parts) for the car. They also sell pretty decent amount of car multimedia system and floor mats.

This store i dont understand is what they are doing inside. i called 2 times and before i could say hello, im on hold for 15 min. i just hung up both times. i just wanted to ask if they do engine check and if its free.

Sonny went out of his way to help me today with some things for my car. I called Auto Zone corporate today in Memphis Tennesse and gave him a compliment. He told me to come back for any additional help or any questions I might have and ask for him. Hes very knowledgeable.

This place always has what Im looking for the only thing is it need to improve their customer service attention to customers coming in to the store is really poor.

It looks like they changed the staff and I was happy to see that because several times that I went they were rude and not helpful. The new staff are nice and try to be helpful but unfortunately are not knowledgeable.

Besides the service being slow I had ordered some parts to be put on hold. When I went to go pick up the parts they couldn’t find them and after 30 minutes they gave me the wrong parts. Resulting in me returning them.

First time here and they were super helpful and everyone in the store seemed super friendly.

The commercial department has new employees...much more knowledgeable and helpful staff.

The guys there are great and more often than not will have what you need.

The gyros here are very good and good Customer service. Will recommend to all who wants to try gyros or wants to go to an afghan store!

I had a dead battery when I went to start my car and I already knew I need a new one .so after I got a jump from a neighbor I rushed to AutoZone since it was nearest to my home.i locked my car and left it running and headed for the front door.It was locked, so I headed back to my car.I looked at my stereo click and it read 850pm.So I hit the gas and headed to oreallys.I Beas relieve to find their doors still open where I went inside and bought the much needed battery.Thank God they didnt lock their doors till 900 pm and had the store cleared a little after. I replaced my battery and was on my way by 10 mins after. Thats the place I will go to first from now on.

THIS PLACE SUCKs!!! VERY SLOW and they even had 4 employees it took over 20 mins for them to help us. They continued to say well be right with u as they would help someone else that would just walk in. We ended up going to OReilly instead much faster.

Came in today. Carlos was very helpful and very polite. I had no clue what kind of windshield wipers I needed and he didnt try and make me pay a whole lot of money he gave me just what I needed. He then helped me put them on our side in the RAIN. One was very hard to get off and he worked it out for me. He was great.Dont knoe what I would have done without him. Thank you so much for all your help.

I bought a part here and tried returning it, the manager named Ceasar, said it was used! It has never been installed or anything! Yet he was rude and would not help me. He gave me a number to the store manager who was the person whom could help, it was a WRONG NUMBER! !! What a jerk. This is my opinion.

They take soooooo long here. I took my battery to charge and they said come back in an hour. I went back and my battery was still on the counter and hadnt been touched. I left again and came back to a moody worker who said my battery was bad but honestly I feel like they didnt even touch it and just said that to make me buy a new battery.

Close by, had what I needed and good prices.
