The European Auto Service is the best place to take your Mercedes and/or your BMW to have expert quality work done to it. They even performed a buyers inspection for a used Mercedes that I end up purchasing. It is still a good vehicle right now today. Thanks European Auto Service

Dependable family service.

Whoever the Asian person is that answers the phone, they need to be replaced with someone who has knowledge, I called about a simple question about coolant and all I got was “I don’t know, I charge $120 for the diagnostic” . I’m so glad I didn’t end up using them.

Most pathetic customer service.

Called and asked for a quote on brake fluid & oil change, Asian gentleman who answered said price depends on car... Can’t be too much of a difference, so I said its a bmw 2017 (intentionally leaving out model) and he quotes me $180. I said, dude you still dont know which car I have to distinguish the amount of quartz it needs, labor difference etc. 🤦🏼‍♂️In such a quick conversation I discovered this place is exactly as we speak about mechanics in private: Money gougers, rip offs etc. Cant wait for someone else to open another European auto repair business in Tracy. Watch your 6 if your desperacy brings you here

Great shop. Im from a far away town and was passing through Tracy when my 1999 BMW started overheating. Lucky for me I was able to limp into town and stumble upon this shop. They were really nice (obviously family owned), and very thoughtful of my predicament. They went above and beyond in several ways in order to get me on my way again while they took care of the car in the meantime, and they were really flexible & thoughtful about an after hours pickup, etc. Also, they were easy to communicate with - they gave me updates about the nature of the problem, expected readiness, etc. I usually do my own work on my car, and I can say this shop knows BMWs well and the repair was exactly what I expected. Im really happy with how things went overall. The price was very fair and they couldnt have been better about it.

Terrible places to take your semi “modern” BMWs. Paid almost $200 to have a smoke test done. Bought original part and replaced it. Car came back with same codes and the new place I took it too told there was LEAKS everywhere and whoever did it the last time had no idea what they were doing. Maybe theyre good with 50-60s car but DEF not 2000s. Would never recommend.

Over charge me, 500.00 to replace water reservoir tank and two hoses and coolant . I found reservoir tank on line for 50 buck, they charge me 146, two 15 dollars hoses he charge me 75 buck and 240 for labor . Did the job but will rep you on price, want ever go back !!!!

Expensive but they do good work. They will shuttle you back home or to work while your car is repaired.

Best service you can possibly get. We dont need dealer this guy is so nice and very affordable.

This is the worst shop in tracy, each time I took my car there for something, they made sure it popped up with even a bigger problem, two old couples and their son run the shop, once you leave your car there for a week they stole stuffs from it, “saying there’s a sign that says theft is at owners risk “ they have a way of luring you to come back I guess they’re financially strapped so they just do whatever to make sure you keep coming back, they wrecked my BMW 328i totally,it’s a sad place be careful guys .thanks
