So someone had hit my car, it’s a 2019 vw beetle and I told my insurance and they said go to this place. WOW. Service was amazing, the work done was done earlier then I expected and they even went above and beyond by cleaning my car. This is the first time I have ever had to take my car in and do repairs like this so Sal was so nice making sure I understood everything that was going on between insurance and him and me. Highly recommend! I’m a happy customer right now! Thank you!
Entire staff from check in to returning our vehicle, was excellent. They communicated well, had the car done on time, and the workmanship was great. Their arrangement w/ enterprise, allowing us to simply return the rental to their shop instead of back at enterprise’s office was a big time saver too. Needing bodywork is never any fun, but, if you need to have work done, we’d recommend Certified.
I stopped by yesterday at the Tracy office to get a estimate for repair. The staff was very professional the office was very clean. I received my estimate rather quickly and was given an estimate of time to complete work also., Looking forward to working with these guys for the repair on my truck.
I have use them for over a decade for a few car accidents. They have done excellent work; always professional; communicative, great customer service and their office is clean.

My wife’s Tahoe was involved in a collision in the Bay Area. We chose certified collision to do the repairs on our vehicle. From day one they helped obtain a rental vehicle for us and expedited the service and repair of our Tahoe. They were a geico express repair place since it was other drivers fault. Everything was great from the service to the quality of repairs and paint. They communicate well with email updates throughout the process. highly recommend!
Be aware that this location does not appear to have any protocols in place for Covid-19, the only people I observed wearing masks were customers in the waiting room aside from one technician. Disappointing to see when other businesses are making an effort to protect the customers and staff.
Very good customer service and advisors / rep Ms Sherri very helpful and knowledgeable.Suggestion: after repair cars need to be clean very well shiny and no spots specially those made stainless steel parts. 😃
If you need repairs and want to get ripped off take your car here. It is the best place to get screwed over because they will try to charge as much as possible and lie about everything as being required. I can think of quite a few places that does a much better job and charges a fraction of the cost.
Ok place. You have to keep on top of the estimators, though. We had a simple 4 inch dent in a left front quarter panel, and it took 2 weeks, no communication, no updates to explain why. No call backs after several calls.
Very poor in communication about repair progress. Had to call quite few times to know the status of repair. Also slow in the repair progress. Took more than 7 weeks as opposed to 4 weeks as they promised.
Sal Pena went over and beyond with his customer service. I saw him washing cars, interacting with customers a superman of customer service indeed. Im planning on bringing my vehicle back for other details. Thanks Sal
