This a great little model hobby store with a wide selection of paints and model kits. Unfortunately, the owner is retiring soon. As a result, he is having a sale for next month or so until his stock is depleted. Will be sad to see the store close.

Great store for modeling and miniature hobbyists and the owners are always helpful and friendly Unfortunately the store is going out of business and will likely only be open for a few more weeks.

Competition Minis is the best place in the Baltimore Metro for miniature painting supplies. From paints and inks, paintbrushes, pigment powders and basing materials, they carry all the major brands you could want. Citadel, Ammo, Mig, Vallejo, Scale75, and more. They have a large collection of military and fantasy/sci-fi miniature kits from busts and larger scales. Throw in some model cars and a small collection of Games Workshop as well and you have some good options for the person whos hobby is all about painting. You can browse their shops catalogue online at their website. And during these socially distanced times, you can place an order online and do curbside pickup or have it shipped to your house. Everytime Ive been there Ive appreciated the customer service and never had any issues. Having just done my first curbside pickup I can say it was a breeze with no hassle.

They carry a pretty good variety of miniatures. They have larger busts and minis that most stores dont keep in stock. My mini was packed well and got shipped out very quickly.

I ordered a bunch of items via online and unfortunately the brush showed up broken! I reported the broken brush and without question they sent me a new one! Great customer service! Will definitely be buying from here again!

The best prices on Warhammer gaming supplies in the local area. By A LOT. The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable. This is now where I go to buy paints and other supplies.

Unparalleled selection of miniature paints from a huge range of manufacturers - a number of which I have never found in any other retail location and even some that are difficult to come by in the US - and tons of display miniatures/busts as well as some gaming miniatures. This place is a mini painters dream. Well worth a visit or an order to their online store. I will absolutely be returning for my painting needs.The staff when I visited was very informed, friendly, and personable. I could have happily hung around and chatted all day.

Unexpected treat. Its a place you have to know about in order to find it, but its worth using your GPS. The name matches the contents: many unique African masks, Asian themed items (prints, chopsticks, bowls, teapots, saki sets, etc.,), jewelry. There are also books, knickknacks, and model cars. Its a mishmash of uncommon treasures. Who knows what you may find...

Every time I have gone into this store the people who are there are very friendly and nice.The have items of high quality from around the world at fair prices. You could find a gift for any age or gender at a decent price.The store itself is well light, very clean, organized and well stocked.I recommend at least stopping in to take a look at what they sell. Because oohing and aahhing over their items is as much fun. Making picking something at the end a hard choice.

A truly amazing store with things from all over the world and you can find something for anyone there. I buy all my gifts here and I shop for myself maybe a little too much. Its the coolest store in Towson and make sure to bring friends from out of town there!!!!!

Best collection of hobby supplies plus a very knowledgeable staff.

Excellent shop for paint if you love painting miniatures and if you are into art, decor from far away places. They had all of my favorite vallejo paints, P3 sets, aki, Mecha, pigments, muds, brushes, and all those unique accessories needed for detail work. Competition minis which is inside co-op with uncommon treasures is truly the place to go even if you live 1.5 hours away. Highly recommend!
