I had such a pleasant experience at this Staples location. I needed 2 things done in the Printing Center and Danielle was an excellent help. For starters it was only her & another young Lady in the area working. Danielle was at the register and the other Lady was in the back handling the printing jobs. Danielle was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. She was handling the package drop off area, Customers picking up print jobs & helping people like me who walked in needing assistance. Im purposely writing this review because there was a rude Woman in need of help and she was being rude to Danielle as she was trying to get something off of her phone to print. Danielle was patient and remained professional the entire time. I am very satisfied with my experience & will return again for printing. Thanks so much Danielle, I appreciate your kindness & expertise!

The copy and print center here is the worst! The man with the long hair who assisted was so rude. First, he took over 15 minutes to help me. Then I was told I was unable to get a menu printed because someone called out.. what does that have to do with opening up an email and printing out a menu? I worked at another office store and that was never an excuse. I will never come here again.

Computer were slow and software was so outdated i couldnt print anything but still was charged for my prints.... Staff was unhelpful and both wasted my rime and money... Will never come here again

Its a good place to go if you need a quick print-out or copying. Also great place if you need item scanned. Friendly staff.

The copy and print center here is the worst I’ve seen in any office store. Anytime I have a problem with the printers, they never know how to help. They just shrug their shoulders and hope you walk away. Today one employee literally told me to just give up. I wouldn’t even waste my money here because 8/10 something will come out messed up and they can’t do anything about it.

All I have to say is don’t waste your time or money coming here to get your phones screen replaced. They advertised that they could fix and completely fried my phone & then said they would give me half the money to get it repaired. Big nope.

Great place for all of your copy and print needs. The time of wait was a bit long, being that there were 4 persons working, however the young man Jay exuded customer service. He is very helpful and cautious and friendly with customers waiting, and assistance. I will be back for his assistance.

I was appalled to walk into the store and see profiteering at its worst. On the copy counter I saw a bottle of hand sanitizer with a note that read, $1 per pump. How ridiculously disgusting, in a time of crisis they are robbing the general public of a dollar for a squirt of hand sanitizer. I will never do business with them again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off something to be printed and laminated, and picked up something that was done poorly and was not what I asked and paid for. When letting the woman know that I was not pleased, she gave me attitude and told me that she would have to do more work to fix it (okay what’s the problem maam). She decided to bring her manager over to discuss what happened, and he did not show any remorse for me being dissatisfied with what I received. Instead, he made it his mission to explain what they went through to complete the job. I let them know that I understood; however the print job was very tacky and simply did not look good, and that I would be willing to pay for the process to be done again. They told me it was nothing they could do. Do not go to this location for any printing needs. Their customer service is terrible.

You can do your own faxing, copying, scanning and printing without help from the associates. But if you need help, they are there. And in a hurry. Store was clean Annas quiet. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. This was my moms favorite Staples and now its my favorite. *****

Plenty of parking.Greeted by very pleasant associate upon entering the store (HUGE). Store was very clean and organized. I was able to easily find what I was looking for with the assistance of another very nice and willing associate.The same nice associate who greeted me ended up checking me out.Great deals and EXCELLENT customer service!

If you need a briefcase, hit Staples! A briefcase/laptop bag is a surpridignly hard thing to find these days. Staples has a solid selection. Nothing super special, but a decent variety that should suit most tastes. I checked three stores before heading here and they had nothing. This store is easy to navigate and my transaction was fast.

Excellent customer service. The two associates I encountered were friendly and very helpful. The products I purchased were exactly what I wanted. The store was clean and very well organized.

Janet was so sweet and helpful. I get anxiety with the unknown, but she helped me get my package off via UPS so easily. She explained that she could put the shipping paperwork into plastic for me to make sure it is secure.

This is my favorite Staples location. Im big on customer service and this location excels. I live minutes from the location in the city on York Rd but I will never go to them again because of their lack of customer service and ignorance! I will take the drive for exceptional service!

Zero stars, they are extremely inexperienced and slow on top of it, stopped printing my stuff multiple times to do unnecessary tasks or things that could of waited till they were done with customers. I had 10 pieces of paper to print there was a line of 5 people behind me 2 employees and only one of them helping customers the other was in the back when she should of been helping customers I had to bring it to their attention in order for them to do something about it.

Went to ship two small packages via UPS, for one package their system only gave the option to ship express for twice the price of the contents of the package...no ground shipping options. They couldnt figure out the problem and I had to make an additional trip to the Post Office.

I ordered some custom postcards for a book reading. They were made perfectly and on time. The finish was excellent. The colors were true to the original. I picked them up at the store (did not want them shipped). If I need more stuff printed, I will definitely try them again.

Employee conversations are more important than serving your customer. Lady at the printing station just kept carrying on a conversation with an employee. Could have been in and out of there with quick service, but instead it took longer.

The store has a steady vibe to it, not having changed much for a decade or so. For me, its a place to buy a few stationary items, not otherwise found in other stores, or to print a document or two. Otherwise, I feel that the store has somewhat fallen out of the trendy movements, although they do sell tablets, laptops, and other commodity hardware. The staff are eager to help but there are a few of them on the floor. Overall, Staples has fallen into a very specific niche in my life and will probably stay there... not great, not bad, just okay.

Outstanding......copy center is the best I have ever had. I have used this store for 10 years. Highly recommend.

If you need an office supply right away, its very convenient. They help with electronics recycling too.

Every time I come here for copies or printing, the machines dont work. It is really annoying to have to wait for the employee to finish what theyre doing and then try and do whatever you need done. It is very inconvenient.
