Just used a gift card I got for my birthday. My tattooist was Roni who has done many of my daughters tattoos. Roni did an amazing job! Definitely will be going back!

I had a great session with Chris Dominick last week. This was my 2nd tattoo ever, so as expected, I came into it excited but cautious and knew I needed to do my research. I used google to check out some local shops and eventually connected with his portfolio. Loved his style… beautiful gray tones, 3-dimensional, with lots of detail and character. Seeing his style, tweaked my thoughts on what I wanted out of this tattoo. Knew it now had to be 3D and had to be with Chris. For me, it was well worth the 2.5 months for my scheduled appointment. Very happy with my decision to wait it out and proceed with him.I had given Chris a pattern and a story, and he developed a deeply meaningful piece of art for me. This tattoo had a lot of emotional significance for me, and when I first saw his draft concept, it literally brought tears to my eyes.The session was great. Really nice shop with particular attention being paid to cleanliness and safety. The rooms are spacious and very-comfortable. Chris and his team are all so friendly, respectful and accommodating. I would definitely go back again and recommend Layer 3 to anyone I know.Thanks Chris!! I’m loving the final work!!

Had a session with Ronie Stephan and was beyond pleased. Talented artist who created a beautiful tattoo for me in a safe, clean, and comforting environment. Will 100% go pack to Layer 3 and Ronie for my next piece.

Talk about talent! I cant wait for my next session at layer 3! Ive gotten work done by but Chris and Ronie that Ive been super happy with. Always have a great time in the chair here, super comfortable and the shop is always chill, even when its busy.

My Mom and I saw Relic at the Towson location, and Oh. My. God. Not only did Relic do an excellent job with both line work and shading in my piece, but they made the exact idea from my head appear on my skin. It was unbelievable how exactly they were able to capture my idea. The location was clean, practicing COVID guidelines, and even provided snacks and beverages. I would highly recommend the location and specifically Relic’s artwork. Excellent all around!

Just came for a consultation for my fourth tattoo here and everything was great per usual. Ronie is my tattoo artist and she’s great. Everyone is super friendly and it’s just a great environment and vibe. Oh and of course the tattoos are definitely the best quality.

Erin is the best! She nailed the design we wanted and made suggestions that made them perfect. She is so nice and friendly. The shop is super clean and has a great aesthetic. We will def be back!

I had an amazing experience.Booking an appointment was a breeze and their system sends multiple automated reminders. Recently worked with Ronie. This was my first time at Layer 3 & I got two tattoos from Austin. He was so friendly, patient, and professional during both the consult and tattoo session. I was blown away by his line work and details - he really takes his time to make your tattoos perfect. The Towson location is a great space and the rest of the staff was also extremely kind and welcoming. Couldnt recommend this place or Austin enough!

Went for Layer 3s grand opening flash event. Despite having a lot of business that day, the staff handled everything smoothly and professionally, and were very friendly and communicative. The space is super neat, lots of art on the walls, a comfy waiting room, and lots of houseplants. Highly recommend checking out this new location!

My best friend and I were bored and figured why not get tattoos. It was a Saturday night and they took us right in and met all our expectations! Definitely going to go back!!

I’ve gone a few times and have been tattooed by Erin and have absolutely loved everything she’s given me! Her line work and her station is very clean and she takes the time to explain step by step what’s she’s going to do. Her original designs are all incredible and I will be going back, she made me feel so comfortable and at home!

For getting my first tattoo I couldn’t have been more happy choosing Layer 3 Collective! It was such an awesome experience and one I get to keep with me forever. Chris did some great work on my tiger tattoo on my shin! He talked through the design with me and tweaked anything I wanted changed. It looks awesome and Ill be back again.

I loveeeee this shop! Erin did an awesome job on a tattoo for me recently. I had already been working with Austin on a larger piece that I will be getting in a couple weeks. Since the grand opening of Layer 3 Collective - Towson, I have gotten 2 tattoos. Chris did a great job on my flash tattoo even with all the stress of opening day. I heard that Ronie had availability as early as the same week, so I booked an appointment for 2 days after the grand opening. Ronie absolutely killed my foot/ankle piece which was also a scar cover up. I will definitely be coming back. Congrats Chris and the Layer 3 Collective - Towson team on the new shop!

Love this place - everyone’s super friendly and really passionate about what they do. Definitely check out Erins work and get a tattoo from her, she has the lightest hand ever and is just an amazing person in general. Also they have snacks so...idk why you would go anywhere else for a tattoo.
