Waited around for like ten minutes tryna get infront of Fenty foundation because someone was standing directly infront of my shade and wasn’t moving. Finally got to grabbing my foundation and an employee reached infront of me almost touching me to grab a shade. Didn’t even say excuse me or nothing. Mad weird. Would of only taken me another second to grab my shade 🤷🏻‍♀️ Trash

Absolute favorite place! So much to choose from you can easily get carried away. If you didn’t know Sephora has a reward system that you should sign up for because you get freebies and also cash off depending on how many points you have!

I always love this store. Loads of choices and info. Right now its good if you know what info you want or what item you want because you can not do samples.

On the 12th of January it’s this lady name Zara that helped me pick out my skin color and the routine. She is very beautiful and very patient. She helped me decide what concealer, powder, and highlighter. Great job!

This is probably my favorite Sephora. Every time I go in I am greeted with someone who is knowledgeable about make up and always helps me. Since Covid started they are doing a very good job of keeping everything sanitary.

If you are guy, try to talk your way out of coming in here with your significant other. If you are a women, you will love this place.

You have to give your name and someone will come to help, no one ever came to help me i just wanted to get a perfume sample.

This is the second time I have been to this store and they did not have a lot of product in stock. I tried to purchase foundation and there was none in stock. I then asked if they could check if another location had the foundation in stock before I drove the distance to the other location. The associate seemed unaware of what to do and told me that they could not check to see if there was any in stock at another location. They told me to just call the store to see. I felt that they weren’t helpful at all. I would have appreciated more assistance and effort to make sure I as a customer had a good experience given that they had nothing in stock. I ended up calling the other store myself, which is something that they could have done as well. I will keep in mind that they have low stock and don’t make sure there customers are taken care of the next time I think about going here.

Chad and maya were great!!! Chaff is a pro at picking out colors even for people of color. Lots of patience and very helpful. If you need help with makeup find either one of them

As far as I know its my SOs favorite beauty store. Pretty good in store music and samples too. I will be returning for gifts another time.

It took some time for me to be noticed in order to get help. I wanted to get color matched. They did a great job on the match though.

I usually do not like Sephora because they can be snooty. But, this location did not act that way. They kindly gave me some free samples of perfume that just came out. I did not buy anything either. It was just a quick stop in from the apple store. So, I appreciate the friendly attitude.

I did a mini eye appointment today with Ava and she was amazing! I love my look it was everything I wanted and more.

The manager was so helpful in finding me an associate to help with my exchange. The associate did a great job listening to my concerns and meeting my expectations.

This is a beautiful store, but the staff is not friendly. Moving forward, Ill be sticking to the one in White Marsh. The only reason I came to this Sephora is because they had the product that I needed.

The brow demo was subpar. Left feeling disappointed and definitely was not inspired to purchase any products.

I like Sephora for very specific cosmetic needs. The staff is friendly and you can earn rewards from purchases for samples. I wonder if they give free samples or you just have to earn them, hmm?

Walked into Sephora to purchase eye liner the young ladies need additional training with customer service they stood around in groups talking with one another and then walk away when you approach them to ask a question. Guess I didnt look snotty enough! bye Sephora Im going back to MAC!

Being generous with the star I gave! Went in with my niece to inquire about some makeup and the person that helped today was rude and unknowable! Never again!

They have inventory problems and are often out of popular items. The store often looks picked-over. Some staff members are helpful, others are not. One clerk practically knocked me over when I was looking at some lipstick because she wanted to get to the same area. Ive received very few samples.

Sephora offers makeup services and classes in-store. Zayra is the absolute best sales associate at the Towson Town Center location. She has assisted me in selecting flattering makeup and its application. I always look for her when I visit the store.

I wish I could give it no stars. I called and asked for a make-over appointment. I wish I knew who had answered my call... she RUDELY and BLUNTLY told me that they were booked every weekend until June. She didn’t even check!I called cristiana mall in DE and the girl who answered very sweetly told me the same thing but told me she’d check just in case there was a cancellation and there were 3 available spots for me to choose from. Which would have most likely happened in Towson if that lady had cared to check.Horrible customer service.

Only company I know that did not update their return policy for COVID. Not Sephora, though. Either you ship stuff back and pay for shipping or go to a store in a mall and increase exposure risk. Will be staying away from Sephora and the conglomerate that owns them moving forward.

Store was understocked and unclean on a Tuesday, not a great way to start out your week. Staff was not friendly and pointed out the flaws on my face like my acne breakout and the lines around my eyes and said that my makeup made it look worse. I have heard great things about Sephora but this store has disappointed yet again. Not going back to this dirty store and I hope corporate does something about it. Sticking to Ulta which is clean and the staff very friendly as they give compliments and let you bring up issues of your own without picking apart your appearance.

Can never get real service when I come to this location. Either everybody ignores me or a rep will try to assist me but a manager will stop them and say its not a good time and come back later. So I just take my money elsewhere to a company that wants my money and business.

I purchased two items, Benefits Goof Proof pencil and Smashbox Always On Liquid Lipstick Miss Conduct. I get home and discover the eyebrow stick is missing from the Goof Proof box, and only the product insert was included. Additionally, the lipstick is partially used. I could tell because I can see empty spaces throughout the glass container.I called the store and the manager said that I can return the pencil to the Tysons Corner store. Initially, I was satisfied with this option. Then I discovered that the lipstick was used. I am extremely disappointed. The associates should check the product before returning it or keep closer watch on their products.I should have waited until I returned to Tysons Corner or went to Macys. I will never buy from Sephora again.

I love Sephora, not the staff. They have a very nice and broad selection of makeup and perfumes, but is it really worth being treated badly by the faculty. I was with my friend and she has a very heavy accent and it felt like the sales associate just didnt feel like dealing us. We asked for ONE sample of a Bulgari perfume and once I said I think we have enough, he said, I think you do, too. Bye now. I was OUTRAGED. I didnt want to be treated with such disrespect! So in conclusion, if you are fine with being treated with impoliteness, go ahead! Once more, I love the products at sephora, not the staff.

I went to Sephora for my birthday to buy things Id been eyeing and to get my birthday gift. I decided that Id like to get my makeup done as well, and made an appointment beforehand.Jason is an AMAZING makeup artist, and he is super nice as well! He did my makeup beautifully with products that I definitely loved. Just from talking to him for a few minutes, he knew exactly the look I wanted. He explained everything he was doing step-by-step and gave plenty of helpful makeup tips. He was super knowledgable about all the makeup used, and he even knew what I was talking about when I mentioned specific products- he knew the finish, color, etc. and could converse about them easily when I mentioned them. I couldnt recommend this Sephora more, and hes definitely one of the reasons for it. :)

I had read some of the negative feedback and was intrepid about visiting this store but since they had a good bit of products I was looking for I went.This is a 2 part review. My first visit was 6/24. I walked into the store and immedidately approached by a very friendly associate asking if I needed any assistance. I declined but over the next 10 mins I was gently approached four more times (by different associates, all friendly and pleasant).When I was finally ready for some help, Zayra was walking by and she jumped right in with helping me locate products I had seen on a Tati video on Youtube.She also assisted helping me find the right shade of Sephora foundation. I told her I was just starting to get back into wearing makeup and she recommended a Full-Face Makeover. I set up an appointment for 6/29.She was fabulous, she explained each product, ensuring she used the ones I had purchased on my previous visit and suggested a new eyeshadow pallet, eye brow gel, concealer, and tarte primer..I walked out of there feeling and looking like a new person. I was so pumped & went and cut off my waist length hair and ended up with a brand new me.LOVED my experience there. Give it a try & if you have any issues, see the manager he was floating around and VERY helpful too.

Super busy. I know retail is supposed to be dying, but Towson Town Center was crazy busy!

Its so big and well-stocked. Staff is super friendly. Yesterday, Zayra (insta @zayralizzeth) did my full face makeover and I felt like a bombshell! I had a makeup inspo pic that I really wanted to do a copycat of the eyeshadow off of and, not only was she super excited to do it, she pretty much NAILED it! 🙌🏽 Effortless talent. She also has a really great eye for products that will work with ur skin tone and skin type.

I love all the makeup artist but the management is horrible, very difficult to deal with unprofessional .Emily was very rude, couple of makeup artists wanted to help but she refused to let anyone do so because per her words she already assigned someone who is not even available.

July 18, bought his wife perfume. The choice is great, the service is normal. Nashol, took, paid. But the price for the wind was $ 130. And at the checkout they knocked out a check for $ 178. It turned out that the check on the chicken was mixed up. Made a refund. Paid with a VISA card. 3 days have passed. And the money has not returned. I am a sailor, I have no way to come to the store. I hope that money will be returned.
