I called and asked if an item was in stock. The clerk was attentive, courteous and even offered to set it aside for me to pick up, which he did. I quickly came and was so excited to see the things in this store, every type of cooking and cleaning gadget for the kitchen which was very inspiring and *exciting. The staff were there when I was ready to purchase and overall an easy-going and reasonable experience. No hassle or quirks, I could buy so much from this store because they have the things you can really use. Prices are on the reasonable side, for such a well stocked kitchen goods chain. I rarely post on chains, but this one had good professional workers who clearly are fascinated by the product themselves.

I felt like I was in heaven!!! This is THE SPOT for any person with a passion for cooking. Not only do they provide a wide selection of culinary goodies, the staff were amazingly comforting. I was greeted with an offer of espresso in a chocolate dipped waffle cone! **SUPER DELICIOUS!!** The young lady helped me find a banneton and walked me through the bakers corner. I LOVE THIS STORE AND CANT WAIT TO RETURN!!!

Went there with my bf so he could get a knife. The sales associate was super helpful very informative and we both got to test out some knives. We were in heaven. Left with a knife .very happy

I do really love this store. If you are into cooking, this is a place you should visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing considering how busy the store was. Cool place thats an alternative to Crate and Barrel. The prices also seemed a whole lot better but they didnt have the name brand selections like C&B does. Regardless, they have everything you need. Stop here before going to C&B and see what deals you can find.

The selection of items here is great, but I cant walk in without an employee asking me every 2-3 minutes if I need assistance. A degree of this is good customer service, but this store does it to a more extreme degree than any Ive seen. And its consistent, every time I go in. It made me wonder if they thought I was a shop lifter.

Great selection of kitchen supplies. Pretty much anything cooking related for anywhere from a small home kitchen to a full commercial operation. Good variety of little gadgets and some food items as well.

Amazing service at this location. Carol and Jordan are Sur La Table superstars, they are so knowledgeable about all the products. And Martina is the hostess with the mostess. Overall, wonderful store and great people that will take care of you!

Salesman could not have been less interested. Was continually checking his phone. Reluctant to find product we requested despite our having all the information including item number. Then at checkout he overcharged for the item. Had to return to store for price adjustment. Item was in stock and other salespeople seemed genuinely friendly.
