Love the Fresh Thyme Market. I get my fresh juices and vitamins from here. They have deli meats, breads, fruits and vegetables, and so many things here. Nice and clean as well. I love the feel of the market.

I don’t usually review grocery stores, much less chain grocery stores. But this I want to specifically shout out this fresh thyme because I have been there many times in the past two years because I work nearby, so I frequently stop by for lunch and snacks.I have to mention MIKE - who works on the floor with short white hair, and he’s kinda tall, he is always super helpful and friendly. He doesn’t hesitate to assist in whatever way possible to make your experience in the store a good one!!!

I Love Fresh Thyme Markets. But this particular store on Manchester, made me wait a long time at the juice bar. After 3 request for customer assistance through the PA, still no one ever showed up. So I left. I get better customer service at the one in St. Peters.

I go to Fresh Thyme every week.I bought a watermelon and 10 ears of corn. $1.99 AND$.17 an ear for corn.They have a 25 %sale on vitamins until Aug 3rd. I am happy when I go there and dont find anything to purchase. 😊

Have a good selection of food. And some very good deals when on sale.

I never have amy problems going here, usually well stocked and the staff are friendly.

Im so happy I decided to stop here. They have an assortment of fresh produce, including even tropical fruits like dragon fruit. They also have an aisle with trail mixes, perfect to bring along on a hike or in a lunch.

Typically I enjoy coming to this store. It’s an amazing place with great deals and great customer service, however I recently came in about a week and half ago. I was confused about finding a certain item when I asked “Susan” for help, Susan was very dismissive and belittling. I was very upset that I just walked out of the store and won’t be returning anytime soon.

I really liked that you can try some products before you buy, for example, a cup of coffee :)

This is a well organized store. The food is fresh and full of varied items that maybe you have never tried.

I didnt even know they had aisles.For me, it is all about their meat choices, fresh fruits and vegetables, and their self-serve bins. If I were to do all my grocery shopping here, I would shop those sections and have better quality for the same or less cost than the grocery store. The coffee beans are fresh and diverse. The nuts and granola are tasty.Shopping the dry goods and refrigerated sections feels more like whole foods. The variety and prices are not like your typical grocery store in those areas.

The staff at this location are extremely friendly and helpful. Not to mention that they have phenomenal sales and a great selection!

This was my first time visiting this store. Almost every variety of food had an organic version. Most every single items cost was 5.99. I will shop here only if I cant find an organic item at another store closer to me.

I really enjoy this grocery store on the weekends because they have a happy hour upstairs and usually with live music! It’s nice that they support the local musicians!

Last night as I approached the checkout, the cashier, on her phone, was sitting on the small counter behind the checkout counter with her feet propped partially on the scale where customer’s food products would be weighed. She hopped down when she saw me. I was appalled at this behavior of one of the checkers. Masks, social distancing are to protect one another but what about feet wearing dirty, germ filled shoes propped on the checkout counter? That is not acceptable!!!!!

I love shopping here. They have a great selection of organic, vegan, gluten free. They sales are amazing. You can get apples for $.99 lb different varieties. They also have great dessert options. From gluten free muffins to breads. One should definitely shop here.

Workers are very slow when they check u out.. Everytime i have to get lunch from there while on lunch break. I m late getting back to work. Because they are so slow

Fresh Thyme is the only grocery store I dont mind going to. They provided first responder shopping times during the start of the pandemic, they have friendly cashiers, and always have the products Im looking for.

I went here because it was the only place I found with fresh figs. Once I got home and had one, they were dry and tasteless. I think they were old, but the package didnt have a date on them. They were also over priced. Was my first and last time shopping there.

I enjoy for fresh fruit and my wife loves your fresh vegetables. But Do Not buy the MILK because it’s expiring that or the next day. So what if customers are buying expired items hey we have their money.

Very friendly staff. They make sure my coupons scan. Some start up conversations in the aisle. They help me unload my carts to move the process along.

Quality meats a and produce at reasonable prices.They even have fresh Oxtails.The natural body, beauty and health products are nice also.

When Fresh Thyme first opened up, my wife and I were very happy customers. Their produce was fresh, their prices were awesome and I loved the price of their coffee beans. Somewhere along the way their prices became higher, their produce quit being fresh, and we started getting double charged for items during checkout. We havent been back.

I love shipping here BUT the meat department workers need the learn to safely change their gloves after each guest order and touching different meats so there is no cross contamination

I purchased some pink shrimp there at a great price and they are delicious!! The people working here are super nice and knowledgeable.

The prices were good. The produce was ok. The meat I bought at the butchers counter, well, despite proper refrigeration, did not make it to its use/freeze by date. That was disappointing. Ill go back if Im nearby, but I wont buy meat there again.

I was really impressed with this grocery store. They had a good selection of staples for vegans such as miso, jackfruit and vegan cheeses. They also had many fresh meat options making this a great place to shop for a mixed household. The store was not too crowded when l was there but they had safety measures in place to ensure spacing at checkout. Everything was very clean.

It is my new place for groceries. Its my third visit and so far I can say that all employees that I had contact with, were very helpful and they made me feel at home. Thanks for bringing back the old fashioned grocery shopping way. Fresh Thyme is the true friendly neighborhood store.

I love the choices at this store, however they need to have more employees working at the deli counter on the weekend. I shopped there today and waited a bit. There was only person working the counter, one person filling the deli counter. There were several people waiting for service, it would seem that especially on Saturday and Sunday there should be 2 people working the counter. After all of the waiting, I got home and did not have all my groceries! This is the third time this has happened and i was not happy. i live close so I went back.The clerk bagged and handed me the bags, so i am not sure where my cold cuts and veggies went. I did go back and got a refund. She suggested I get all my groceries again, however I was not waiting at the deli counter AGAIN, which was 4 people deep!Needs to be more quality control!B. LupferI

Fresh Thyme is a great grocery store that carries lots of organic, vegetarian, and vegan options. The store is small enough to navigate in a short time, but large enough to carry a wide selection. Selection of foods may be slimmer than major grocery stores, but prices are better. Store is clean and kid friendly as well, offering coloring and puzzle sheets and a free piece of fruit to kids. They also support local community service providers through donations of food and water. Wonderful mindset, clean store, healthy food and friendly staff.

I love shopping at this place. Its very clean and well stocked. I have been here many times and every employee that Ive ever spoken to has been knowledgeable and very friendly. I am always surprised at how long the fruits and vegetables that I buy their stay fresh... much longer than the grocery store produce. I think this is my favorite place to buy food.

Today was a community event and it was so cool. They had tomahawk steaks and burgers for a dollar and a free yoga class outside and live music inside. It was amazing. Fresh and friendly all of the time.

Easy in, easy out. They dont have everything but enough to tide you over until you can get to the bigger stores.Usually, the checkers are very friendly, but todays checker was the rudest young woman ever. She needs an attitude adjustment.

Was actually open and fairly well stocked when I visited during this COV 19 scare. Didnt have toilet paper but what can you expect when people are buying out the entire stock of TP in the St Louis area. Still had paper towels, though and I thought that was impressive given the circumstances. 👍

Fresh Thyme has excellent produce and fresh meats. It is not a large store, but the variety is adequate for the needs of our family. We buy organic when we can, and the prices here allow us to buy more than at other organic grocers. You will also find a large assortment of vitamins, supplements, body/skin care products. A win-win.

Always have had a very pleasurable expirience here. Staff is quite friendly and responsive, even during the Covid days. Often chose going here over some of the bigger grocery stores in town.Ps. There is one manager who I always see up there. She goes above and beyond. So thank you!

Food selection is pretty good. People in the parking lot drive like maniacs, thus the three stars.Im leaving the store, driving down a proper lane between the rows of parking spots when here comes a lady in a car with South Carolina plates cutting across the rows deciding that painted lane and parking spot markings dont apply to her.Oh, please, by all means, dont pay attention to the line of cars following the markings. Just make up your own rules. The world revolves around you, lady.So, people, if you want a pretty good selection of food I recommend Fresh Thyme grocery store. But be on alert on that parking lot.

Great selection and good prices. I especially like the bulk area. You can get fresh ground oatmeal, and there is an amazing selection of bulk granolas

There was a sale on cheese last week, Colby Jack from $6.99 to $2.99/lb. Great deal so I bought some. I took it out of my fridge to use the next morning and noticed the price sticker fell off. I look at the block of cheese in my hand and there was still a sticker attached.The old sticker said $6.99/lb, good until 12/01/17. The next sticker (the one I saw when I purchased) said $2.99/lb, good until 12/13/17. Im not sure if this is why the sales are so good here, by relabeling almost expired meat and cheeses.Had that top sticker not fallen off, I would not have known. When I called the store manager he said it was a mistake and blamed new employees. That being said, I bought the last package available that night. Who knows how many blocks of this cheese are being eaten past expiration. There were many empty shelves of this item and now I am wary of buying anymore fresh sale items.Mora of the story, Shame on you Fresh Thyme. DO NOT RELABEL OLD MEAT/CHEESE WITH NEW EXPIRATION DATES. This is a health violation.
