After talking about all the safety features and signing off on two cars in CT. The car that was given to me was from NY didnt have the safety features we talked about. Didnt know this until driving off lot because blind spot awareness wasnt active and found out after research it wasnt on this car. Was sold on safety features and wasnt given them. Car came with a dent and missing piece. Was told pieces will be in a few days and was told this over 3 times and the pieces are still not in and over a week now. Would of had the pieces shipped to a GMC closer to where I will be. I drive across country for a few months and not have to drive a car with damage and no way to have it fixed. My sales experience was not great for my first brand new car.

I picked up my 2021 Silverado yesterday. It does not meet my expectations. When I was looking to buy I explained to my Sales person Sara Davis, The features that I wanted and needed, To my surprise a few features that are important to me are, GPS and be able to read and respond to text messages. I called Sara last night and left her a voice message and she has not responded as of yet. She was in such a rush through out the whole process that allot of things where missed. Such as my needs being met and making sure when I left with my brand new truck that I had my copies of Registration and copy of insurance. Which I did not have either. I drove back to the dealership and arrived just as they where closing and they where able to get me those documents. And thats why I gave a high rating as a 1. Otherwise it would have been a 0

Why two stars? First the pro: We negotiated a great price for a new truck. Cons: The salesman new very little about the truck. He was more focused on setting up the OnStar and Subscription radio, It was missing the tool to remove the locking lugnuts. After detailing (and they new it) I took delivery to find obvious visual defective chrome. It took a while before rectifying the wrong. My son bought a used car and brought it back to have the tires and brakes replaced. Tires were down to the warning bars, brakes were at their end somthing young buyers wouldnt expect from a dealership.

I was able to get an appointment within a week and the dealership had the necessary repair parts in stock. I was happy to be able to get everything fixed while I waited.

Rob was an excellent salesperson. He was very helpful and knew the the vehicles features very well. He and the team at Sullivans Northwest Hills made sure the entire process went flawlessly.

The staff in the parts and service dept are amazing. Super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of getting my power steering fixed. The mechanic also went beyond what he need to do. I will definitely go here again.

Jack Sullivan was great! But they sold me a car with uneven wear on the tires and refused to fix them. The car is only a 2018. Mind as well go to Carvana; theyll treat you better. I will edit if problem is fixed.

Cannot recommend Northwest Hill Chevy enough. I was given the run around at many competitors in the area, and nobody really helped me and the situation i was in.I came into the store right at opening and Robert helped me out. He was transparent, helpful and made me feel like he wanted to make a deal, unlike some other competitors.We ended up getting me the truck i wanted, for a lower payment than i anticipated and i couldnt be happier. These guys are transparent and straight to the point. They have earned a customer for life.

I have really bad trust issue with dealer but these guys are not like other places. Service department is wonderful. I gladly drive an hour to use this dealer. I had a part fail on my car in the middle of a 3 day rain fest and a specialanniversary trip planned. Peter totally talked me off the ledge and made everything ok!

Not happy with my Buick way too many warranty issues, will be trading it on a more reliable car. The dealership has been great and promptly repairs my Buick to bad I have lost faith in GM products.

I appreciate being able to bring my car in and see the same trustworthy people working behind the desk. When I owned a Hyundai Santa Fe, every time I brought my car in for an oil change, that dealership would drive up the price by finding additional small problems which after awhile I didnt know if they were legitimate and necessary or not.

The best part it was under warranty secondly it was taken care of in one day and the car hasnt had the issue since.

My brand new Chevy is not even a year old yet and has already been in 2 different shops, one being this dealership where the vehicle was purchased, multiple time over the past few months. They both can say they see the issue but cannot fix it. Seems like a way to get out of fixing it under warranty to me. I am currently looking into lemon laws and hiring an attorney regarding this issue. A complete inconvenience, burden and stress that should not be put on me with a brand new vehicle.

Received horrible service for my first experience with the receptionist who did not secure loaner car as discussed. Waisted my time missing time from work to drop my car for service that I could not get done and having to reschedule for 2 weeks later. When I returned she told service man she was too busy to deal with me at the time so he had to take care of me. Never going back

My wife brought her 2yr old Jeep Rubicon in for a scheduled oil change and asked them to check on electrical/computer issues she has recently experienced. Was told by service department that none could be found . At checkout, when pressed about electrical issues, the employee responds, to be fair, I only charged you for the $95 oil change .The Rubicon failed to start on the following morning and I drove her to work. Tried, unsuccessfully, to jump start/charge her battery. Had the jeep towed to dealership we purchased from, Gengras in East Hartford and within a few hours and two new batteries, problem solved!To be fair, Will never have any service performed by Northwest Hills!

My appt I made over the phone was for an oil change and tire rotation. When my car was finished, after I got home, I realized only oil was done. I called up, got sorry, order was made out for oil change only. Can you come up next week. I explained to her, Im going through Chemo, and I never know how I will feel. You can come up any day, but it depends on how long you want to wait for it. WHAT, YOU MESSED UP. Now I have to wait for it? I should have been told we are so sorry. Come up now if you can, we will bring it right in. But no, next week and wait for it. Very poor customer service. Its a lease, your car, if tires are shot, your issue...very dissatisfied

Not impressed brought my truck to get repaired. They didnt match the light lenses in the back so now my truck has 2 different bulbs in the back. Also I had less in the back they lost or did something with the one that they changed. I didnt get it back thats for sure. After leaving this review I had a response like they actully cared except I did try to call them like they asked. I called them e times left my number each time its been over a week so now instead of 2 stars its 1 and I really wish I didnt have to give any.

I’ve been buying trucks for the past 10 years and this dealer is the most honest upfront dealer to date. Roger the sales manager was amazing to deal with, he was straightforward with everything with no hidden bs that you deal with at most dealers. My salesman Robert was great to deal with too. Ted Marola went above and beyond in all aspects of my vehicle purchase. My GM discount was waylaid by a legal snafu, which ultimately caused the loss of a gorgeous Regal that I had asked Ted to bring in from another dealership. When GM legal finally got their act together and I recieved my GSM#, Ted was more than willing to find me another Regal, but also, there was not another one that met my criteria. Ted suggested the Envision. At first, I wasnt sold on an SUV, after some research, and shopping, I found one that met my requirements. Ted worked his magic and Im now a very happy owner of a beautiful Envision. The finance paperwork and plate transfer went smooth as glass. My husband and I have been longtime customers of NW Hills. They will tell you your car is fixed when it is not (twice!)Worked with many dealerships over the years, they are undoubtedly the slowest.Brought CTS in because it was having an issue where it would sometimes start and sometimes not. They called the day after we brought it in to tell us that there is no issue with the car and we had to explain again that sometimes it does start and sometimes it does not. They tried it again and said that now it wouldn’t start.After that they kept the vehicle for a week and a half, told us multiple times they could not figure out what the issue was and we ended up needing to get a manager involved because we were worried about our technician’s experience and skill (he was very nice but we think he may be relatively new) Finally they fix 1 wire’s connection in the car, over $500 bill and we take it home. The next morning it will not start. Then they tell us that they cannot get the car back in to get checked out until Tuesday. They already had it for about two weeks, denied our request for a loaner, then told us we would have to wait a week to bring it back in... god knows how long we would have been without a car if we actually had brought it back a second time.Instead we brought the vehicle to Dynamic in Canton. Car was diagnosed and fixed within 2 hrs. Geoff from Dynamic is fantastic, he was surprised that NWH couldn’t figure out the problem. Car has now been running for days with no issues.

I purchased my new 2014 GMC Terrain a couple weeks ago. Im loving it. It was a tough decision for me. Jack Olson, my sales rep was very helpful and patient with me. Stopped into Northwest hills Chevy to get info on rebates. Spoke with Josh about my current credit situation and upside down car loan i was currently in. Josh and the finance team went out of there way and was on the phone with GM Financial to get me an amazing deal and get me out of the upside down situation. I was told no at 5 other dealers but NOT this 1. Extremely friendly and welcoming environment with no pressure and hidden tricks. I recently had an oil change and unfortunately I received poor service. However, after saying something the dealership went above and beyond to make the situation correct. Brian the sales manager made everything right again and while they had some hiccups, and every buisness does, I am confident that in the future they will earn back my confidence in them. I will not recommend this dealer. They messed up my registration, had to go to DMV myself. They almost didnt give me my second pair of keys and handbook. The finance guy Darren tries to sell you extra stuff you dont need. He took the $2000 deposit and marked it trade in value, something shifty there. I dont trust them. I purchased used Buick.

I called GM because a message was displaying on my dash, they quickly figured out my vehicle had 2 recalls and connected me to the closest dealership. I spoke with a rep she scheduled my appointment for a Friday which I took off work, I was assured they had all parts needed. Which is why my appointment was scheduled so far out I called 11/30 and my appointment was scheduled for 12/7. I bring my car I get a ride from an employee (Patrick) such a nice young man. I get a call at 4:30 pm the day I brought my car in 12/7 and Laura was the rep to call. She stated my car was done and if I still needed a ride.. I said yes then she goes on to state only one recall was taken care of because they did not have one of the parts. AFTER I MISSED A WHOLE DAY OF WORK BECAUSE THEY HAD ALL THE PARTS SUPPOSEDLY.. so frustrating and inconvenient. When I said I needed my appointment for a Saturday because I could not miss more work.... I got “we dont handle recalls on Saturdays” when first of all it was their fault because i confirmed they had the parts to take care of both which is why I took a day off work. Then she scheduled it for 12/22 .... such an inconvenience. Only positive experience were the complementary rides. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 👎🏾

We had Ted Marola for our salesman. He is awesome. He is so good, we bought 5 vehicles from there in the last few years. There are very good to their customers and show you everything you need to know about the vehicle. We will always stay with them. Neal is also awesome.

Bought at 6 local dealers through the years and this was by far the best experience Ive had.Jesse my salesman was responsive and knowledgeable. The price was well explained and fair. The delivery was seamless and without any of the hassle I have had before as they try to sell you everything from undercoating to life insurance. Ill be back here for my next car.

From the second i walked into the service department i was greeted with a smile. They quickly checked me in and took my car right in for its oil change. As I was waiting i was acknowledged by an employee blowing up balloons who started conversation with me and asked if I would like any ballons. Then a salesmen had come into the waiting room and he also stated a conversation. And not even an hour later and my car was ready to go, washed and all :)

I went to Northwest Hills GMC after trying a couple of other local GMC dealers. One other dealer even gave me the deal I was looking for but wanted to offset the deal with an interest rate that was way out of market. I called Northwest Hills and started working with TJ. Right from the first conversation I knew TJ was a straight shooter and was going to do everything he could to make the deal happen. I went in the next day and drove off the lot in my new car a few hours later. TJ and team made it so easy - and had a better offer than any other dealership I tried. Thanks again!!
