Kid Concepts Has been closed for most of my childhood. I was in first grade; having a party celebrating my birthday, and the next day my mom says that it burned down. I was five when that happened. Now Im eleven. And boy do I miss that place. And that place is still closed. I bet they did not even get started on re- building. I sure hope they dont turn it into a Starbucks; like they do to most burnt down places.😭

This place was my life I am sad so see this and I think they should be able to get back up if not then I will be devastated

This place was child hood and I had so many great memories there and the food was amazing!

It was by far the best indoor playground in the south at, we hope it open soon! The food was the best part, for me as the parent. Nothing better than letting your kids run wild to get that energy out and have GOOD food to eat while you sit back and relax. PLEASE OPEN SOON. Oh by the way, my kids have never gotten hurt here and the staff have always been super nice. And I have two kids with a 5 year difference and I’ve been taking both since they were little.

A nice play area for kids featuring a large, multi-level play structure, art room, video game room, and party area. There is also a room and a play structure for toddlers, though the room is only open during specific hours.There is a cafe in the center of the space which offers a decent selection of foods for both kids and adults. Prices are reasonable and the dining space offers a good amount of seating. There is also free wifi though the supply of power outlets is a bit lacking.All told Kid Concepts is a great space to let your kids loose while you sit back or join right in.

Love it here. I have a 12 and 4 year old. Play dates go great. Prices for food as well as food is good. It can get loaded which makes tables hard to get for eating. Be ready to play with new kids.

My grandson enjoys it. I feel they lack on providing enough imagination toys in the kitchen area. Food, dishes, etc. . They can do better with cleaning also. Their food is great! SometimesSometimes the

Do not book a party here unless you are 5000% sure you want to do so. Cancellations are only allowed 30DAYS before the party date. They keep your deposit and say you can transfer to another date or offer food and admission. I attempted to work out a comprise which eventually led to this negative review. I will post on yelp in addition to this review.

One of the best indoor playgrounds in southern california.so many different areas that appeal to different age kids and even though there was a party going on while we were there it was still great!the play structure is big and my 6 year old and 1 year old loved it.!!

My daughter was invited to a birthday party here last week and she really liked it, she said it was a lot of fun. Now she wants her birthday party there, will see.

Its run down but my kids love it, and the food is really good. If only they would remodel just a little bit they would be 5 stars

While I feel badly that there was a bad fire (A year ago). I really think they need to update their website, facebook, Google listing. Something, anything. Either tell the public you are open (Google info) or update your phone message. Some information!!

The good: My kids like it a lot. Overall our experience is not bad.The not so good: They do NOT have good customer service and they no longer offer any kind of deal for families with more than 2 children. So because I have 4 kids, the best deal I can get is to pay approx. $30 for a visit. I used to be able to pay closer to $20 for my 4 kids but not any longer. And the management is terrible if you try to talk to them about this or any other issue. They seem to be unaware that they have competition in their city that would rather have 4 siblings playing during the slow times for $20 than to not have them there at all.

We are so lucky to live right around the corner from Kid Concepts. My daughter loves it here and is such a wonderful place to have a playdate.

The most grimest, sticky, dirty, old playground I have ever been to, they have much just the climbing course and nothing really for you Germany childRen everything is broken looked very unsanitary. It basically a waste of space....I will never take my children here again.

This place is horrible!!! My daughter was injured while doing the rope swing actvity which was being run by the staff. They had her swing up in the air and dropped her right on her back. They did this to three children in the same party and apparently dont understand the concept of spotting children while they do activities like this. This place should be shut down for endangering children! Avoid this place and keep your kids safe!

I cant believe fire marshall hasnt closed this place. They over pack place, takes the fun away when its overcrowded n hot. Not enough places for adults to sit when packed. We ONLY go becuz theres a party invitation. Other wise keep away!

Didnt like that I had to take off my shoes and wouldnt go to the bathroom because I had to wear some used slippers to go in!

Do you know that day in bad weather? Then you can enjoy the space with the worthwhile kids. Even in sunshine the environment is air conditioned. Fair price and worth what is charged.
