Its essential to be able to handle issues for customers, and ensure satisfaction. Providing good service is one of the many things that the employees of The Del Amo Fashion Center Tumi Store do. The engaging staff and abundant selection make it a very helpful, and pleasant shopping opportunity. Everyone in the store is extremely nice and helpful. I had a problem with a crossbody bag I purchased, and the staff willingly, and patiently guided me through the resolution process. Great employees, fabulous products, and understandability with returns or exchange. This is definitely a store I will be coming back to forever.

As a former TUMI outlet employee, my shopping experiences in this location was bad. The manager K gave me a sticky face every time. Such a big difference from the south coast plaza store. I rather go far away to Costa Mesa than shop in this store now.
