Love this store! Its not huge huge but they have a nice selection of lingerie and toys and videos. The lady upfront was super nice she helped me with things and let me browse alone. They didnt look over my shoulder as I shopped like some other places Ive been definitely love that if I need help to ask and let me look around. Will definitely be back thank you for such a nice experience.

Pleasure Island is a pleasure indeed. Their customer service is great. The staff will go above and beyond when the customer needs assistance. The cleanliness of the shop is immaculate. Their items are priced reasonably and the assortment of adult toys, quite an assortment. If they dont have something you need, theyll be the first to get it for you.

A woman with blond hair name Francis is the best she helped me and made everything very easy for me to find also gave me great ideas on what I should use the store is GREAT because of people like her non judgmental

Manager is hard to get in contact with, although I was able to find what I needed the product didn’t smell right and contacting the manager was difficult due to them not giving another way of contact said manager.

Huge selection and helpful people work here. Not embarrassing to shop.

Have never had such a wonderful time shopping an adult store the people were very helpful if you want to be left alone they left you alone but they were right there to help you and answer questions if you needed them answered

Just left this location about an hr ago with my boyfriend and I feel like the women that were working in there were being judgmental, snickering and whispering the whole time we were in there . Based off of that experience as a long time customer, idk if I’ll be coming back and I’ll be sure to spread the word around about this place .
