The products I purchased were quite helpful. The customer service provided was excellent and highly responsive. There is also a wonderful selection.

I have ordered from them once previously, and my order arrived in a timely manner, and it was correct. I have just ordered from them again (2 days ago) and it arrived today. I am geographically close to them, so the shipping time was short. The order was correct, and the goods were genuine. I see bad experiences mentioned in other reviews, but so far, theyve been good with my orders.

This store has a good selection of herbal products - I bought the sea berry face cream by Sibu and was happy with the customer service and quality of product.

I recently ordered from them twice, (late Dec 2020) and both orders arrived quickly (even though we are 3,000 miles apart and postal mail is a mess), they were packaged well and were exactly what I wanted. I plan to do business with them again.

This company was unresponsive and uncooperative when my order was lost. I checked with my neighbors and the post office- but it never got delivered to my address. It did not fulfill my order or refund my money. Reply to my emails and phone calls was practically non existent. I suggest you shop elsewhere if you want a credible company.

After being a customer, I experienced losing my package. For this company to be unkind via email.. and ultimately unresponsive in regards to fixing the issue. The phone number does not work.. theres no way of contacting them. I will never order front them again. Hope nobody else does either. Very unfortunate when I had other people inquiring for reference/source for themselves. Very disappointed.

This place is an absolute scam do not order for them they just take your money and then they pretend like they filled your order by creating a label for a tracking number but then never send the item scam scam scam also their phone number is Not a working number, I should’ve investigated this company better.
