Went in to get a custom hat made. Gave the guy there all my info on saturday. Said itd be done on Wednesday but gave me a call today Monday saying its ready to pick up. Great bunch of guys

As always, the staff was knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with, the selection was great, we got some custom hats made and the price was phenomenal!

Why go anywhere else for a hat,when Lids gotten all. Plus customs stitching.

They have a card reader there to take ur info be careful its an inside Job

Went there on Tuesday at 2 o’clock and the guy was using the company phone for a personal call and when I asked him a question he was like don’t you see me on the phone. With that attitude he will never move up in life and will always earn minimum wage

Place was tiny, cluttered and most of the things inside the store was unorganized. The service was subpar, wasnt really helpful with customers.

Total fail at embroidering a simple circle on hat. They gave me an oval. Very unsatisfied. And pricey
