This company is possibly the worst company Ive ever interacted with. I had a stroke this summer and they would not make an exception to their return policy to to accept the return of a duplicate order they sent me and for items that I was not able to attempt to install until I recovered. Under no circumstances should you buy anything from this company go to any other store at all costs.

I was assured with a phone call my order would ship on time, within 6-8 days and I would receive a tracking number soon. No tracking number, so two days later I sent an email and then it was 7 more business days and now it has been 8 business days and have been told it will be another 2-3 days. If you order for a business with deadlines to clients, you may be better served elsewhere.

At the time of placing order in April, company informed me it would be 3-4 weeks before delivery. Every 3-4 weeks since that time, the company has stated it will be an additional 3-4 weeks. It has now been 5 months and company informs me order will ship next month. Unfortunately, this merchant has lost any credibility.

Don’t go there if you need materials the same day, the don’t take will call, they only sale on line

Shipped the wrong item, were difficult to work with to get the right order. Rude staff.

I am trying to get information on replacement parts for an order I placed a few years ago. I spent over $1000 on 3 pendant lights with a track system. I emailed at 10:44am est today 1/13/21 and didnt get a response after 2 hrs so I started a live chat. They advertise on their website they respond within 2 hrs. Not true. The live chat started with a person telling me I needed to contact the manufacturer. I then advised thats not what your website notes in the about us section. Once I advised that, the chat person asked me for my order #. I shared that along with all the part #s. I was then told in the live chat that someone would call me. Im still waiting for that call and its 3:37pm. They do not have a 2 hr response time as they advertise nor has my experience thus far anything close to what their about us section claims.

Very poor customer service to say the least. They do not follow through on their delivery schedule. I have been waiting almost a month for one low voltage BBQ Fixture and have not received even an email as to why the order has been delayed. I would never order anything again from this company.

I do not recommend placing an order online. I ordered items for my clinic and they are listed as in stock on their website but they did not actually have them in their inventory. It is not 6 weeks later and I am still waiting for a $685 refund that I now have to dispute with my credit card company.

What a joke of a company!!!! do not see how anyone could have anything positive to say about them. calling got a live person who ONLY answers the phone and has no idea what you are talking about other than they will have someone call. i ordered a led light and got an email a day or so later stating it would be months before it would shipped because they had none on hand. how does a company NOT know prior to selling that there are 0 on hand? then i got an email stating i had two days to cancel or i would just have to wait and be out my money. i cancelled the order, got an email stating it was cancelled, and then my card was charged THE FULL AMOUNT! what a bunch of silly little people and a scam of an experience. would HIGHLY recommend you do business with them only if you have an attorney on retainer.

WARNING!I paid $189.00 for nine recessed lights from The Electric Bargain Store, which I tried to return the day I received them, but was told returns are NOT accepted.Save your money and dont buy from these crooks!.

Ordered recessed lights which never shipped to me.I needed to call in twice to find out that the shipment would still take another 2 weeks.Its better to go to Home Depot or Amazon - this is just another warehouse somewhere with a fancy website but nothing to back it up.

Worked out great as per your help line very simple transition from our old smoke alarm BRK 4120 to your suggested smoke carbon monoxide SC9120LBL with 10 yr. battery back up. Quick change of the old out of ceiling mounted bracket 2 screws and quick identical plug in to the new unit. I took me 5 minutes to change out the old and in with the new. Needless to say Im very happy.

Products (replacement smoke detectors) arrived in great condition and were exactly what I ordered (and exactly what I needed)! Products were shipped and arrived very shortly after ordering. I am one happy customer!

This was a terrible experience all the way around.I needed to return an unused fixture . It took 4 weeks to get the return authorized and it has been a month since the item was received by the manufacturer and I have yet to see a refund.Customer service is non-existent.I would never recommend this company.

Lack of communication. Order was shipped and delivered just fine, but I never received any info or updates from the time I paid for it online until the boxes showed up at my house. Otherwise, fine.

I have gotten the extra lint trap installed and that alone has helped the drying cycle. I am sure the fan will help with the 30ft of metal dryer vent. I have installed a lot of dryer vents. Bad weather and wet crawl space have delayed the installation of the fan unit. The parts I ordered were packed properly and arrived with no damage. Thanks

I ordered an inexpensive Juno track light replacement and it works great. The original Juno product was no longer available but I recall several years ago it went for over $50 per light. This replacement unit, though different design, was only $20. Good value.

Everything went fairly well. I had to use a channel lock to connect the transition connector provided. The other option would have been to re-wire it. All in all, all went well. It works!!

My first purchase from the Electric Bargain Store was for four Juno-6RLD-1834 LED lights. Upon receipt, the package did not contain the whip that connected the light to a light socket. After confirming that the package and website information indicated that the whip would be included, I contacted the Electric Bargain Store to determine my options. I was told that I could purchase the whips for an additional $5.00 per whip and pay for shipping again. That did not seem reasonable to me, so I asked if the items could be returned. I was then told that the items could be returned but they would be subject to to 25% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. I decided to contact the Electric Bargain Store again and ask if there was a better solution. After three phones calls leaving messages with either an employee or the answering service and no return call, I decided to move on and purchase the missing whips from another reliable source. I wont be purchasing from the Electric Bargain Store again.

I placed an order online and upon checkout was told that the product would ship within 2 to 5 business days. The next day, I received an email that the order would ship in about 5-8 business days. The next day, two days after the order was placed, my credit card was charged for the full amount of the order. When I called to check the order status, they said that the order has not shipped and that it is still listed as shipping within 5-8 business days. Why would a merchant hit a card when they have not shipped, nor have a realistic expectation as to when they will ship.I would not normally be as concerned except that I had a bad experience with this merchant, where I obtain a return material authorization for an Item I shipped back, and never received a reply or a refund. Shame on me for not following up on this, AND, for ordering from them again!

Ordering was easy, the product received was as described, we installed the product and it worked perfectly. Price was right and this purchase was overall very positive.

I received my order, and installed the Fire Alarms as instructed. They seem to be working properly, so far.

Received 3 smoke detectors in a timely manner, packaged well. The only problem was one of the prongs where electric plug connects was bent. I was able to straighten it and connect detector to electric power, all good.

I found the 4 Kidde hard-wired smoke detectors that I needed to replace my 12 year old ones at the Electric Bargain Store online. Their service and prices were fantastic! The shipment was processed, shipped and delivered in a couple of days! When I received the package and opened iteverything was packed so professionally, they even had dust covers on the smoke detectors to protect them until you install them.Great Company, I highly recommend them & I will be ordering from them in the future!!!

Deceptive advertising - advertise products at lower prices - which they know are discontinued - then try an up-sell you on the latest more expensive model. So, if you know an item is discontinued - quit advertising it just to get traffic to your site! Horrible customer service, deceptive marketing practices.

The order is processed quickly but one of the smoke alarms (I bought 6) does not not inserted into the mounting as it should be. I must widen the gap and push down the plastic stopper to fit the alarm into the ceiling mount. I dont want to wait to return for a replacement.

All things considered, this was a Good experience with this seller. I ordered and received five new replacement hard-wired combination carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. My order was processed and I received it within a very reasonable timeframe. Due to the total amount of my purchase, this order qualified for free shipping, however, I wanted to purchase an additional smoke detector with this order, but did not do so because I would have had to pay a shipping cost to get the additional smoke detector. Once an order qualifies for shipping, it only makes sense that any remaining purchases with that order be shipped without a cost.

Terrible experience. Couldn’t ship when promised.Lights arrived a month after placing the order, only because I called them and complained. Thank goodness for pay pal. I ordered my products on June 20th. after a few days of not receiving a tracking number I questioned them about it and they said they would get it shipped out immediately. Still no tracking number so I questioned if it would get here in the time frame I needed it and that if not I need a refund. They assured they would give me complimentary fedex air and ship it to me. Still no tracking number. So yesterday and the day before I asked them to refund my money if it would not get here on time. and they kept saying they were going to look into it and ship it. They were completely ignoring me. So today I disputed the transaction with pay pal. And since they had not ship the product I was able to dispute for a refund. Electric bargain store refunded my money almost immediately. If not for pay pal I do not believe they would have.

Prices are great compared to my local sources. Shipping can take quite some time, so order early! When you order online, the website says you will get notification when your order ships. On my last order, I sent an email asking on the status and only then found out it had already shipped.All in all, minor issue, will purchase from this vendor again!

Unable to complete a transaction. Daniel took my order and told me that 26 units were in stock and I should order today to ensure shipment in my time window (warning #1-- pressure sales tactic) . My credit card was charged immediately on order. 3 business days later I check back and Im told 8 of 10 units ordered were damaged in transit to our shipping center. See other reviews people have left ( warning #2) Got such a bad vibe I disputed the transaction and requested that the order be cancelled. Item ordered was small recessed lighting fixtures.. extremely unlikely to be damaged in transit. Maybe they would deliver ... eventually. meanwhile I will order from a more reputable source. One star for returning my email.

I ordered over a dozen Juno retro fit 4 module lights for my family room. They originally sent me a note that they were out of stock and would I mind waiting.. I didnt, so I received the merchandise end of November. The holidays came and by the time I got my electrician to come by and install it was mid January. When he went to install he realized they had shipped some of the wrong lights. I wanted 2700K and they shipped partially some 3500K heat temp. When I went to return them they told me it was my responsibility to have checked the merchandise! LOL, I thought it was them who fulfilled the order to be on top of that... I am just the customer paying their salaries! They took it back but charged me a restocking fee... Deplorable customer service and this company clearly lacks integrity... NEVER AGAIN.. they fulfill thru Amazon (of course) who could also care less.

They had the items but they are slower than molasses. I placed this order last week on 10/19 and I didnt hear from them until 10/26 when I called them. They said they were sending it out and would give me tracking numbers. Well, I finally got the tracking numbers (they split up the small order) and one was going through the process and finally got delivered and nothing was going on with the other shipment. I called again and it was left on the loading dock two days ago and probably would still be there is I didnt call again. The lady was very apologetic, but the incompetency is unbelievable. I will see if everything was shipped right next week when I can check both orders. Stay tuned.....

These guys helped simplify the process of changing out old smoke detectors by providing everything needed to make the switch happen including the connectors to change from an older version to the newer version of the plugs. No one else had the complete package.

It was my first purchase from Electronic Bargain Store and my first experience with this smoke alarm model ... both performed perfectly!The product shipped on June 1st with standard shipping. The price was more than $20 per unit lower than similar model at a local home improvement store. The smoke alarms were easily installed as replacements for an older BRK model on June 5th.The supplier had a great product at a great price. The smoke alarms arrived complete with an installed 9V backup battery and a dust cover.This was an excellent buying experience.
