I purchased my first Rolex watch (submariner date) from Christine Hancock at Ben Bridge. She is awesome. (I rarely leave reviews, mostly because I am lazy -- but she deserves 100 gold stars.)As anyone looking for a Rolex will know, purchasing a stainless steel Rolex watch is a difficult task (to say the least), especially in an area like Southern California. I have visited several Rolex ADs before this particular Ben Bridge store -- and not all visits were, ugh, pleasant. Christine was one of the most sincere ones -- as I interacted with her, it was very clear to me that she genuinely wanted to sell the watch to someone who would really enjoy it as part of his/her life celebration and who had a real interest in the watch along with some passion. She also was extremely personal -- she remembered all the personal details behind my purchase (which is amazing given that she probably receives tons of Rolex-related calls on any given day). Lastly, as I was keeping in touch with her over emails, she ALWAYS (no exceptions) responded with a nice note. Again, any Rolex watch purchasers would know that such responsiveness is almost unheard of.Highly recommend this store and Christine!!!

By far the best Rolex experience I could have ever imagined. Walking into an authorized Rolex dealer can be somewhat intimidating especially with the increased demand for the timepieces today. However that was not the case at Ben Bridges. I was greeted with a smile by Aly, and she couldnt of been more knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We spoke about different sport watches and she shared her professional opinion and recommendations. I felt like I was talking to a friend who genuinely cares about me instead of a salesman. I was looking to get my first Rolex watch as an engagement gift, but I know how difficult it is to get one, with long waitlists that can last years. So I called the store and the lovely Ping answered. She was very friendly, I told her what I wanted, and to my surprise, FOUR days later, my watch was waiting for me. I picked it up today and I am very happy with how I was treated, how quickly my watch came, and the constant communication I had with Ping. I will definitely go here for more watches.

Every time I have stopped by the store, the customer service has always been top notch and staff have always made me feel welcomed.Recently, brought in my vintage Rolex watch for service. Rolex trained watchmaker Elizabeth works on site and was highly knowledgeable. Liz was able to service my watch the same day. We spoke for a good half hour regarding Rolex movements and I learned great deal about proper maintenance.Christine, my sales representative, was very friendly and informative. This is excitement is due in large part to serendipity — my engagement photos are tomorrow! And my wedding is next month! Christine joined Ben Bridge in February and, within a month, her store closed due to the Covid-19 shutdown. Just wanted to say that I was lucky to work with Liz Luckey with my watch issue. I came in need of a repair to my Rolex that I received when I graduated college. She walked me through my options, understood the sentimental aspects of how I felt about my watch, made very knowledgeable recommendations and was very easy to work with. She helped me make the correct decisions on preserving the longevity of my watch so that I can pass it on to my son when he graduates college this fall. I don’t normally leave feedback regarding customer service transactions but this was worth the time. Whenever my wife drags me out to go shopping (almost every weekend), I try to be a good husband and go with her. Lucky for me, whenever I’m dragged out to Del Amo Fashion Center, they have this Ben Bridge Jeweler so I spend my time visiting this store.Within the past few months, I visited this store a handful of times and each one of those times, I had the MOST WONDERFULLY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE of being assisted by Ms. PING LAI!This store is no different from all the other Rolex stores in the world: they do not have any stainless steel sport models in stock.However, this store has Ms. Ping Lai who is just so AWESOME! She was so very nice, polite, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was also very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable asking her questions, trying on watches, etc. Although they did not have any stainless steel sport models, she actually even cared to ask me which model of stainless steel sport model watch I was looking for! (Most other dealers I’ve been to would just roll their eyes with attitude and tell me they don’t have it.)Due to my wonderfully pleasant experience with Ms. Ping Lai, my wife and I will be purchasing all of our watches and jewelry through her at this store! I wanted to take a few minutes to write about this wonderful experience because I frequent lots of jewelry/Rolex stores and I have not been treated better at any other stores, ever. I love the staff here in Torrance, they are very accommodating, friendly and trustworthy . Ms. Ping Lai came highly recommended by a few of my friends so I literally drove miles and miles past other authorized Rolex dealers closer to me (at least 3 of them) to make my way down to Del Amo Fashion Center to specifically come to this Rolex store to meet Ping. I walked out of this store with a brand new Rolex the very first day I met Ping and I hope to continue our relationship for years to come!Before I drove nearly 40 miles to visit this store, I made sure Ping was working because I was specifically told by my close friends that a good sales associate can and will make a huge difference in my purchasing experience. Once I confirmed that Ping would be working, I went to go see her and I experienced first hand why my friends raved about her!Within the first few minutes, I felt so very comfortable as I have never felt at other Rolex stores. We had a nice conversation and she was so very helpful and friendly. She let me try on any and all Rolexes they had in the store (without feeling like I was annoying her or bothering her like how I felt at other Rolex stores) and she gave me very nice tips/advice on each one of the Rolex models which other stores never even bothered tried explaining to me (i.e., this one is designed to be more formal... or this one would be a good casual every day wear vs. that one that looks for dressy... etc.) I could go on and on about how much she knew about all the models and its funny because I walked out of there with a brand new Rolex watch that I have seen and passed on other times at other stores on numerous occasions.When Ping explained to me what my watch was designed for and how it was supposed to be worn and how it would fit in to my daily life, etc., it really struck a different cord with me and I knew I had to have it. Once I decided to purchase the watch, she sized up my watch perfectly! It was such a pleasant smooth experience, I really did have such a great time purchasing my Rolex here. To think I could have bought this exact same watch in the past year atleast 4 other times at other authorized Rolex dealers is mind boggling to me! My friends were absolutely right in this regard: we really do treasure the purchasing experience as much as the watch itself.I have been wearing my Rolex every day and I get compliments on it all the time. Fantastic experience buying two Rolex watches at Ben Bridge Del Amo!! First of all, they had exactly what I was looking for including a Ladies’ Datejust w/Diamonds and remarkably an impossible to find Men’s Submariner in Blue and Gold. Associate Lila was extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced in taking care of this sale. Her manager Ms. Young was also very friendly and helpful and I recall buying a Rolex from her when she was at the Redondo Galleria store years ago. They also provide in house watch maintenance services so that is another good reason to shop here. I’m just glad I stuck my head in to see what was in stock!!!

Service was great and timely. Went in for a clean and maintenance care on my wedding rings. I was in and out in no time and my questions about the care plan answered.

WE PURCHASED TWO MATCHING GRANDMOTHER BIRTHSTONE RINGS WITH THE PROMISE FROM BEN BRIDGE THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO MATCH THEM WITH A THIRD BIRTHSTONE RING FOR OUR THIRD GRANDCHILD. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS, SALESPERSON CHERYL SAID THEY WERE UNABLE TO MATCH THE PRIOR TWO RINGS AS THAT STYLE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND UNDER THEIR 90 DAY RETURN POLICY, BUT THE STORE MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AS SHE SAID MY WIFE HAD WORN THE RINGS. SHAME ON THIS STORE!!

It is very sad when someone treats you wrong because they don’t like your face, not only was the older guy with a white lock beard rude, but he was very stuck up. I was looking at their famous “signature collection” which he claim it was the best, as a consumer I ask him “what is the color and clarity of the diamond?” His respond was “it doesn’t matter it’s a perfect diamond” on a very arrogant tone. I am a jewelry person and maybe that day he decided to judge how I was dressed. The fact is that I don’t recommend this specific location and I rather take my business else where.
