They are a one stop shop as they do it all! They went over and beyond our expectations. We are so pleased with not only their work, but their creativity, professionalism and a super big plus they showed up every day on time. We will definitely use them for all future needs.

We are so grateful to Torrance Kitchens, Baths, and Flooring for the work they did on our fixer-upper home... Our kitchen seriously looks like something out of Joanna Gaines TV show. Im a bit of a perfectionist so I was wowed by the way things came together. Even our kitchen counter peninsula, which couldnt avoid having a seam, was done so carefully that the pattern blends and looks great. They had no problem implementing even my tiny detail requests, like where to place the cabinet handles. Many thanks to William and Alex for rolling with my small requests near the end and making our dream kitchen a reality. (Oh and I love our new crown molding Alex installed throughout the living room!)Although Im a bit of a perfectionist Im not a kitchen designer, so I appreciated the recommendations from Sam like putting the microwave on a pull out tray so I could hide it when not in use, or building a little coffee corner cuz I live on coffee, or adding a pull out for a trash bin. I also appreciated that when they painted the house, Mr. Young Kim told me if I went and bought new door knobs, hed put them in after painting the doors. So many small things I didnt think about because Im not in the business, but they had our back.They also installed a beautiful bay window in our master bedroom, which enhanced the room one hundred fold. So much light and beauty now! They matched the stucco and paint color in the exterior so you cant even tell its not original.Aside from lovely work, youd be hard pressed to find a more honorable, honest, and giving man than David, the owner. He made sure we were completely satisfied, and worked hard to give us a beautiful new home. He told us if anything came up in the next six months that we didnt notice right away, to just let him know and hed take care of it. We appreciated the genuineness of the whole team--and when you work on a big project like this together, it feels nice to have a team that feels like your friends.See my pictures--my friends are all astonished by the transformation! End to end a fantastic experience with our master bathroom remodel! The design team really listened and the contractor was very detail oriented to make sure the project turned out perfect. Even with some unexpected issues it was finished in under 3 weeks. Highly recommended!

THE BEST WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would highly recommend Torrance Kitchens and Baths by Solidex to anyone! Their customer service was top notch, Clay is wonderful to work with and the owner David is very nice and very professional. The work they did is beyond amazing - they did our ceilings, lights, cabinets, counters, island, back splash, hardware, sink, dishwasher installation, dry wall, paint, and crown molding all in 11 days! The workers were very nice, they worked in our house all day while my husband and I were at work, and they did a wonderful job. I would recommend the extra money for the under mount sink (worth it!) and extra money for drawers in the island instead of cabinets. Overall we were blown away by the finished product and how fast they got it done! Thank you Solidex! (FYI not the best pictures of our final product, we still have to do our floors but you can get the idea!)

I visited the office and met Sam. I was introduced to rest of the employees to get an estimate. After getting an estimate and a free consultation, I decided to get a full interior renovation of my townhouse (floor, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, full interior paint, and installation of all fixtures).The workers showed up right on time everyday and they met the scheduled day of completion. My family and I lived in the home during the construction, but everything went better than I thought overall. There was no down time and the crew worked like an well oiled machine.At the end, the quality of work was superb and everything I asked was done. My experience with Torrance Kitchen was excellent. They were expert on all phases of the Job - design, demolition, raising ceiling, moving kitchen, flooring, painting & lighting, etc. I would work them again. They made the renovation easy.

We had our hallway bathroom remodeled through Torrance Kitchens, Baths and Flooring last month and they did a fantastic job. We added last minute details in the middle of the project and they were responsive and flexible. Like any remodeling project, we hit a couple of bumps, but I was impressed by how customer-centered and professional Sam and David were in resolving these situations. I recommend them wholeheartedly and plan to remodel our master bathroom as our next project with them.

My wife and I went in on a Wednesday evening to pick out our bathroom quartz countertop and it was installed Friday evening, outstanding professionalism and service.

I have nothing but praise for Jeff and Peggy. Even though we just had a small kitchen floor job at our home in Manhattan Beach, they were prompt, courteous and honest. Their bid beat every one elses and they were total pros and even perfectionists in getting the job done on time and on budget. Strongly recommend!

At first I was excited, I just bought my first property! It needed some updating since it was built in 1990. So I search local contractors because I want to support our local businesses. I stumble across Torrance Kitchen & Baths. Reviews are good, their work looks good. I like that they operate as a one stop shop. Not overly expensive but what seems like a fair value for quality work. Then in the first week, during demo, a window gets broken. I think, Ok, well the place is 30 years old...I saw rot on the framing... But now to replace the window (3rd Party) is almost $5000. But, Torrance K&B now has to do a change order to rebuild the framing. Well its only $750, no big deal. But thats just the start. The painting was 3*, at best. And still wasnt even completely finished. And from there it was down hill. Our major project was the master bathroom. The tile work was so bad that I had to complain multiple times, and even the final tile work I accepted because I just needed them to finish. To this day Im not even 75% satisfied with the tile work. What was originally quoted as two weeks to complete all work (prior to me moving in) turned in to over 5 weeks. The Project Manager was MIA all the time and hardly ever visited except for one of the first walk throughs. At least in my experience, they have the same crew do everything on the project, which is very hard to accept. No one person or crew can be an expert in plumbing, painting, tile, and everything else Torrance K&B expects them to be. Our crew was great, but their employer expects them to be jack of all trades. It became more and more difficult after weeks of secluding our animals during the day and explaining to friends visiting why work was still occuring at 5pm+ on Saturday night to finish our project late. After spending over $20k with TK&B, I would not recommend them unless you are looking for a headache. Everything is an upcharge or change order.

Just signed a contract with David to do flooring of the complete place and Kitchen remodel. So far I found them very professional, responsive and responding to every question and query in expedited manner. I thought I can give them 5 starts for this part of the process.I will update my review once the work is complete in about 2 weeks or so.** David and team completed the projects with 5 star ratings. The kitchen and flooring were done remarkably well. This team is really professional and they make sure they complete the jobs within the budget. I will highly recommend Torrance Kitchen and Bath for any home projects.

Clay, Jeff & Peggy were wonderfully responsive. They started and finished our kitchen remodel on time and at the price quoted. They even threw in a few extra touches. What a great experience we had with David(owner) and team. After 18 months without our master bathroom due to an incompetent company called 3 Day Flooring &Kitchens we now have the bathroom of our dreams. What an awesome job Robin did to perfection with the marble in our shower,on the walls and tile on the floor. We are so happy with our kitchen from Torrance Kitchen and Bath. From working with Clay in sales to Their contractor Jeff, the process was easy and professional. They always responded quickly to emails and phone calls. The did excellent work and our kitchen is so beautiful now. Thei pricing is very fair and out of 8 estimates, they gave the best pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This is just a review on the initial meetings and phone calls so far. So my fiance and I just bought a house in Torrance and we met with over 5 contractors so far. Some of the contractors we met with were referred to us by friends and the other were ones we found on yelp. Days went by when we met up with these contractors and we were waiting for quotes, so we decided to look at places that sold quartz countertops. Torrance Kitchens, Baths and Flooring is close to our newly bought house so we drove down from West L.A. to look at the countertops. When we walked in, David welcomed us and asked us what we were looking for. When we told him we were looking for countertops he happily helped us. My fiance and I were not looking for other contractors, but surprisingly David informed us that they are contractors who can also provide the countertops to us. Not only that, but help us with anything else for house renovations. So we met with Sam and David the very next day to take measurements and talk about what needs to be done. We got a quote the very next day after meeting with Sam and David (even though we met with other contractors days before and still havent gotten quotes). I love how responsive and helpful Sam and David have been, but not only that, their pricing is very reasonable/competitive compared to other contractors in California. Sam and David have been nothing but helpful, reasonable, responsive, and professional throughout the beginning process and I cant thank them enough. When it comes to house renovations, you should never have to chase/hound your potential contractors. If they care enough, theyll contact you. Which is something Sam and David have done. I will make another review updating the process when we sign a contract and start the renovating.
