I wish I could say your vacuum cleaner sucks, but it doesn’t. Wash was so-so, except my tires on the right side were absolutely dry when I came out. Not horrible, but not what I expected for the deluxe wash package.

Asked a manager at Torrance Car Wash if stains on seats can be removed by detailing, he said definitely, and that they will call me in about an hour when car is ready. 2 hours later I still did not receive a call, so I show up to check in and a staff said car is ready. The seats were wet from shampooing but they look yellowish. The staff said nothing when I commented about this. The next day, after the seats are dry, the stains look darker than before detailing and theres now a bad smell.Left a voicemail for manager Jesus a day ago, no response yet. Called today afternoon and was told manager Marlene will call back today, but I did not receive a call. Called a 2nd time today evening and got a different staff on shift, who refused to answer when asked politely if theres a specific email to reach the manager. Sounded like he set the phone aside and then did not pick up again when I tried calling back. 20 min. later I called back and tried to clarify what happened earlier, and he asked, Anything else, miss? then it sounded like he set the phone aside again.UPDATE: manager Jesus called me back yesterday and I returned to the shop today. He suspected the stains may have looked darker because the cleaning products made the stains come to the surface, and had the seats steam cleaned this time. He suggested waiting a couple days for the seats to dry completely, and said he has no problem steam cleaning again if needed, or do whats necessary to take out whatever is left.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dont get the monthly membership because you wont be able to cancel it. I tried canceling it months ago and now I have called more than 3 times in the course of a month waiting from a call back from the manager and nothing. I work 2 jobs and I am 5 months pregnant, going in there is not something I wanna do on my day off. At this point its dishonesty and I cant imagine how this manager, if she exists, runs this place if she cant call me back after calling once a week for possibly over a month.  Then I talked to a manager but apparently not the right one and my card is still trying to get charged. I think her name is So, is the ONLY one I have spoken to with some sort of understanding. I will never spend another dime here and I will make sure none of my friends do either. Consider a different car wash like literally any other one.

First - this wash was free as a promo, I have never been here until today. The pictures speak for themselves...an ultimate wash cant beat pollen spots. Wouldnt pay for a repeat.Free vacuums & a cloth-dry service at the end were bonuses.

I have gone to this carwash twice in the past year and each time I have had to deal with a secondary charge to my credit card about a month after visiting that was of an amount that far exceeded the original car wash cost. Very scummy thing to do, trying to take advantage of people that do not check their expenses. The wash quality was sub par and I only went here because it was convenient. I do not recommend anyone go here and if you have, check your credit card to make sure you are not getting scammed. Absolutely horrible business practice.

I went for an ultimate wash and my car at finish off wash was left with a lot of blue liquid all over it and not dried at all. The car was also still very dirty. It was if it wasn’t washed at all. I couldn’t find an attendant to speak to. Only attendant was an attendant taking cars through the wash.It was a waste of time and I had dried blue spots everywhere. I didn’t have the energy to hand wash my car, but I felt like leaving the blue stuff everywhere would cause damage to the white exterior of my car.

Value for your $$$. Good customer service. Their membership is reasonable and they always have special offer for new members.

Don’t go to this car wash, such a waste of money and time, you will spend at least 10 minutes to get through the gate, not because they are busy but because the bar code readers never works and you have to keenhonking for someone to come and let you in, then when you’re in the wash it’s always something wrong with it, and the can never dries completly, always have stains and water left on the car, they used to have someone towel drying your car now nothing, they used to have unlimited washes now only 8 washes, never coming back to this wash again

I love the new convenient setup. The vacuums are very powerful easy to get my car clean fast and then the new carwash is amazing very organized and I love going there. Big thumbs 👍 up. Great job

12/23 at4:45 I went to get a free car wash which they offer in their HP. But I was told that the coupon was expired on 12/7. I even stated that the expiration date on my coupon was 1/31/21. But the lady told me that its expired and no longer offer free car wash anymore. I dont even know why they still advertise and offer Free Car Wash even though the coupon has already been expired. Dont waste your time.

These guys are my heroes right now. Friend puked all over my car, it was a disaster. I covered my seats in baking soda for the smell and cleaned the best I could. Took it in to these folks first thing in the morning and they handled it. Car came back great! Thanks for saving my car!!

Took my car to get washed today, got talked into wash and hand wax, only to realize they meant ext wash and hand wax - did not do the inside of the car. Lousy job of washing, still had bugs on front of my car from a trip to Az - they just waxed over them. Of course I dont notice til I get home, just before they are closing. Tried calling number and pressed 2 for manager and got mailbox full response, no one answered! Lesson learned - will stick with Miami Auto Spa!

Horrible customer service! Everything is newly remodeled and the place is confusing. The workers there don’t help you and guide you on what to do. I’ve lived around the corner for over 30 years and I have always gone here. No more. I will go to Madrona Car wash from now on.Such a shame that a landmark business for Torrance has gone down the drain.

I had my Chevy Silverados exterior done. They removed ALL of the oxidation and polished my rims perfectly. They were able to remove a lot of the build up on my headlights. My truck looks like new. Great job.

Dispite the heavy duty construction going on they were able to wash my car in good time.

Just okay. I wanted to surprise my husband with a clean, detailed car, and while the exterior looked good, the interior was still kind of grubby. There were dust foot prints on the dash where the kids put their feet, and smudges on the inside windshield. My husband didnt notice his car had been cleaned out. I was disappointed.

I am a monthly pass member and I love that I can get my car washed as often as I want without even leaving my vehicle. I check in the gate opens and drive my own car up and gets washed then it gets dried and I tip the guy who drys my car! Simple easy and affordable!

Well, good deal for Unlimited for Monthly Membership for no doubt. Free Vacuum stations are good, too. But, the wash service quality is below average. Slow entering line move, poor management & efficiency. Well, I am still using this place for my cars for at least once every week wash. Then, I always have to do extra finish touch up as soon as I came back home to make it better finished work.

This is a descent car wash in that they do a basic wash well. In & out quickly unless you go in a weekend. Don’t fall for the sales pitch when you drive up & tell their lead employee which service you want. They’ll try to push for a full wax & a detail if you’ll let them. They push it so hard that you have to give them a firm “no thanks” several times over. Please PLEASE stop pushing this! It’s driving customers away!!!

Free vacuums are nice and the location is great. But the wash quality isnt that great. $12 for their cheapest wash and it barely does anything. Monthly rates are pretty decent though, but wouldnt recommend for a single wash.

They completely redid the car wash. Its clean beautiful and they offer monthly specials that cant be beat! They always smile at me like they are happy to see me.

This is an untruthful and conniving enterprise.Was tricked into buying unlimited express service @29.99/ month. I was never told it will be a recurring charge and once I found that I tried to cancel the service.First time I tried to cancel I was told it was too late to cancel for that month (October ) so I told the cashier to cancel the account then so I will not be charged for November. Well guess what..They still charged me for November as well. It seems the only way to get out of it is to close mi credit card account.

Horrible, I would always go there to get the car wash and detailed. The price was great,and never had issues the place has has new owners,they upgraded the place and put the cost on customers.I got the headlamp restoration,which they said it was a new technology and they gave a warranty of two years.well 6 months have pass and the headlamps are going yellow,I took the vehicle to get it redone cause of the warranty and they didnt want to do it cause I didnt have the recipient, but yet the day they did the job, they took done the vehicle informationand they said it wasnt in they computer no more never going back....dont waste your time..

Most car washes are great every once in a while i get a poor wipe down. visible shoe prints on door panels and sills should be wiped down if noticeable.

This place is a racket and a joke wrapped in 1. Do not spend your $ here, youll be so disappointed. The meter starts but the water take like 10 seconds to get going. The foam brush is so tiny, for obvious reasons. They dont want you to cover a large surface so itll take longer to clean your car and spend more $. When you switch from soapy water to clean rinse water, it takes forever to stop producing foamy water, again, so itll take longer= more $. Youre 100% better off going to the $1 carwash on 228th and western or Denker & carson.

They have a typical gas station sign that says 3.33 per gallon. it does not say cash price or with car wash - anywhere. if I could post a photo here, I would. However, I prepaid and then when I pumped it said 3.53. When I asked about it she explained that is the car wash price. It does not say that anywhere, at all. Its just a gas station but if you need 76 there is another one just a mile south. I will not come back to a place that price tricks you, on principle

I like and I recommend this place, I love the fact the have a monthly membership to go and wash your car unlimited and you save a lot of money.. but I’m giving them 3 stars because with the new time change they’re closing before 5:30 not considering that people like me that has a set schedule at work and if I want to get my car cleaned during the week days I can’t cuz they close.. 🤷🏼‍♀️😒 soo I’m really considering cancel the membership..

Gas up and get 20 cents off per gallon with a car wash. The voucher is good for a few weeks so no worries if you dont need one right this second.

Very efficient operation with reasonable specials. Really appreciate that the vacuums are not coin operated so you can take the time to do a thorough job.

The guy taking the car wash order is very pushy and aggressive, trying to upsell the hell out of everyone. Keep saying no and eventually you will get the car wash you want. I pay monthly for the unlimited drive-thru wash so i dont have to deal with him. When i want the full service was, he ALWAYS over charges me. The girls inside are very nice and correct the over charge when i point it out. Dont go for the detailing, it is over priced and not worth it at all. The quick wash is there best deal there because you dont have to deal with the pushy man and they provide vacuums so you can clean the inside yourself. There are other places in Torrance that have better customer service, you should try them.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. They took less than 10 minutes to wash my Land Rover LR3. Paid $25 for their luxury wash and they didnt clean my bumpers, fenders or rims AT ALL. The picture I took was immediately after the wash. Theyre still very dirty!! There was still dust all over my dashboards and my mats were not even vacuumed. We offered to pay the washers more money to clean them and they said we would have to purchase another package. When I got home I noticed they left tiny scratches all over my paint and then refused to let me speak to their manager. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!

Arrived before they opened which put me first in line for a hand wash and wax. I was quoted $60.00, I realized how expensive the car wash had become since I was there at least ten years ago and had a bad experience. The job was completed by two gentlemen and returned to me in half an hour. On the ride home I noticed how streaked the front window was; when I arrived home I checked under the mat, they had not been lifted so the carpet could be vacuumed, the door jam still had dirt on them. My car is kept clean to begin with so there was little work required but more effort would have been appreciated. I realize it doesnt take long to wash and vacuum a Prius, I normally do it myself but I didnt feel like waxing it. In the future I will do it myself or find a better car wash. The price seemed high but would have been okay if the job was a good one. Plus a tip!

Ok. girl at drive up, helpful and sweet. cashiers great. Outside wash and wax 5 stars. then the service drops. horrible vacuum. i got in car there were chip crums on my.passsnger seat. and gear shift.. the doors were not done either. there were crums in the cup holders etc. i ended up doing half the work. i know its hot out but for the price for the service actual good service needs to be provided.

Horrible Job done. This is why I hate giving car wash stablishments a try. They arent going to care about your car the way you do. I spent $25 dollars on this place, apperrantly the deluxe wash. The outside of my car still had bird $#!T on it, just by that I was already upset. I checked the interior, soda stains still there vaccum done poorly, they practically just dusted the interior. I WOULDNT recommend this place. Take your money somewhere else. 25 dollars for a 10 minute job. They should focus on quality not quantity

This place is garbage $20 for a basic wash. That’s ridiculous. Car wasn’t even clean it’s not even busy... smh washing my own car was just lazy today.

Im very UPSET with Torrance Car Wash CenterThey had charged on my credit card $19.99 TWO TIMES PER MONTH.FRAUD!!!I called many times to complain about it but they didnt answer my calls. Left messages but no return calls.

I purchased a Groupon for Torrance Car Wash last month and thought id redeem it today. First i looked for the directions online and found all these negative reviews in doing so. Needless to say i thought i was going to get terrible service. It couldnt be further from the truth.They did an excellent job with the car. The girl at the front was friendly ....and now my car doesnt look like crap...Ill definitely be going back... and thats how Groupon is supposed to work! :)

I asked how long it would be to get my car done and the guy said 20-25 min. It was an hour and they still weren’t done and what was done wasn’t done that well.
