Simply Tiles is an amazing space to design any project. This is a family owned business that focuses on customer service. Marisa and Carlos have been very helpful on many of my projects over the years. They have a tremendous variety of choices and competitive on prices. They are fast and reliable. Perfect in every way.

They were on time each work day and kept us informed with the progress, they were within their quoted time line and the work turned out great. Simply Tile remodeled 2 bathrooms for me. I was pleased with everything they did—from design to finish. I was so satisfied that I hired them to put in wood floors in my entire house and paint the interior. The Kitchen flooring was a challenge because I had all build-in appliances. Carlos, the head contractor, solved the problem.

Carlos (owner) has great people & does quality work. They have done many remodeling projects for us over the last 10 years: flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, fireplaces, etc. Taty is a talented designer to guide you in their showroom. Daniel is a very qualified foreman who supervises daily work. Carlos is an honest & reputable businessman.

Update: The Simply Tiles Design Center team just added limestone baseboards to my kitchen and family room. We love the natural material and subtle colors. Carlos and the installers made sure we were able to obtain quality materials then they honed each piece to give us a nice curve to the top. The installer did amazing work around tricky segments like the steps and corners - really top quality workmanship and products. We are so thrilled with this project and the help that was available from a local family business!Carlos and his team did great work on several projects for us. They completely transformed our bathroom into something that looks great and is functional. They also converted two ugly, dated fireplaces into attractive features that make the rooms beautiful. In addition, theyve installed beautiful flooring in our home and several rental properties - great work and products at reasonable prices.

We had been looking for tile for the bathroom, which will be lavender, it was very difficult to find any color or design to complement it. We checked all of the local stores as well as online without any success.We were fortunate to find 3 choices which looked great. We purchased one and we are thrilled. They have unique colors and designs that we had not seen anywhere before. Maggie is very helpful and accommodating.I would recommend this design center for any of your decorating needs.

Simply Tiles installed my beautiful kitchen floor tiles. They did a magnificent job, ensuring that the subfloor was prepared perfectly and that the tiles were perfectly installed. No flaws at all. They also built and installed my custom cabinets to my picky specifications and they are magnificent! In addition, they installed the very modern Dekton counters which requires special tools, skills, and experience. And, they installed the nice backsplash too. I was originally working with another company for this work but they were not responsive. So I cancelled my contract with them and sought another company. Simply Tiles was very responsive and I’m so happy I switched. Also, Simply Tiles did not impose any up charges as the design and work progressed. Their store has lots of options to satisfy your design needs.

Great knowledgeable people. Got great tile. Couldnt find a similar product at our local Home Depot or Lowes, or another local tile store recommended to us by our contractor. Definitely worth a visit. This was our second time using them, and both were great experiences.

I would not recommend this tile center. I purchased tile here & when it arrived it was a completely different color. I understand natural stone has variations but this was a completely different color! They would not accept a return so I was stuck with tile I couldn’t useVery unpleasant experience!

The design center looks small but actually goes back pretty deep with lots of great samples. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this this place!

I dont usually write but, the owner at this place is horrible. He goes up to you and becomes nosey and obnoxious. He treats his employees horribly, has no kind of ethic towards no one. There are two girls in the front that are so nice and knowledge and were able to help me right away with what I needed. I will never use these people again.

I have used Simply Tiles for two large jobs at two different homes. I love their work and professionalism. I will be contacting them soon for a remodel of our master bathroom.

I had the same experience as some of the other bad reviews you will see. Very poor customer service. We had tile we wanted to order and they were supposed to contact us with a quote. We contacted them more than once to get the quote and it seemed that they just dont care. Getting help within the store is a hit or miss endeavor. There are other good places to get tile, dont bother with Simply Tiles.

The staff was very helpful and patient, and the store has a lot of tile selections. Well worth the trip.

I have used simply tiles for a big remodel and I was extremely happy. Great service and attention to detail for my project.

Maggie at Simply Tiles Design Center was outstanding. I contacted this business as they are a seller of the MSI Stone quartz and tile I wanted for my kitchen remodel. Maggie quickly responded with a quote for the 2 quartz slabs I needed as well as the tile backsplash. She alerted me that there were only 2 slabs available from MSI in the quartz I selected so if I wanted them, I should let her know now so she could put a hold on them. Im so glad she notified me and I was able to purchase these last 2 slabs. She was totally correct - I got the last 2 and there would be no more for possibly 4 months or so. Maggie also ensured I received all of the square footage of backsplash tile I needed and checked that all were in excellent condition. She was always helpful and patient with me throughout the purchase. She coordinated everything between me, my contractor and her warehouse and all went smoothly. I highly recommend Simply Tiles if you are in the market for stone and tiles.
