In a world where customer service can be difficult to find, it is so refreshing to find a business that has so many employees that are on top of their game when it comes to helping the customer. I was in the market for a new TOTO toilet after hearing many great things about the Washlet (seat). Earl is a very friendly sales rep that explained all the pros and cons . He is patient and good humored. After purchasing the toilet, I made the error of using my own plumber to install it. (My suggestion is to use theirs or someone familiar with Toto installation). When I called to say something seems wrong, thats where Israel came to my rescue!! He too is kind, personable and very knowledgeable. His primary concern was to get me up and running. After discovering what went wrong, he even offered to come to my house to make it right. This was on his own time, after working a full day. What an incredible gesture! Israel came and within minutes fixed my issue with the proper installation. Simply put, great toilet, great employees! To the owners of The Bathroom Store, congratulations for having employees that are truly a cut above!!

Greedy Owner. Goes by a fictitious name instead of his real name. Illegal practices--ask how much the J-1 internees rate is per hour &/or salary. False Promises. Tricks EVERYONE to think they are actually TOTO--portrays they are, but if you question them, theyll say were not TOTO. Super Sale is $1 less than the competitors price. Pacific Sales will give you a better deal, just tell them you feel TBS is a ripoff and theyll give you good rates. Would not buy or support this company even if its the last one on earth. Wanna open your own TOTO branch? Purchase $30k of goods and youll be a TOTO distributor w/good rates. BTW, the really good ratings are done by TBS affiliated people. Such a cheater. Get honest reviews. No doubt TOTO is the best, but this place sucks.

We bought 2 Toto toilets from this store about a year ago, with very good prices. We love the toilets for its easy-maintenance, water-saving functions. The store is very clean and the sales staff is very knowledgeable and kind.

Show room is so clean and people out there are so awesome. They have huge selections for TOTO bathroom items and demonstration they showed us very helpful. Great place with five stars

Nice display and good arrangement of all products.Sales personnel have a lot of knowledge not only TOTO products.The most of personnel speak both Japanese and English.Very friendly and nice atmosphere.

If I could give one star for this store I would. I purchased a vanity that came with a mirror. The vanity was a floor model. I took several minutes to verify that it was in excellent shape. When I received the mirror it was boxed up and I was told it was new. It however was not. The mirror wood trim had been scuffed up and repainted and in fact wasnt new at all. I called the store and they say because it was a display there was nothing they could do. I explained to them that because they told me it was new I took them at their word. There was no need for me to have them open the box so I could examine it. No upstanding business would repackage and old damaged product and pass it off as new. Thats what a disreputable shady business does. If you want to be dissatisfied with service and new products in used condition shop here.

This bathroom showroom is well organized and clean with ton of TOTO display. Staff is very friendly and very well trained. TOTO is the top bathroom brand in Japan and if you have not experienced, you will be amazed for the quality if you do. Simply check out the showroom at corner of 190th and VanNess ave. in Torrance.

I was so surprised. There are lots of new technology products.I think Washlet toilets are not so expensive.Looking new machine is very interesting.

They have various and plenty of bathroom equipment. You can see water flush working actually. Staffs are very friendly. I recommend you to be there.

I love Toto Washlet. Since I had a good experience with Totos Washlet at a public bathroom in Japan, I bought a Washlet at this store. Their sales associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. They sent an experienced plumber with Washlet to my home. I am happy with service of this store.

When I visited this store to buy Washlet, a female sales associate helped me. She is very knowledgeable about Washlet and also helped me find out if TOTO Washlet fits my own toilet. I didnt buy Washlet at the same day, but after confirming Washlet should fit my own toilet, I will absolutely go back to the store to buy Washlet. The staff nicely took care of me, and helped a lot.
