She is so friendly, down to earth, and speaks with such a passion one can’t help but be inspired. This made the purchase of the sawgrass an obvious decision. I had not been here in more than a year. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and well organized the store is. I found a couple of 40 and 50% off items I needed. I recommend taking some time to visit this store.

Im giving this place two stars for the variety of merchandise they sell. I am sad to say that I will NEVER RETURN to Joanns Fabrics. I went twice in a three week period and found the staff at the fabrics dept. exceedingly rude, specifically two of the older women. I didnt catch their names but one was African American and the other Asian. The younger staff were helpful.I dont go to a place to get customer service where Im spoken down to, ignored and treated in a spiteful manner. One example, I was told I had to get in line to be called even though I had signed in. Because I wasnt in line, I was ignored and not called and was the only person there and the only name on the large screen. I asked, do I need to be in line to be called and was told yes. Others were called, per my observation after, who were not in line.Others may find this department great. But I dont plan on giving them anymore business.

It’s become a necessity in this day and age when we need it to make reusable masks.The cutting station: at first ppl would wait physically in line but now they’ve transitioned to having you sign in on their tablet and they’ll call your name when they’re ready to serve you. There’s plexiglass barriers between you and the cutter.Seasonal items: they always have such a large variety and selection of seasonal items! From home decor, lawn ornaments, costume jewelry, and more.They’ve always got sales going on.

Joanns offers SO MUCH amazing stuff for every crafting hobby. We went during the evening and the store was not crowded. The store was clean, orderly, well-stocked, and bright. The aisles were clear of traffic and debris.We found what we were shopping for (beads, wooden blocks, etc). The cashier was very helpful when checking is out at the register.

I love joanns I am a very crafty person and I love that I can find just about everything I need for any craft here. The have very good quality of fabrics in a very wide variety of colors prints and textures. Their staff is very polite and helpful. They have plenty parking and it is very accessible for anyone.

I wish they had more beads and that they were organized a bit better but other than that I love shopping here.

They have such a large selection and quantity of yarn to actually purchase at one time and be able to complete a projectCashiers are so helpful and polite. Literally the biggest Joanns Ive ever seen or been to. I was like a kid in Disneyland. Went to the Torrance location which is like 25 miles away for a pick up order bc it was the only one in stock for my items. Dont regret driving that far at all. Ill be back to this location soon:) Weird pic included but it was part of the wall decor. I loved it!

This Joanns is by far the best, and biggest Ive ever seen. They are well stocked with excellent customer service! I cant wait to return.

People seem pretty nice but its hard to find people to help you. My orders are always ready when I get there so thats a good thing. Theres a lot of little things on sale but you really have to look. The only downside to shopping in the store is trying to find things on the shelves. Things are always out of place, marked the wrong price or in a completely different section altogether. I was looking for wood boxes but they were all in a section where markers should have been. I thought that was funny and then I ended up finding their tags on another aisle. All in all good place if youre looking for items that are hard to find online. Its always best to go in and ask because if you ask someone on the phone they usually dont know anything. Good luck!

Wow! I hadnt been to Joanns since pre-pandemic when it was still under remodeling. Went in today (05/26/21) and saw the final results. It looks fabulous! So much less claustrophobic. Very organized with a lot more relevant products. It was much easier finding what I needed. Great job!

This store is quite large and has ample supplies of everything you need to craft and sew and so much more. They are very nicely set up for a variety of instructional classes when it is allowed after COVID. I will definitely choose to go here again before I head to another Michaels. Being new to the area I havent tried Hobby Lobby yet but that is usually my preferred store.

JOANN Fabrics is fully remodeled, spacious and brightly lit. If you want to run in a get those one or two items that you need, it will take you a few extra minutes to find. The store is huge. Save a second trip for later when you have time to familiarize with the store.

The store at Del Amo was always but the remodel has made it fantastic. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! The fabric selection is plentiful. Theres always sales or great coupons to save money. Now, being able to rent electronics like glowforge makes crafting even easier.

Got exactly what I needed for a small job on the lining of one of my husbands jackets.I was looking for grosgrain ribbon of a certain color, they have a range of colors and widths.Plus plenty of spools of thread. 100s of colors. Many things to keep a seamstress busy.

I love Joann fabrics and crafts. They have done a fabulous job of remodeling. It is much easier to navigate the aisles and they have some great sections. Covid has changed many of our lives and I truly eel being creative keeps the mind from sadness. It is not something that requires skills or talents because here at Joanns you can find projects that are for every level and age. Mayne you just want to unplug, turn of the tv, and color. They have what you need. Maybe you want a new super chunky throw. Make one using just your arms and some big fat yarn. Mayne you want to fix some of your broken jewelry. You get what I am saying its all here. They have fun season goodies and they also have ready made accents if you want a cute bunny for Easter that doesnt need to be fed. Yep they have it.Clean, social distancing, masks. Its safe and healing! Make something for yourself or for a gift. They have amazing magazine resources too so if you want ideas peruse and see what sparks you. If youre a quilter... they have everything you could need or want. This place is very friendly and helpfulbut today visit was very bad I believe her name was Marti old lady was helpful but very rude and nasty attitude i was standing not to close to her but she put her hand very close to my face and said to back awayShe could ask to step back more and I would very glad to do. Robin was my cutter and she convinced me that my ideas to add fabric to project in the way I wanted was actually very smart and had never been before. I was about to leave the store saddened and unhappy thinking my ideas were useless. I really am grateful she was so helpful and kind!!

This Joanns is huge it is located in the mall. I did not see an outside entrance. I went on January 24th and they still had Holiday clearance items at 80% off. They had there standard 40% off many items and as always you could use your 40% off coupon on regular priced items. It is still under construction but it was very neat and clean and well stocked.

This JoAnns is HUGE! Whatever youre looking for for your craft, youll find it here. Paint? No problem! Floral materials? You got it! Paper in every shade of the rainbow? Oh, of course! And fabric? Well, youl just have to look through more than half the store to get a look at all of that. :) Dont forget to check out their sales, and PLEASE dont forget to check for coupons! Theres almost always a 50% coupon out there to help you out.

If you havent been to this location in awhile prepare to be shocked! This Joanns had undergone a recent renovation and come out of it with about double the floor space. Its HUGE! In addition to the expanded size, its really a lovely store and the larger for print has allowed for wider aisles and a much more pleasant experience. My only complaint with Joanns, regardless if location, is their prices. I wont say theyre higher prices than competitors in everything, but no question, Ive seen consistently higher prices on non fabric items.

You can do curbside pick up, go inside the store, or just order online. Everything is clean and they’re is hand sanitizer in the front of the store if necessary. I went in just to pick up some yarn and everything was very nicely labeled and easy to find.

Stopped by to pick up an online order and i was lost, no one to pass out a map of the store haha . The last tounge i was there the store was in the middle of being renovated they had just started and now, wow ! What a difference.

Did an online order three weeks ago. Never received any info in pickup. I called and talked to manager. He promised to send email in 20 minutes. After two hours nothing. Called again. Another promise of an email. Got an email that 6 items are ready for pickup. When I get there I for curbside pickup, I try for 15 minutes to call, but no answer. I finally see a worker in the parking lot and she says shell bring my order right out. After another 15 minutes, nothing. I go in and manager tells me that the there is only one item ready for pickup. Thanks for wasting my time Joanns.

Huge place for crafters with a wide variety of products! Unfortunately most were out of stock and the products were scattered throughout the store. If they were organized it would have been an easier process.
