The service advisor Robert was rude when I came back to pick up my vehicle he saw me but didnt bother to assist me, he was busy gossiping with another guy in his office so of course I cant interrupt the chisme with something as pitiful as paying for the service to my vehicle and getting it back😒 Another friendly advisor walked over to me and asked if I needed assistance and further did assist me, he was awesome I wish I couldve gotten his name. Ive taken my vehicle there 3 or 4 times never had an issue just this one time. Service is great they just need to replace Robert 😁
KeShawn in Service has been helping me on figuring out a taillight/brake light issue which after he did some research found out that this is a GMC issue and the $1k+ charge would be covered by GMC - an older dealership where I use to go - Failed - to tell me this and charged me - Southbay is my new service center and I am very happy with the customer service I have received and just good honest people !
