Ordered a part off their website and paid $40 to expedite the shipping. After 2 weeks I reached out to ask where the order was, to which Dan Muller replied you didnt give us the right VIN. Gave them my VIN and still no response. I had to reach out 3 times before they finally responded the part is coming from Texas, well send you the tracking # tomorrow. Tomorrow came and still no response, reached out the next day, begging them to tell me where the part was so I can get started on other things with my car. No response, just got a notification that my order was cancelled. Dont do business with these frauds.

Horrible place to buy a car. Rejected me outright without negotiation, without checking my credit (which is excellent) and left the poor salesman hanging with nothing to fall back on. I would have left with a new car but now I’m driving to Cerritos or Gardena. Feel bad for the salesman. He should move to a different dealer. These guys are idiots.
