Shop/Branch manager (male) feels too important and busy to take care of potential customers. I hope he realizes and perhaps gets a reality check that greeting customers and helping them is the key a successful business. I walked in 5 min prior to opening and was turned away, came back 15 min later to then be told I need an appointment., I told them i needed a quote for a minor fender bender, I was asked if I was going through my insurance., I told them no, then they said, well then you have to wait for a while. Really BAD EXPERIENCE!! Potential clients turn the other way, they are more business in the south bay that need and are more than happy to have your business!! Apparently this shops does not care!

My car looked brand new when I got it back! I was pleasantly surprised to see that the paint matched exactly considering my car is 10 yrs. old. Their customer service is outstanding, and they keep you informed of the progress throughout the repair work.

I was rear ended in my 2014 Honda. I brought my vehicle to Y & S under AAA’s recommendation. They called me to book an appointment. Were fast and efficient inspecting my car. Dealt directly with AAA for me. Texted me updates about my vehicle and had my car ready for me to pick up on the day they said it would be ready. It was a quick efficient service and process. I will continue to use this business.

Body work was performed very well. They kept to their timeline when work would be completed, and provided updates throughout the week on progress. Rating would have been 5 stars if customer service was better... felt like it did not matter to them if I took my car there for repair or not.

I highly recommend Y & S for their professionalism, high quality work, constant and clear communication and most of all for their honesty and integrity. We completely forgot a very valuable item in our car and went back the following morning after we dropped off the car. The car was already stripped down and our item was still where we left it. Anybody could have taken the item and it would have devastated us. But it was there, plain as day. The car was also shiney and clean when we picked it up. So much thanks to the owner for his great crew...specifically Jerry, Leo, Hollywood, Salinas and Israel. You are the best. We will make sure we tell our friends to bring their car to you in the future. Much luck in the future with your business during these challenging times !!!

Y&S are just flat out professional, excellent body work, always keeping me informed on the progress, and when finished, washed my truck which looked like a professional detail job, highly recommended.

Y&S repaired damage underneath and on the trim. We had other work done by them in the past and we were very satisfied, so we are returning customers. They gave a fair estimate, kept us up to date on the status and did the work quickly. They are easy to deal with and are customer friendly. I will continue to take my cars there.

Y & S Auto Body Shop on Crenshaw Boulevard is outstanding and they do impeccable work. I took my 2013 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab in there after having to only 3 weeks when I was rear ended waiting at a red light. The professional appearance of Matt was outstanding and he walked me through the entire process, constantly sending me updates of the progress and date of completion. Body repair after bed and rear damage to my 4yr old Pick-up. These guys are good at what they do, they are helpful, do a great job with body work and paint looks really first class. But best of all the repair was ready on time and he vehicle was cleaner in and out that the day I bought it new.

I had a brand new car and got into a fender bender, and when I got my car back it was as good as brand new!The service provided was excellent and I was completely satisfied! My new car was hit by someone who was speeding and ran a red light. I didnt want the damaged car any more, but Y & S made it good as new. The paint is a special color and Y & S matched it beautifully.

I went to Will because of his google reviews and he did an amazing job fixing a major dent in my car. What set him apart was going the extra mile when the car developed a possibly unrelated electrical problem on a different door. He didnt even hesitate to order a $600 part at his own cost. Great service, great prices and very trustworthy.

Upfront and professional is how Id describe my experience. They were very clear about everything that went into repairing my car and even helped me better understand how the insurance company was handling everything. Ill definitely be returning the next time I need more body work done (though I hope I wont need it)

Quality work and done on time

Thank you Y&S for your great work! Mun was very helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs to our truck. He made sure we got it back before the weekend.

Due to Covid 19, its business hours up to 5pm instead of 6pm and it is not amended at Yelps. It made me only had 5 mins to drop off the car.Wish they could explain to me how they worked with my insurance company. May be I only had 5 mins before they closed promptly .There were 2 careless mistakes which could be avoided. (1) There was a plastic pin missed on a panel. (2) They did not notice the safety system was malfunction before called me to pick up the car. I needed to find out as I started the car and needed to leave the car and picked up the next day. It was just a connector did not snap completely.

For many years I have been using Y&S in Torrance and San Pedro. Mun and the whole staff at the Torrance location always treat me well. Same with San Pedro location. They have fixed my GMC Truck in past to new again. They also fixed my Subaru wrx. It had suspension and alignment damage. Now I have 2015 EVO that’s been through a few accidents and they fixed it perfectly. They do amazing paint and body work. I always recommend Y&S to anyone who needs body work. Thanks again Y&S. The previous reviewers must have been reviewing a different place. I can say undoubtedly that Y&S Auto Body Shop, on Crenshaw Blvd in Torrance, provided the best service of any auto servicing business Ive ever taken any auto to. I took my 2015 Jaguar to them to repair damage to the front grill, bumper, and sensor. They were recommended by the dealership, and also were mentioned as an option by my insurance company. The work was accomplished to perfection, and the car looks like new again. They were immediately responsive when I arrived, and texted me on progress along the way. The work was completed on time, and the car was immaculate when I picked it up today. I dont wish to have future accidents. But I would recommend this company to anyone with a need for auto body repair.

Wow so amazed with this place. We were on vacation and someone scratched our rental. It was small but I know how rental places can be. They gladly came out with some touch up paint and fixed us up free of charge. They are our heroes!!! We just cant say thanks enough. Highly recommend this for their outstanding customer service. And this was the Crenshaw.

Malaki Safar is the best. We have been going for bodywork service since 1987 and will not take our cars anywhere else, even though the shop is 50 miles away from where we live. He is always on time and polite. His work is above and beyond. He takes pride in his work. He is honest and fair. When we pick up our car, it looks brand new again.I HIGHLY recommend this establishment!

Professional all the way!

Customer service is not this company’s priority. They are very nice and attentive when you take your car in but as soon as there is a problem no one wants to take responsibility. When you do get a hold of someone they promise up and down they are going to call you back and help you in any way they can. That never happens and as a matter of fact if you try and call back you can never get a hold of that person again. It’s been three months and my problem is still ongoing I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I brought my Toyota Prius in to get the the rear bumper fixed. Y and s fixed it but, I continued to have problems with the rear bumper coming off. I brought the car back so they could fix it the right way. while the car was at the shop one of their workers crashed into the front of the vehicle. So they said they would take care of it, but they continued to give me a hard time. I ended up having to go through my insurance company definitely wont do business with them again it was complete headache there was no cooperation by the owner he was rude and unwilling to The situation right.

Mun,is the kindest, person in the shop,he made sure my car was taken care of,he kept in touch with me, very excellent woek.

Dont waste your time at this place. I took my car in for an estimate for damage to my front bumper. I called 11 days later when I hadn’t heard back. They have no record of me being there. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Poor to Fair does not explain the service I got. They are unresponsive and unprofessional from the receptionists to the Estimator. Does not call back unless you are the adjuster of the insurance and expect you to pick up the car at a drop of the hat. They upset me so bad that I plan on going all over the internet to rate them so that everyone knows the type of service they give. DO NOT GO, TRUST ME!!
